Voted one of the hottest USA neighborhoods by Redfin, Eastwood is located in East Nashville and less than 2 miles from downtown Nashville. You'll be staying in a great neighborhood, yet blocks, and a very short distance to everything you'll love about Nashville.
Lockland Table restaurant is less than a mile away along with many other local establishments to visit including antiques, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of the local eclectic mix surrounding you in East Nashville, the downtown vibe is only 2 miles from your door step!
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you durning your visit. This is a renovated home, just completed October 2016. We are a non-smoking property, and just ask you take care of it as your own. We thank you in advance as do our future guests. :)
Our 1930's cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The bathroom will have plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.......everything you will need for your stay. In each bedroom you'll find very comfortable beds with only the best sheets and comforter. In one bedroom you will have a king bed just added in 2024 and the other room a queen. Each bedroom also includes a sit down area with mirror and hair dryer along with a full length mirror as well. No need to stay in the bathroom when you have a comfy seat to get ready for your day with everything at the makeup vanity table in both bedrooms. Just added a steamer located in the front bedroom closet to take the wrinkles out before you go out!
The new West Elm couch converts to another queen bed with memory foam, sleeping 2 more guests. In all your cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room along with Free WiFi and a Crosley Record Player with a wide range of albums for you to enjoy during your stay.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a comfortable deck with lights to relax with friends/family. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!

We loved our “home away from home”. The location, amenities and wonderful host made our visit to Nashville so much more enjoyable. In this lovely home, my husband, 17-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful time. We were all completely relaxed and each had our own area to hang out in the house. My daughter thought it was great that every room had a vanity so she could do her makeup, and overall, the house is absolutely spotless! Gary was also extremely helpful! Without a doubt, we will be back!

Gary’s place is in a safe and cool suburban neighborhood close to downtown. The house is a nicely appointed cottage, with a well stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and updated bathroom. We enjoyed the record player and albums. There is a lovely backyard with a deck, chairs, and strung lights. There was a binder with all the info you need, including restaurant and music recommendations. We had a great time and recommend this cute little home!

I love staying in East Nashville! It's close to the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but also has a flavor all its own. Great restaurants in the area. The house was great! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to one of my favorite cities. Gary is very quick to respond to messages.

The house may look tiny on the outside, but came furnished with everything you could possibly need while staying. Located in a very sweet neighborhood that would be amazing to live in. Convenient to all things Nashville especially downtown. Very clean and modern decor. Host was very attentive and responded quickly. The lock on the front door was one of the easiest I have ever experienced to use.

The location is great. Short Uber to downtown and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is quaint and well stocked. Comfortable beds! Neighbours are friendly. The addition of some outside lounge chairs would be nice as the property is filled with the relaxing sound of birds, rabbits and squirrels. We would defineately stay again.

My kids didn’t know what a record player was until we stayed here so that was fun. location just a five minute walk for groceries, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. short drive into downtown. My Papa and I take a trip once a year. This time we chose Music City. This house was the best place to stay. Close to the grocery store, minutes from downtown, and plenty of eating choices. It was nice to stay here because we could have a busy day and come back home to relax. The property manager was easy to work with and we had zero issues. I would totally recommend this adorable house!

We enjoyed the house, the deck out back was a quaint space to sit outside & enjoy some drinks. The house was clean with great amenities, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans & extras for cooking. The bathroom is very small, but overall was the perfect spot for 2 couples wanting to stay near downtown.

My husband and I along with our 17 year old and her friend enjoyed our stay here. The bathroom was a bit tricky for 3 females, with no exhaust fan, but we made it work with each bedroom having their own vanity for finishing. The property was a cute remodel, with a new feel, yet the charm of an older cottage. The only thing we missed was a pizza pan when we had pizza in one night, but that was a simple fix. Loved the neighborhood and how close we were to places! Would recommend this place and would stay again!

We stayed at this cute house for the Music City Bowl and stayed for NYE. It is located in a nice neighborhood and Publix grocery and Starbucks are very close. Easy to get to Broadway and Nissan stadium. We did rent a car but not necessary if you want to use Uber or Lyft. Gary is a great host and quick to respond to questions. We would stay here again if visiting the Nashville area.

We enjoyed the house so much! It was easy to get to places like Cafe Roz which was our favorite! A quick Lyft to downtown or it was walkable as well. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. It was a good house to use as a place to stay if you wanted to explore Nashville. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and having laundry on site was perfect

Perfect location for this small 2 bedroom. Close to all things East Nashville and the walk ability was perfect for our needs. The extra thought of make-up/get ready table space in bedrooms made things much easier given the small size of the bathroom. Thanks to the host for all the extras. The property is as described. Comfortable two bedroom, one bath home in East Nashville. There were a few loudish neighbors, but nothing that lasted very long. Driveway parking is available. Someone else kept parking in front of the house.close to Publix and other amenities . We enjoyed our stay. Gary was very nice.

This house was the perfect size for two of us to have our own bedrooms and share the bath. The vanities in each room were a nice touch, and saved us time when we were getting ready to go out. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked for those who do. Just a cute place in a great location!

I stayed at this property with my sister for a girls’ week and I can’t say enough good things about it. As two girls staying alone, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood as well as walking to and from the nearby restaurants at night. The house is so cute and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home after a long day or night of seeing the Nashville sights. I can’t say enough about the location! There’s so much within a 5 min drive or walk that is was easy to have fun and not go far if we didn’t want to. Broadway was also a quick Uber ride away. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Gary for making our stay amazing!

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights during our visit to Nashville. Gary, the owner, had great communication and was readily available to us although we didn’t need him much because we didn’t have any issues. The property was clean, as pictured and as described. It was a convenient location with just a short drive to downtown Nashville as well as the Grand Ole Opry (10-15 min or so to each). If we are ever back in Nashville we would definitely stay again.
