We had a great stay in the 2 days we stayed. So quiet and tranquil. Very comfortable accommodations. Thanks!

We had a great, quiet stay. The house is very sweet and was cozy one the one rainy day we spent primarily inside. It's very close to all the Green Gables things but away from the hustle and bustle. I felt like we got the true island experience, not just the touristy one.

We really enjoyed this house and location. Close to excellent seafood restaurants and a short drive from the national park, Charlottetown, and the Confederation Bridge. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Would note to bring your own drip coffee, there is a coffee maker but no filters or coffee

Nice property in a rural setting within short driving distance to the beach. It was quite hot when I was there, and the owner was kind enough to get a second air conditioner for the second bedroom. There is no air conditioning in the 3rd bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and since heat rises, the 3rd bedroom can be hot. As for the main floor with kitchen and dinning room, it was quite warm as well. The main floor needs air conditioning of some sort. Other than that, the place is quite nice and the owner receptive and responsive to our concerns.

We attended my daughter's graduation in Slemon Park near Summerside in early July. We had a wonderful stay. The property was lovely. I stayed in the bedroom with the deck and it was amazing. Everything is so clean and a beautiful property. We were so close to Summerside and to Thunder Cove for a wonderful walk on the ocean. I will definitely recommend to my friends. And I would definitely stay again when I return to PEI.

Lovely stay in this home. Very clean, very spacious. We stayed in the midst of a Maritime heat warning so it was quite warm and humid. So fun to have satellite tv with the Canadian in the Copa America!!

We took a short (5 day) family vacation to PEI and loved this place. We have two dogs and the owner allowed both which many places don’t allow a second dog. Everything we needed was there. We have stayed on this area of PEI before and have always liked it. It was a really hot few days so having air conditioning only in one room made for some hot nights but fans were available. It is only a short walk to a beach but it is a small and rocky beach. Good walk with the dogs but we drove 5 minutes to a Provincial Park beach which was great and not crowded. The one small bathroom on the main floor presented some challenges but we knew that up front and made it work. Would recommend and hope to be back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It’s located on a quiet road in the countryside. It was spotless on arrival and had most of the cooking utilities needed for our stay However we would suggest a few improvements for future travellers. A welcome package would have been greatly appreciated and helpful, which would include how garbage/recycling/bottling works on this island, pertinent info on the location (groceries, emergency number, hospital etc). There are also no mop in the house which would have been useful due to the pinkish sand marks we would leave on the floor after a week’s stay. We also found that a pantry or an empty cupboard would have been better to store our food Place mats and coasters would have been useful as well to prevent any damages to the furnitures. The lack of screens on the windows prevented us to open them for fresh air. With having said this, curtains in all rooms would have been greatly appreciated to provide privacy. But overall our stay was great!

Nice place to stay with extended family and explore the island. House was clean and comfortable. Only minor inconvenience was only one small bathroom located on ground floor, which made getting everyone ready a bit of a bottleneck, but we made it work.
Overall a great stay.

Rented this property to stay with my partner and our yellow lab while attending our daughters soccer nationals. Great place to relax outside of game times and only a short drive to Summerside. Great location to walk our dog and beautiful area. Would rent again.

House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is small and on lower floor (no issue for us at all) but may be of concern for those with mobility issues.
10min from town with all services required(gas, groceries, liquor store, Tim's, pubs). 20min drive to Summerside with larger amenities. Good internet connection, strong cell service.
Great communication with owner.
Would definitely stay again.

This vacation home was exactly what we needed and just as advertised. We arrived late at night and the area and the home are not well lit. We were in the area several months earlier and drove by the house so we didn’t have trouble finding it. The home was very clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed. The location was perfect for us. Would book this home again!

When we arrived we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and charm of this location. The owner had things on hand for rainy day entertainment as well (games, books), which was much appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience!

Todd was the perfect host for our one month summer vacation at his property. The modernized farm house was spacious enough for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare all of our meals, and the kitchen has newer and very clean appliances. The barbeque on the back deck was newer and very clean as well, which was nice.
The view of the Malpeque Bay sunset from the balcony is one of the best you will ever see. For a closer look, you can walk down the street to the water front.
The property is only 10 minutes from the quant Willow cafe, grocery stores, our kids favorite, Frosty Treat Dairy Bar... in the town of Kensington. Only 20 minutes to Summerside. Also, only 25 minutes to Cavendish.
There's Cabot Beach only 5 minutes from the property. It's a beautiful provincial beach, which is free and never crowded. We visited this beach many times during our stay.
There's a lovely pottery shop right on the same street as this property, called Quince Pottery. The owner, Marie-Paul is super friendly, and makes really beautiful pottery. We also loved the Seashell Cafe for breakfasts or baked treats, only 4 minutes away.
Todd was such an amazing host. We reached out to him in advance of our stay with a few requests for extra items. Todd made sure there was beach chairs for everyone and a beach umbrella. It saved us having to bring or purchase these items. Any questions we had, Todd was super quick in responding. He truly cares!!

Would have stayed the full length of our vacation, but, my husbands mom went to palliative care and we cut short two days. Everything is really close. Cottage very clean.

Booked this for my 2 sons and families for a family weekend. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything they needed.

Only inconvenience was that it should have a toilet and sink upstairs and a hand rail on the lower part of the steps.
It was a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Bedding awesome and cottage was spacious :)

Perfect for our spring vacation! Comfortable beds upstairs and a well equipped and very spacious kitchen/eating area. BBQ on the back deck as the sun set behind us! Private and very quiet, yet only a short drive into Kensington.
