Home is perfectly located, quiet area but very short walk to PG downtown and Lovers Point beach and shoreline trail. While called tiny, it is actually spacious and has everything you may need (including washer and dryer). It was clean, gets a lot of light and airs out nicely in the evening if you're there during hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s a super cute cottage close to the beach and great reso.

Great location, close to ocean and also close to historic downtown. House was as advertised and plenty large enough for the two of us. No issues whatsoever.

Perfect size for 2 people. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Pacific Grove and short walking distance to Lovers Point. Immaculately clean and well cared for. Comfortable bed.

Fantastic location--not really even that tiny--clean and comfy and great alternative to a hotel room. Only real issue was the the smell of cigarette smoke. It wasn't overwhelming--but you definitely noticed it each time we walked in. Also--would be great to have a small desk and chair--someplace to sit and work on your laptop. And a mat to wipe your feet on when you come in would be helpful. But those are just nitpicks. If they can mitigate the smoke smell, we would definitely stay there again.

This little historic house is in a wonderful location and served our needs well. The carpet needs a little love, or removed and new flooring put down, instead. Just a thought. Loved having a W/D, too!

Although its called A Tiny House, and by a lot of standards it IS tiny, we found there was more than enough room for two of us with decent sized living, kitchen and sleeping areas.
Even the parking , described as 'small car only', was big enough for our rented 7-seater Chrysler Voyager people carrier. Anything wider than that probably wouldn't get in but there is plenty of on-street parking outside, so there are no parking issues to worry about at all.
The house is well-equipped, very clean and tidy and in a quiet neighbourhood only a couple of minutes walk from Lover's Point. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again, so if you are a couple or travelling solo this property is all you need and we highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed this lovely “Tiny House.” Very clean, well appointed and cozy. The bed was super comfy! Close to the ocean a nice walk up the trail to the Old Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row.

Stayed at this wonderful hustiric home for 4 nights, after staying at the Monterey Zoo for a couple nights. What a perfect location. Walking distance to the ocean and shops. Had all the amenities we needed and more.
Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect and within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Everything was super clean and organized. We loved being in a neighborhood as opposed to a hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This tiny house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was loaded for everything you would need to cook a full course meal. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. Within walking distance of a really nice breakfast restaurant.
Only negative I would say is that a small coffee table for the sofa and maybe a small ottoman would be good for the living room.
We didn't call the Property Manager's office because everything worked perfectly and had no problems. Liked the electronic lock; made it so easy to come and go without forgetting keys.
Will definitely try to reserve this house next trip to PG.

We love going to the Tiny House in Pacific Grove and have done so more than once. The house is the perfect size for one or two people to have a landing spot while enjoying all that the Monterey Bay area has to offer. The house is walking distance from Lover's Point and the walking path that meanders along the coastline in Pacific Grove. We hope to go back soon!

The house was so inviting and comfortable for our 3 night stay. It was also so well located in walking distance to the beach and the main street. I would highly recommend.

It was just as advertised, small, but well furnished house with all the comforts of home in a tiny space. There was a little mixup with the code, however, it was straightened out in a few minutes and all was well. Kitchen was nicely furnished for us and included a tea kettle which was most convenient. Towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole it was a success for us.

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay here. Easy walk along the beach to visit the Aquarium.
Super quick walk to some great restaurants in Pacific grove.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable, clean, and excellent location. Highly recommend this place if you want to be close to everything but in a less bustling area than downtown Monterey.

This was perfect for a couple. We arrived at the tail end of 3 weeks of atmospheric river; house and Pacific Grove all fine. Location is walking distance to town and Monterey Bay. Driving is easy to Monterey or Carmel. Biking through 17-mile drive was an easy pedal from house. Cottage had everything we needed. It was nice to have ongoing communication with Kyle the weekend we were driving to the peninsula given all the rain filling Salinas river. Great stay and would spend another week in the future.

We needed a central location w a washer and dryer for a 50+ baseball tourney. This property was perfect for the 2 of us. One parking place was all we needed. We brought our smaller SUV (Explorer) since description clearly stated the space was on the smalller side. Our car fit perfectly. This tiny home felt larger than we expected. Clean and adequately supplied w everything we needed. We will be back!

The home is cozy and in a great location. We parked our car on Monday and didn't get back into it until we checked out on Thursday. It's in walking distance to everything!

The tiny house was perfect for my little solo getaway. The location was within walking distance of many wonderful shops, restaurants and the library. The neighborhood was quiet and I was able to park right in front every time I came/went. Would happily stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at this “tiny” home, while it may be small, it is extremely efficient and was perfect size and location for my husband and I!
Pacific Grove is a beautiful little town, and because of the location, we were able to walk almost everywhere! With only 1-2 blocks to the scenic waterfront walkway, we walked every morning before beginning our day. Positioned within minutes of Pebble Beach, and Carmel…..and also driving down the Pacific Coast Highway and easy access to State Parks/hiking, into the Valleys for wine tasting, this house was a welcomed place to return to each evening. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet!!

The tiny house was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean, everything we needed for a cozy weeklong stay. Walkability factor of 10. We've been coming to PG for years and this was the best location so far. Easy access to everything you want. The house is old so don't expect luxuries. Bed was very comfortable as was other furniture. Washer/Dryer was great to have. We hope to stay here again!

What a great little find. Spent car week at this quiet, cozy small home. At first, we noticed the color of the house had changed to a Navy Blue which made us a little concerned (didn't match the online photo). Once we went inside, we were pleasantly surprised on how clean it was and equipped with the basic needs. Hubby loved being able to park his "baby" in the driveway. We enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom, (many rentals don't have one in the bedroom). The only negatives: 1) a very small backyard area, overgrown and not to usable. Maybe clean and set it up better before each guest. 2) Add an ottoman or small coffee table in front of the couch, that would be a plus. Overall, we would rent this location again!

We stayed recently at the Tiny House for 14 days. The location is a couple of blocks from Lovers Point and very close to town. The house is roomier than expected. Perfect for two people. Appreciate the kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfy bed. We would stay here again.
