This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 14 guests and features inviting balconies on both the first and second floors—perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee.
Step inside to a bright and open living area with soaring ceilings. There's plenty of seating for everyone, including a queen sleeper sofa, making it a cozy spot to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather for quality time together.
The living room flows into a spacious dining area, which seats eight comfortably, creating the ideal space for family meals and conversation. The modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, conveniently located across from the dining table. Just off the kitchen, a screened-in porch overlooks the side yard, complete with a relaxing hammock.
On the first floor, there’s a spacious queen bedroom with a private bath. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: another queen room, a king primary suite, and a custom bunk room with three built-in twin bunks, sleeping up to six more guests. The queen room is light and airy, decorated in soothing coastal colors, while the king primary suite includes a private bathroom with a double vanity. A furnished open-air porch just outside the bedrooms provides a peaceful treetop view.
Additional features include an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill on the lower porch, and a convenient on-site washer and dryer. Our house in Seaside was perfect in almost every way. It sounds picky, but there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, and the rest. When we phoned the property managers, they told us that if they left too many rolls of toilet paper, guests would steal them. How ridiculous for a rental that it is almost $1000 per night. Begging for toilet paper was a downer, but in every other way, the rental was wonderful.

We had a great time during our stay in seaside! This house is a quick 5 minute walk to the square and 10 minute walk to the beach pavilion on E. Ruskin street. It was also very nice being so close to be shaded family pool with little ones! Highly recommend this spot. Only downside was the wood floors were very dirty and we had a little one crawling around so to tops of her feet/hands had a layer of dirt/grime on them from crawling around.

House was in a great location. Plenty of beds for all 9 of us. Management company was very responsive. Could use a few updates. For example windows were really difficult to close, shades were broken , and upstairs shower door needed repair, but would definitely recommend!

So many personal photos and knick-knacks around, we constantly worried about touching and moving all the personal items. Owners personal golf cart took up a large part of the potential parking space. HOC was responsive and helpful but the house is just not up to our usual standards.

The home was so peaceful. My wife and I stayed in the first floor bedroom and enjoyed morning coffee on the attached screened porch. The kids were in the upstairs bedrooms with plenty of room. The girls loved swinging on the hammock. My son ran the trail out the back door, that led to the nature preserve and around the beautiful lake. We played volleyball and kickball every evening in the nearby park. And of course the short walk to the beach meant lots of time sunbathing and body surfing. We loved the house. And highly recommend it. It was perfect in every way.
