About this apartment rental

The Yacht club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a large heated pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.
Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.

The whole apartment has brand new, extra shiny white porcelain tile.
Equipped with: fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, covers towels, bath mats, toothbrush holder, soap, tissues.
This is a non smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.
The living room has a 55' LED flat screen TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new top of the line stainless steel appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils.
Balcony with table and chairs.
The laundry closet has bifold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied). Also included: an iron and ironing board, a low noise vacuum cleaner.
Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom suite has a full comfort king size bed and includes access to the walk-through closet and the on-suite bathroom. The suite comes with a 46' LED TV flat. The ceiling fan comes with a remote control and a computer desk with WIFI internet connection.

The second bedroom has 3 twin beds, a 42' LED flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. It also has a separate full bathroom access.
If you travel with tiny kids we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

El condominio esta ubicado en el area residencial de Aventura, proxima al templo de Safra, y del Aventura Mall . Proximo a Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, a Waterway y a Bal Harbour Mall.
Todo el apartamento tiene pisos de porcelana blanca extra brillo.Esta equipado con WIFI.
Les proveemos de sabanas y toallas, repasadores. La cocina esta totalmente equipada con platos, vasos, ollas y los utensillos que necesite.
El living room tiene televisor 55' LED flat, y un comfortable sofa en L. Tiene un balcon privado con mesa y sillas .
El lavadero ( cerrado con puertas Bifold) tiene lava y secarropas, con provision de detergente para ropa. Tambien cuenta con plncha, tabla de planchado y aspiradora.
El dormitorio master tiene un muy comfortable cama king Size , con su propio vestidor y baño en suite. Tiene un televisor 46' LED TV flat. Un escritorio con lampara .
El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 3 camas twin , un televisor 42' LEDFLAT. Tambien tiene un vestidor y acceso privado al segundo baño.
Si viaja con niños pequeños los proveemos con cuna y sillita alta de comer.

With very little investment you really could make a great place.

To a certain extend we have been disappointed. Cleanless of the apartment was definitely not up to standards, curtains for the windows are very poor, do not fit the size and not black out. Kitchen very poor equip, not even a decent pan to make eggs in the morning. When we came the safe box was locked and could not be used, nevertheless, the owner came to fix it the next day. TV controls out of 3, you couldn't make one. We feel that the apartment is central located and with very little investment and some passion, you could give your guests a great experience.

This place looks exactly like the pictures in Homeaway. The area is very secured and loved the location. Traffic is heavy but it did not bother us. There are many restaurants and things to do. Adriana is very nice she provided a crib and high chair for our granddaughter. I would definitely rent this again. Thank you again Adriana, we loved your place.

El apartamento que alquilamos fue muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasarlo espectacular. Está en una zona hermosa, cómoda y segura. A 3 cuadras está el Aventura Mall. Adriana nos recibió y estuvo pendiente de cada una de nuestras necesidades para q nuestra estadía sea inmejorable.También pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y del hermoso entorno marino. Aventura is North Miami. Driving is a nightmare. You have to drive everywhere. Spanish language dominates - couldn't buy petrol cos no one spoke English. Not a Floridian holiday as we know it.

Lovely apartment in a great area

This apartment has everything you need. It's in a great, convenient, safe area. The good thing is the owner lives just 5 minutes away so if you encounter any problems, then she will sort out immediately. The other residents were extremely friendly. There were no problems at all finding a sunbed in the pool area, this was spotlessly clean and well maintained. A great base if you want to explore Miami and the surrounding areas. We will definitely be back. Thank you Adriana!

The apartment was spotless, spacious, quiet, and convenient to shopping and the major roads. The beds were comfortable and everything worked and was in excellent condition. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need, with the exception of washcloths and shower soap, which was very minor. The property has a great pool and other amenities. Our stay was very pleasant.

Thank you Adriana for being so welcoming! We had a lovely stay at your newly remodeled apartment. It is lovely. We were 4 adults and we were very comfortable, 2 nice big bedrooms, nice bathrooms, with quality linens and bedding. It was very clean and has all the necessary things to spend a great vacation. The location could't be better, near the beach, near Aventura Mall, also many restaurants in the area. We would definitely go back.

Best condo and owner at the Yacht Club!!

My family and 3 young kids have traveled 6 years in row and stayed at the Yacht Club but this was the first time we stayed in Adriana's 2 bedroom condo. It looked beautiful in the pictures at time of booking but the place was even nicer when we got there, it's new, modern, extremely clean, had everything you needed, and the best part was dealing with Adriana from A to Z. She is warm, hospitable, was easy to speak with from beginning to end, and she went the extra mile to ensure my family and I were 100% satisfied with everything throughout our entire two week stay. I had requested a high chair and crib which she promised before arriving and when we walked into the unit it was all set up. She also showed us her other condo that has 3 bedrooms and it was gorgeous, but a little too big for my family but would be great for a larger family or multiple couples or families. I plan to go back again next year to stay at the yacht Club and will only rent from Adriana. Thanks Adriana!

Even before our arrival, Adriana helped to answer all of my questions about the area, the apartment, sights to see and places to eat. She was very generous host and incredibly welcoming and helpful on our arrival. She also made checkout so easy...! The apartment is really fantastic. Beautifully designed, modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped. Everything you could want and more! We didn't want to leave! The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. It's well located. near to Aventura Mall with a lot of restaurants and shops close by too. Honestly, this apartment was absolutely perfect. Even for a group of friends, it would be brilliant. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience! Absolutely beautiful apartment, The place is 100% exactly like the pictures: modern, new, very clean with all amenities you need, Adriana was always on line to answer all questions, thoughtful and accommodating. The Yatch Club is a safe and beautiful neighborhood with a nice and quiet heated swimming pool. We are very pleased to have chosen this apartment. I highly recomend to anyone who wants to stay in Miami!. In my next visit to Miami, I will chose it again Thank you very much Adiana..!!.

I would like to recommend the above apartment. It looks even better than on pictures. The place is fresh, clean, have all necessary amenities. The club has very nice heated swimming pool. The owner was very easy to work with. Thank you! I will definitely consider this place in my future stays in south Florida.
