The place is clean 👌 and the location is 5 minutes walking to disneyland parking lot wich is very convenient , we ride disney tram to the park entrance. Will book again in the future. Had a good rest on the comfy beds ,rules and instructions were easy to follow.

Great Accomodations! Clean and well managed, with 2 parking spots included. 12-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and another 6-8 minutes to the gates at Disneyland or DCA.
Perfect location to rope drop from, and then take an afternoon pool break to cool down before returning for the evening festivities.

Everything was great being right across the street from Disneyland and close enough to go to the beach too. Our family really enjoyed our time. And communication with the host was great and timely.

The entire experience from dealing with VRBO and the place was horrible. If I could give a negative a would. We did not even stay in the property as it smelled horrible, had holes in the floors, sink was coming off the wall. It was not as advertised at all and no one would help us. We drove all the way there and then had to try and find a hotel for our family and spend even more. I never will use your services again!!!

The property was nice. Great area. Finding the property was a little difficult to find at night. You might want to replace the numbers above the garage so that they can be seen at night. Other than that the property was as it was described in the listing. I wish it was a little closer to Disneyland. I dont think you can walk to Disneyland in 15 minutes to far to walk.

The outside of the condos are in bad shape but inside is updated and very nice, has everything you need and totally Moused "out" --very cute. Better instructions on how to access the pool would be helpful (it is with a fob) but fob not marked and was hanging on the key ring versus on the table. A property map ahead of time would've been helpful...noting where the Uber driver can drop you.

Great proximity to Disneyland! Was able to walk with a double stroller carrying a 2 year old and 6 month old with ease. Got lots of emails and was well informed. Check in was not great and the property is very confusing to navigate. There are also no ramps for strollers and our parking spot was far from our condo.

Very easy walk to Disney resort. Clean and well furnished. The parking garage is very close to the unit. Review the map before you try to find the unit, it's difficult to find without the map. The complex has aged a bit, everything worked fine and was well maintained but still a little older.

Howdy, we stayed four nights at this property. Upon walking in it smelled cleaned and that is the way we found it. There were plenty of clean towels and bed sheets; the kitchen had enough pans and stocked with enough cookware for us to cook simple meals; the beds were comfortable and we felt safe there. Disneyland was across the street (ride the tram back and walk through the parking garage to an exit), Target is about a mile away to buy groceries or use Uber food delivery. Both bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, one half bathroom downstairs. Keyless entry was convenient.
Check in was easy and FuntierLand management was responsive. We plan on staying here again when we return. Overall a great experience.

Amazing location - seriously - right next to Disneyland. Really convenient.
We had a lot of trouble finding the place. We didn't receive an email explaining that the unit number quoted on all of the booking info wasn't actually the unit number. So we had quite a stressful time driving around to try and find the unit. Perhaps even putting the name on the unit would help. Or explaining that the number referenced is not the unit number...
The pool was great. So refreshing after a day at the parks!
I'm sure it's mentioned in the ad - but just noting that this is a two storey unit and the steep stairs wouldn't be suitable to anyone with mobility issues (or just bad knees) as all bedrooms are upstairs.
Overall it was a good place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

Very nice stay! Check in was a little bumpy as our first code didn’t work. But this was solved quickly with the prompt communication of the management. The exterior of the condo has definitely seen better days…but not sure if that is the responsibility of the Vrbo owner or the HOA because the interior is inviting and well maintained. Extremely comfy and clean for a family of four. We used a grocery delivery service from Target and had everything we needed for the week. The whole condo was really well stocked with everything we may have needed. Only a few minor things, the TV remote doesn’t work nor the ice maker and the chandelier over the stairs is broken.
We walked to and from the park the first day… would not recommend that! We used Lyft the second day, that was ok. Then we found out about the tram from the parking garage. It was an easy walk, about 10 minutes. That was the was to go!!!

Walking distance to Disneyland and many eating places. Clean place. Gets really cool and nice downstairs with the ac on but the upstairs master is very hot which is unfortunate. We used 3 fans but didn’t do much. Kitchen works well, just has very small amount of supplies. The only pan they had was smaller than the size of a tortilla. The owner answered her phone immediately when we couldn’t get into the room which resolved a lot of stress. Pool and park was across the way. Only one pool was open but it worked for us. Nice to have washer/dryer and a stroller to use because we brought ours but it had no storage so we tried theirs out and it worked great! Also nice that they had kids supplies in case we needed them for our 2.5 yr old. Overall I would highly recommend

My only issues were not enough wash cloths. There were only 3 for 5 people. The master room was really pretty. The bed is way to hard. Also the tub is really slippery. I actually fell. All just little things.

We were a short 15 minute walk to downtown Disney gate, walking through all the shops in downtown Disney. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t realize there was a cupboard upstairs with more towels for the pool. Kitchen was clean, could use a larger frying pan though, as we had to fry our taco meat in segments in the small pan. Chatted with reception and she was going to bring me one! Pool area was fun. 3 big pools and a hot tub. Very quiet complex and you can see the fireworks from garage 37 at 9:30 pm.
The windows and patio door could use upgrading. We didn’t feel they could safely lock when closed. They are pretty shabby.
Great communication with the receptionist too. They answered promptly with any questions I had. This unit is a great place for family. Would highly recommend staying at Pixie Hollow. Thanks for letting us stay :)

Perfect location for Disneyland visitors. It's a 5 min walk to Downtown Disney, and 10 min to the parks.
Everything was clean and well prepared. The check-in and check-out procedure is well explained.
Only the number of beds is a bit exaggerated: The master/parent's bedroom has a kingsize double. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. The remaining beds are sofas.

Very close to the pool and clubhouse… comfortable living environment, as well as walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center…
Just a reminder, when food is delivered, they come to the Main Entrance! It’s best to meet them there if possible! WiFi was a bit weak…smile.

The location was great, walkable to Downtown Disney and both parks. We also took the people mover located in the parking garage directly in front of property. Decreased the walking considerably.
I thought the apartment was well furnished and fairly well stocked (needed to purchase usual things like coffee, sugar, cream) but my favorite part was how friendly all the neighbors were.
We really only slept at the apartment as we were at the parks during the days. The apartment is a little dated but didn’t distract from the overall positivity of the stay.
The only two negatives, small negatives, was navigating the apartment complex (even with a map and written directions, it was difficult) and the fact that this apartment is not really for older children (our youngest is a 5’10” 14 yr old and the top bunk was not very comfy however, would be perfect for younger kiddos). We traveled with 2 adults, 2 grown children (19 & 21), and 1 teenager.

We stayed at this property with our daughter, son in law and two grandkids (ages 2 and 7 years). The size worked great for all of us with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect being so close to walk to and from Disney. We were able to come back and have lunch and take a break or nap. The double stroller there was so helpful with the kids too. The grill worked great and we had a nice meal out on the patio. A few updates and extra lightbulbs would be nice. Otherwise overall it was a good experience.

This is a really good location to Disneyland Parks - it is only about a 7 minute walk to Downtown Disney Secutiry entry.
Problem was the home had no ambiance - especially over Christmas. There was a wire handle you had to jibggle to open the door of the washing machine. Also the place wasn't that clean. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and and such BUT had absolutely nothing else. A huge spice rack with no spices. No plastic containers, no tinfoil, no ziploc bags or saran wrap..... didn't feel like outfitting the kitchen for them to only have it going to be taken out again leaving the next rental with nothing.
Would not rent this particular one again.

It is a nice place close to the parks. You can walk there in 10-15 minutes. Convenient because ride sharing services will take huge advantage of going to Disney. One mile trip will cost o er $50. Really easy walk to downtown Disney.

This was a perfect location and comfortable for us family of 4 grown people :) The walk to Disney is easy and we were able to get our groceries delivered. The staff was wonderful with communication and very friendly - thank you for a wonderful vacation stay

I had a great time here! Best part is, it’s right across the street from the Disneyland parking, so it’s a short walk. It took us about 10 minutes to get to downtown Disney, which is 5 more minutes to the Disneyland gate. I was worried about some of the other reviews, but I had no prob with this place. My car didn’t get stolen, I just left it in the garage. I drive a Honda Odyssey, and it was a tight squeeze, but fit with no problem. The condo was clean, big enough for my family of 6, and had everything we needed. It was quiet, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and everyone in the complex was friendly. Management always responded to my texts when I had questions. If I had to complain about one thing, I’d say that the AC doesn’t seem to reach the master bedroom so well, so we had to put a fan in the hallway to blow the cool air in. Also, the “queen” bed in the master bedroom seemed a little small, but it could be because my wife took more than her fair share of the bed. They had plenty of towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishes… pretty much everything we needed. I would recommend this unit, if nothing else, for the short walk to the park. Highly recommended!

Stayed with our boys, 9&13.
Two full bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet made the stay feel very relaxed and easy to get out the door. Pool is just 20m away out the front door.

Was an easy 10 min walk to the security gates for Downtown Disney.
We took the monorail into Disneyland Park - it’s a great way to skip the walk through Downtown and the front gate wait!
The AC fan was a bit loud downstairs, but effective at keeping us cool and I could upstairs for quiet so didn’t affect us.

June 2021 stay
Overall it was a good experience with some small issues.
The location is great. With a seven and nine year old it took us about ten minutes to get to downtown Disney and twenty minutes to the front gates. The condo is really big and easily fit our family of four. We really were only there for mornings and evenings but there was more than enough space and having two and a half baths was certainly a luxury.
The condo was overall pretty clean. My son has dust allergies though and was stuffed up the entire time and I felt it a bit too. We tried to cook breakfast one morning. There unfortunately wasn’t any cooking oil, salt, or pepper. I honestly didn’t read the fine print or details so don’t know if it stated there wasn’t anything like that but I’ve somewhat come to expect some of those items in a vacation rental. Thank goodness there were coffee filters! Finally, the dishwasher didn’t work. We didn’t try running it until a few nights in. It seemed to run but didn’t actually get anything clean. And then trying to run it a second time, it started to leak. I notified management via text and asked for a sponge so that we could clean some of the water bottles we had brought. I didn’t hear anything back the entire next day but when we got back from Disney, a sponge was left on the counter. And then I confirmed that I wouldn’t run it again per the checkout instructions but didn’t really get anything back but an ok. I think they just didn’t want to confirm any real acknowledgement in writing…
Anyways, the place is fine/good enough, just don’t expect anything fantastic, you’ll get plenty of that at Disneyland!
