The property was as described in the listing, but it’s what it didn’t have that could have made the stay more pleasant. It didn’t have AC or screens so taking advantage of cool nights was tricky. Location is perfect, However, greater than 50% of the walkable restaurants were closed.

We only needed a place to stay before catching an early ferry and this place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, so we all had a good night's rest.
I would definitely consider this place for longer stays in the area. It's very cozy with great views of the waterway.

This was the perfect spot for us with easy access to the northern part of Olympic National Park. The view from the front porch was great! Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store.

Great view of water, sitting on a bluff above downtown. A bit of noise from the Port activities, but not enough to keep me awake. Port Angeles is very convenient to Hurricane Ridge and the national park generally. Host communicated basics effectively.

Views are amazing and the old house feel was super cool. It was a short walk to the ferry where we did a whale watching tour.

It was very nice, it would have been helpful if the downstairs curtains blocked the light a little better

Great views! nice clean unit with pretty garden. perfect for family! love the decor!

Absolutely gorgeous!! The view is fantastic. This place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Quiet but close to shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Amazing views and walking distance to everything Port Angeles has to offer! We did 3 day trips into Olympic National Park and they were all an easy trip from the property.

property was very clean. Everything was smooth for check in and property was as advertised. Would absolutely stay there again.

Property was clean, tidy, with an amazing view and the perfect location. It was easy to walk right into town with a nice grocery store at the base of the hill and everything within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again. Responsive to questions during our stay.

Unexpected rule, no laundry after 9.

We had a nice stay at the house. Older home, nicely decorated with all the amenities you’ll need. They had both a drip coffee pot and keurig machine. The host and owner were very easy to work with. The host lives next door in case you need anything. There is one designated parking spot and street parking close by. Walking distance to town but be prepared for several steps going back up. Possibly not so easy for the elderly or those with disabilities but easy for the average person. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again.
The owner concern i had was the level of cleanliness. The Loveseat is stained and dust throughout the house on surface areas. Recommend a deeper cleaning prior to guests arriving.

This apartment has a beautiful view, was cozy, and was within walking distance of the Port Angeles Wharf and lots of restaurants. Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, and Storm King Mountain trailhead were some of our highlights!

The view is amazing. Sitting on the porch was so wonderful.

I selected lodging with two bedrooms and two baths and paid no attention to the harbor view at the time of booking. But I enjoyed it immensely. The rental was darling with lots of interesting touches. It was close to the harbor, the grocery store, and Hurricane Ridge. I loved watching the view change as the day went on. I would have appreciated a table lamp in the main floor bedroom, some windows with screens and a little more choices on the TV.

great location, walkable to downtown, nice views of harbor, older home, but comfortable. easily handles to couples. there is a fan that went off and on all night that was annoying. I think it can easily be fixed. Overall good choice and would recommend it.

Loved my stay here in Port Angeles. The pictures don't do the location justice - absolutely gorgeous views. Tidy house, easy walk to downtown, very relaxing weekend.

Had a great time and the location and veiws were great!!

This property is decorated with such grace and care in a manner which honors the beautiful history of the home. Waking up with sweeping hilltop views of the Port was as romantic as it sounds. This would be a great base for retreat of a weekend or whole week. We only stayed one night and wished it was longer! Excellent portal to our adventure in Olympic National Park.

Everything was as it said it would be in the VRBO description. We were very happy, comfortable, and safe. We would be happy to stay there again!

Beautifully renovated older home sitting on a bluff above downtown. Restaurants and stores within a short walk. Easy drive into Olympic national park.

The place was actually lovelier than the pictures! Beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom. Walkable to everything! I wish we could have stayed longer.

The home is older and updated with a nice mix of comfortable new and lovely old. It’s very close to a cool zig-zag wooden ramp down the bluff to Front St shopping and restaurants. We slept well and wished we could stay longer!

Nice location in Port Angeles for access to Olympia NP. The property is a bit like staying at Grandma’s house, age-wise and decor-wise. Upstairs bathroom is quirky and has the lowest toilet I’ve sat on since grade school (maybe invest in a seat that actually fits the bowl?)
We enjoyed watching the water and the ships coming and going. Close to downtown and some good restaurants. Everyone we encountered was super friendly in town.

Owner was a great communicator and the location was superb. Although I arranged the reservation through expedia, it was vrbo that connected me with the owner for access information, etc. I am contacting the owner directly for recommendations on how to improve the guest experience, mostly about kitchen amenities, freezer condition and luggage capability.

We stayed 1 night on our way down highway 101 towards California. The view from our room was fabulous! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Great home, very spacious, very close to downtown and the ferry to Victoria. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again for more nights!

A perfect place to stay for a quick visit to the Olympic National Park. The unit is in a location that feels safe and offers gorgeous views and vegetation on the property. The home feels historic and cozy. The TiVo is a little funky to use, but has enough cable channels to get your through the night. The space was super clean and organized. Our host was extremely communicative and detailed, it was so helpful! 10/10 would stay again

My husband and I stayed just one night during our Olympic Peninsula trip but wished we could stay longer. We were fascinated watching the harbor ship traffic from the back porch. The property was immaculate and nicely furnished. It was a relaxing stay after full days and lots of driving at Olympic National Park. It appeared to be recently updated and was conveniently located to town.
4.8
The view was amazing and the location excellent for getting around Port Angeles. We walked to restaurants and bars. Also the perfect home base for visiting Olympic National Park sites. Well decorated.

Lovely older home with nice gardens. Loved some of the antiques. Traveling with our daughter and son in law. And there was still room for children in any. Kitchen was newly appointed. Sofa could use a cleaning. The nighttime view of the harbor was fantastic. I fortunately we were not there long enough to truly enjoy it, but we managed to make friends with the resident cat who greeted us in the morning and came in for a visit. Overall, it was most pleasant.

This place was in a great and quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the harbor. We were there on a Sunday morning and got to see the cruise ships sailing out for their Alaskan cruises. Easy access to downtown shops with a pedestrian walkway with lots of stairs. Place was clean except for under furniture and in the freezer. Hopefully this is a bit more cleaned up for future stays. My son loved sleeping upstairs and having us quiet nook and space.

This quaint, older home is in a perfect location at the top of the "zig zag" staircase that takes you directly into town. The home is divided into three units, and we stayed in Unit C which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, only the upstairs bathroom has a shower which is not ideal. The views of the water and Canada directly across the Strait are magnificent! However, there are only two small sofas and no comfortable chairs in the living space, so if you plan to spend time at home hanging out together, this is probably not the house for you. We were out enjoying the stunning hikes, tide pools, bike paths, and charming town, so we didn't really mind that there wasn't a place to "lie around" together. The property manager lives in Unit B and is very helpful, and the kitty on the property is delightful!

The property is located in a great location in Port Angeles. Close to local food, stores and Hurricane Ridge entrance to Olympic National Park! Quiet neighborhood. Clean space with great views of the bay. You will hear the ferry horn but it is not bad…and does not run at night. Would definitely stay here again.
