About this apartment rental
Welcome to the “Treehouse”! This newly renovated condo sits just feet away from the Giant Steps Lodge and the main ski lifts. With two bedrooms and two baths, this condo can sleep up to 6 adults (and a couple kids) comfortably. The Treehouse includes a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience, movie projector with 5.1 surround sound, "one touch" HD entertainment system, fireplace, and a fun indoor tree house for the kids. This is the perfect place for you and your family to spend your ski weekends. The property also has a fire pit just outside the large front deck, perfect for roasting marshmallows and staying warm during the cool mountain nights. There is a dedicated 50 MB wifi, that is very dependable, so you can get your work done if needed, and actually relax!
This property stands alone when it comes to beauty and convenience. Most condos in the area are in lodges, which basically feel like old hotel buildings. The Treehouse is located a couple of stair cases up in the mountains, surrounded by very established pine trees. It has its own front and back deck, and feels more like a cabin than a condo or hotel. This is the best location in Brian Head, because it's a very short walk to Giant Steps, and the general store, yet still in the mountains. Plus, it's directly across the street from the tubing hill! The extra steps up the mountain to the Treehouse are worth it, no doubt about it!
The Treehouse is centrally located to many destinations:
Cedar Breaks National Monument - 3 Miles
Brian Head Peak - 5 Miles
Panguitch Lake - 18 Miles
Duck Creek Village - 29 Miles
Bryce Canyon - 59 Miles
Zion's National Park - 73 Miles
Snow Canyon State Park - 92 Miles
Grand Canyon - 145 Miles

We had a great time at the tree house. Very convenient location to the slopes. Loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, very clean and comfortable place. We watched a lot of shows on the projector screen, the kids loved the s’mores and hot cocoa, kitchen was well-stocked. The one thing that was a little difficult was parking…the lot is very small, and not plowed, so with all the snow we got, it was very tricky getting in and out. But I would still stay here again, 100%

We had a mixed experience at this property. There was reasonably good communication. It is in an older and small condo unit, however the interior is newly renovated and quite nice for the space. The kitchen was well outfitted, and the beds were comfortable. There is a nice double bunk set up in the second bedroom. However, it is a lower unit, and we unfortunately had a very loud group above us. There was no respect/enforcement of any sort of quiet hours, and this definitely detracted from our “vacation”. This is just luck of the draw, though. Also to note, the water heater seems to be very small, so you have to strategically plan your showers. Finally, it is important to understand that there are quite a number of steps and distance to get to the unit, as it is in the back of the complex. Not a huge deal unless you bring a lot of stuff or have trouble getting around.
Overall, I think the owners have done a nice job with what they have to work with, but there are definitely nicer units in the Brian Head area for a similar price.

We had the best time at the treehouse! It was the perfect place for our family to rest and recharge after long ski days.. the fireplace made it so cozy and the projector and screen was such a fun movie experience. Our kids were obsessed with this place and all got to sleep one night in the “treehouse”.
Perfect for a family of 5! 3 min walk to the slopes and to town.
Definitely will recommend this place to other families. We had the very best time!

It was perfect. When my beautiful, funny and Super Mom daughter passed away a few years ago And my husband and I became parents again of her 3 wonderful children, I made a list of all the things I knew that she wanted her children to experience. A snow/snowboard experience was one. We all had a wonderful time and the kids have decided they want this to be a yearly thing. The place was perfect, plenty of sleeping room but perfect for movies and game nights. Thank you!

Location, cleanliness, communications with property manager, and just how the owners have totally catered to the guests needs are unmatched. It is a cute cozy rental in a decent location. There are 60 or so steps to get to the rental. The pros: The media set up was great. We Loved the big screen and it was very user friendly! The sofas were very comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The master bed and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of nice blankets throughout. The guest room had plenty of space for the kids to sleep comfortably, and It was nice to have a tv in each of the rooms. The areas needing improvement:Cleanliness. When we arrived, the bath mats were not clean. They had not been washed and had an odor to them. I had to the clean them. Also the rugs in the main areas need cleaning and feel/ smell a bit dingy. When I went to take a shower for the first time, I found a used, dirty wash rag left inside the tub, which I had to remove. The rain shower head fixture in the bathroom, needs to be fixed or replaced. It is very loose and squirts water out of the joints. It looks like it had been siliconed a few times to try to fix it, but it is not working and needs to be properly fixed. It would be better not to use a rain shower head since the fixture is so low already and can’t be adjusted. Even some of my kids had issues fitting under the head and had to squat down to shower. A regular shower head like in the master bathroom would work better. The door knob to the master bedroom needs to be fixed. When closed, it locks by itself and will not open even from the inside. You have to use a hanger or something to unjam the doorknob to get out every time. The coffee pot carafe had a crack in the bottom which, unfortunately, we found out when we tried to make coffee for the first time. The handle on the washer/dryer cabinet is loose and dangling and need to be screwed in. Overall, it is an ok rental, but there were too many things broken. We wouldn’t rent the treehouse again, with these issues, especially at this price point.

We had a great time at the Treehouse! It has everything we needed and more. The projector and sound system are awesome, and really easy to use. The fireplace and “unlimited” wood definí added to our enjoyment. We were able to cook and serve meals because it has enough of all the necessary things. Beds are really comfy! The neighbors were quiet and the location unbeatable. Would stay again!

Excellent summer getaway
Beautifully appointed condo nestled in the trees, directly across from the ski slopes. Perfect size for our family of 4...not sure I’d try more than that but the space could accommodate if needed. Projection screen was a super cool touch. The kids (age 3 & 5) loved the bunk beds and running up and down the steps outside of the condo. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Easy reservation, check in and out, attentive property manager.

Perfect location and better than pictured
This condo is centrally located to everything in Brian Head. The rooms are larger than pictured, and the whole place is light, bright, and clean. My kids loved the large screen for watching tv. We made breakfast and dinner everyday, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here at The Treehouse. They had all the amenities we needed and the place was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Located right across the street from the Giant Steps, the condo was super convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was located right across the street from Giant Steps so we were able to walk across the street to get to the lifts. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. The condo is towards the back of the property so lots of steps to get there but we will definitely want to stay here again.

Great amenities for a family
The location was close enough to walk to and from Giant Steps. The bunkbeds were large enough for my older kids to share a mattress and the tiny bed behind the sliding doors was an adventure for my 5 year old girl. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and kept us all warm when the temperatures outside were 9 degrees.
The landlord was gracious and easy to get a hold of - he even allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than anticipated. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed our stay for the weekend! Every detail of the condo was nicely done! We loved the screen and projector and how easy it was to watch shows! Would definitely recommend! We’ll be back for sure:-)

Beautiful Mountain Location
This was a nice little summer mountain getaway for our family. The décor is modern and updated. The rental has everything you need. We had fun watching movies on the projection screen. We enjoyed the pond across the road and also enjoyed exploring so many back roads on our UTV. The fire pit right outside the door was perfect for campfires and S'mores. We explored further into Cedar Breaks, Navajo Lake, and Mammoth Caves which are all within a short drive. The host was wonderful to work with! We arrived on a day when the city's power was out. It was out for a day and a half and the host really took care of us, compensating us for the inconvenience, even though he had no control over the situation. I would recommend this place to others. It was great hospitality in a beautiful location!
