About this villa rental
This villa is in a timeshare resort where I'm an owner. It's a 1-bedroom PREMIUM villa available for the Stagecoach 2024 weekend. Checki-n time is 4:00 PM or later and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom PREMIUM villa at The Westin Mission Hills Villas. It has a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils and six place settings. The dining room has a full-size dining table. The bathroom has a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, separate bathtub and a hair dryer. There is a king Westin Heavenly Bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer. There is an outdoor grill on the patio (if a ground floor villa) or deck (if a second floor villa).
Non-smoking resort; no pets allowed.
The villa location is “floating” which means the location is assigned at check-in.
Some guests ask if they can check in early. There is no harm in arriving early, but if your villa is not ready, they will send you a text message when it’s ready. While waiting, you can request an amenities card that gives you access to the main pool complex.
Reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Villa was perfect for a weekend away, and the amenities and pool were right at our feet. Thank you Mark for an unforgettable time.
5.0 / 5.0
This is our third time staying at the property. Yes there are some drawbacks now that the property Isn’t connected to the Westin properly anymore. There hopefully will be a restaurant with in room dining again. Parking is always an issue there. However we liked the café food at the pool and really enjoyed our room. We made breakfast every morning which saved us a ton of money. Getting to the shuttle stop for Coachella was kind of annoying since we saw several people taking golf carts to the but then when we called for one they said they couldn’t take us. However we did luckily get a golf cart ride home one night. I thought the pool was going to be renovated but it was exactly the same as it was in the past and we still really like it. In the room I loved the two fireplaces as well as the whirlpool jet pool. We did not want to leave and wish we could spend more time there.

From the very outset of booking the property, the communication from Mark (property manager) was excellent. He have us lots of useful advice in advance of our trip. The property was nice and big, very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We used it as a base for Coachella music festival, and it was a great place to relax before and after the festival. The pool area is very nice, with plenty of beds available. Food was OK at the pool bar, and there are plenty of good restaurants within a short drive. Thanks for a great stay!
