We had an amazing time at Perdido Key! The views from the living room and the bedroom are amazing! The kitchen was nicely appointed and had plenty of room! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was fantastic! The beach was awesome. Only really crowded on the weekend. Tenting a chair and umbrella for the week was super easy! Communication with the property owner was great! He recommended areas to see the Blue Angels practice! Our only negative was the elevator noise in the master bedroom! It’s not something that would make us not stay here again, it just took a day or two to get used to it. We are light sleepers and live in the country where it’s very quiet! It would definitely love to visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was an excellent choice for an all adult vacation, our first in years. The beach and beach service was exactly what we wanted it to be. No crowds on the beach and few children as most schools were still in session. The condo was close to restaurants and shopping,

Condo has fabulous views and I feel listing is accurate . Yes, it has a small balcony - but that’s how the condo is built. I did miss a large balcony . We cooked in the condo and also used the grills with no problems. Communication with owner was spot on! The only small issue was the master bedroom never felt as cool as I like. I was warm most nights Rest of condo was great! Condo decor was unique with normal wear and tear on furniture . We totally enjoyed our stay

Our family (ages 3-56) had a fantastic time. The property is as described. The beach is beautiful. For the most part it seemed visitors kept it clean of trash. It is the first time our family has vacationed in this part of the gulf, so the water was rougher than we had hoped for our 3 yr old grandson. The water was beautiful and there was a sandbar not far off shore. The beach is built up pretty high so it’s a bit of a drop off into the water. The pool area was great! Very well maintained and bathrooms were clean and stocked. The towers seem to shade the pool at the hottest parts of the day so it was nice for our grandson to be able to enjoy the pool without the worries of wearing a sun hat and swim shirt. Plenty of chairs for our girls to soak in the sun. The condo was the penthouse. It was quiet and only person we ever seen on our floor was the gentleman cleaning the hall and stair well. Never a long wait for the elevator. Other reviews have mentioned the sound of the elevator being in the master bedroom. It truly was not a bother. It was a low rumble and never once woke us or our grandson. It is strange the condo was designed without that consideration but it did not disturb our time there. Perdido Key was lovely. The Naval Museum was a must, especially with a little boy who loves all things transportation. Owner was awesome answering all our questions leading up to visit. A few upgrades to the condo would make the condo TOP notch and I will send to owner directly.

Thank you for letting us stay for our 2nd annual family beach vacation. We used to go to Destin (for over 30 years) but it got way too busy so we took action, did research and found Perdido Towers-it's a slice of HEAVEN and the owner, David is FABULOUS to work with. I'm already booking for next year.

The property is smaller, which equates to the beach isn’t crowded! The beach service and property staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Having the penthouse made the condo very quiet, as no one else was on our floor. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family.

Over all we had a good time, but the kitchen is dated, microwave had paint peeling inside. The knives would not cut hot butter, even after trying to sharpen them. Master bedroom blinds will not close all the way. Master shower mixer puts out scalding water are cold water. ELEVATOR is right behind the master bedroom and needs something done to it. ! It’s loud.outher guests were sayin the same thing. Beach and pool were very nice . Family friendly crowd.

This condo is lovely, the beach/ocean view all across the front was so wonderful. The main bedroom has this view. There is a large window facing east as well. The decor is retro & colorful. I loved the freeform blue velvet sofa & ottoman & marble floors. The patio is small, but does have 3 chairs. I do recommend a stay here.

The condo and location were beautiful. Everything inside was as described and the view was spectacular. We have never visited that part of the state during late March. As expected, there were a few cold days. If you are looking for sunny and warm every day, definitely travel farther south. We were extremely disappointed to not have the pool available during our time here as well. We traveled with 4 kids and intentionally chose a location with a pool. No indication was given that it may be closed for renovation. No communication was shared when it did actually get renovated and was known to not be available during our stay. We did not find out until we arrived from the building maintaince man. With renovations, my children also walked into their rooms several times to find painters on their balcony in the window. Very uncomfortable.

We had a very enjoyable spring break at this beautiful condo. It is decorated in a fun art deco style that was very comfortable. The sofa, chairs, and beds were all comfortable. It was chilly the first few days, and we were able to relax on the large sofa and play Monopoly and watch movies. The dining chairs were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a rental! The condo is bright, with a stunning view. We loved watching the sunrises in the mornings. Our only word of advice is to utilize white noise or ear plugs to drown out road noise in the two guest bedrooms. Also, the patio furniture was also art deco style but surprisingly comfortable. That being said, maybe an extra chair, or taller chairs might be nice out there. We expected a larger balcony, but we were able to enjoy the balcony as is. Overall a beautiful, fun, and welcoming place to stay. The homeowner was great to work with, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. Highly recommended!

The condo has unbelievable views from the 10th floor! Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there and all the amenities of your own home! I would recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a great place on the beach!

Five retirees stayed at the condo for a week of warm temperatures, sunshine, and fun on the beach. We had plenty of room in the condo and found the residence to be quite comfortable. Sadly the pool was completely empty and in the process of receiving some major renovations. We were forced to enjoy the beach each day, even when we had some gale force winds. We found the other residents to be helpful regarding restaurants, which were plentiful and served delicious seafood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property location was awesome. There were not as many bathrooms towels as listed. Emailed about the tv and no response. The wifi password on the instructions was wrong but found it in a book at the condo. The two guest showers drained really slow. Hope that they can resolve the problems because I would love to stay there again.

I have been going to Destin since I was 18 and with my husband and kiddos for 15, this experience is so much better!!! The condo was quiet, clean, full of utensils, silverware, bar tools, mixer, awesome fridge, washer, dryer and the beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Check in process was easy peezy and the beach was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the full floor to ceiling windows and the side view of the Ol' River. We couldn't have asked for a better vacay to top of our summer before school starts. David, the owner, was very communicative and helpful with local things to go and places to try. Florabama is amazing and we started off our stay attending the Central Church service that made our week-what an awesome sermon and cool folks. Topped that off with a spicy bloody mary and headed to a week of beach time, playing cards, and sleeping in. We tried different restaurants each night!!! Our top favorites were GT's, Cobalt and The Ole River Grille and the entertainment EVERYwhere was soooooo awesome! The bars at Florabama are superb and the Bushwackers are second to NONE!!!! Thank you so much for letting us rent your gorgeous condo, David. The only thing I failed to do is write in your guest book-NEXT time, I will. WE'll be back!!!! This place is a must stay!!!! Loved it!!!

The property is as shown and right on the beach. There were no beach chairs, except rentals, so be prepared. The beach was not crowded, and the sunrise was always beautiful. We saw dolphins early one morning and fighter jets flew overhead one morning. Great stay, I would stay again.

Very nice and easy to follow directions from the host. Condo is very nicely furnished and great location. We enjoyed the beach and pool areas. Only recommendation would be to replace the bath towels/wash clothes. They were a little dingy. Otherwise, the cleanliness would also be 5 stars. We would stay here, again.

The condo was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a very large living area. It had all the essentials and a dining table that could fit 8 people. Very quiet and private, amazing lighting, and a great balcony with the most amazing views. It is a block away from the Flora Bama Yacht club, which had amazing food! David (the host) was extremely attentive, and a very nice guy. I will be staying here again in the future! Thanks for everything David!
