Perfect 3 day getaway with Taj hospitality

Great property with serene location. Excellent infrastructure for entertainment of kids of all age groups. Superb food and unmatched hospitality of Taj to top it all, makes a great recipee for lovely holiday.

We chose 2 different category rooms, and they were far off from each other. If going in a group, choose same category rooms, to same on travel hassle.

My AC did not work (was told it was set to heat) and had a sleepless first night that was very uncomfortable but the hotel did not even apologize for that

Taj Aravali....Loved it.

Luxurious ... Nice ambience .... Great inhouse activities and attractions ....

Was an unplanned vacation trip .... Loved it entirely .... Once you're here you don't need to roam around any place else .... Because you'll get everything inside the resort very comfortably rather than going outside and travelling in the humid heat .... Rooms were very clean and had a very nice ambience to it ... Had a lot of inhouse activities which will keep you engaged .... Loved the pool and the pool bar .... Food quality and quantity was as required and sufficient and the best part was the caddy system for inhouse transiting .... Special shout out to Gulshan and Anjaly from the restaurant for organizing and taking more than expected and wonderful care for my family ..... Keep it up and Loved it !!

Good property with excellent view.

Our check in was very smooth and the staff helped us get 3 rooms in the same category which we could not get at the time of the booking. The property is very well made in the Aravalli hills and has excellent facilities. Kids really liked all the activity options. The Spa was very relaxing as well. We choose the premium suite which was very luxurious and comfortable. Mohit in the Ridgeview lounge was very kind and made our birthday dinner very special.

Few of the activities like playing pool and air hockey were paid, which was a bit odd. The food experience that we had was not up to the Taj standards, specially during the breakfast time. There was only one buffet layout, hence was crowded and people had to queue up. Ideally they need have more stations to handle the guests. Also the coffee machine was not working, which is very important part of breakfast. Having said that, the staff acknowledged the shortcomings and went the extra mile to extend their hospitality.

Amazing experience

A beautifully maintained and luxurious hotel resort. All services provided are professional and the staff made us feel welcome from the first minute! We stayed in the rainy season of July and all the surrounding hills were green. It is located slightly further from the centre of Udaipur but we welcomed that as it was very peaceful and quiet. Would love to come back.

it’s not at all paisa vasool stay for us.

SPA facilities were good, Property was clean.

our room was not upto the mark, there were so many died and live spider were there inside bath tab. That’s still give us goosebumps. Buffet Dinner were again not upto the mark it’s look like a road side restaurant buffets. Again not Pisa vasool for us. We ordered Dal Batti churma but they delivered Dal Batti only forget Churma and when we enquire they said it was out of mind.

Extremely wonderful. Great place to spend time with your family, nice property and great staff.

The staff was really generous and the property itself is fun to spend two good days with family. My kid enjoyed camel ride, cart ride, swimming pool and bath tub. We enjoyed food and hospitality and overall the property. thank you.

Beautiful resort/hotel. An oasis from the busy life. Polite staff, prompt and ready to help you. There are activities for both adults and children. The food is good, the dinner was accompanied by traditional music and dancing
