About this house rental

Woodinville's Hollywood Hill Guest House is situated on a five acre estate with pastures on either side. The 1400 square foot bungalow, first built in 1933, has gone through an extensive restoration and interior re-design. It is easy to relax in the beautifully appointed bungalow.

The Guest House has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed; a beautiful Jack & Jill bathroom with an over-sized shower, soaking tub and double sinks; a large naturally lit living and dining room; a powder room off the living room; a gourmet kitchen; breakfast area; and, laundry room. Every room has a pastoral view. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The fully outfitted large gourmet kitchen features a Viking six burner stove with convection oven, an oversize French door refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher.

Complimentary bath products, Keurig Coffee Maker, assortment of coffee pods, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

Woodinville's Wine Country is just minutes from your bungalow. Explore the award-winning wineries, highly acclaimed restaurants, and local spa. You can walk or bike the neighborhood or the local Burke Gilman trail. You are only 30 minutes from downtown Seattle.

As you travel up the canyon, out of the Sammamish Valley, you leave the rest of the world behind. Beautiful estates and horse farms appear from the woods as you make your way up the Hollywood Hill. The Hill wows you with its beauty in every season.

The property is fully fenced with gates at either end of the circular gravel driveway. It’s an easy, simple life with few distractions and all the charm of country elegance. A perfect, private getaway.

This is our 2nd time staying at Eugene’s property and it was as fabulous as before. Great location and easy access to the beyond. Excellent communication and assistance from Eugene. Great little house for cooking/BBQ, but bring basic spices!! Coffee to get you started, at the tip of your fingers.Don’t forget to say “hi” to Andy the horse across the road!

We booked this cottage for attending a wedding in Woodinville and it couldn’t have been better. We were tucked away on the hill in a very serene setting, but only a five minute drive to the wedding venue. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and even gave us a jumpstart when our battery died the day we left. The house was comfortable, well appointed clean and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay here, but our first time coming during blooming season. I love that Hollywood Hills Guest House has many windows that look out over the acres of lush and green, well cared for lawn. We had plenty of room for two couples. And though my husband and I have a king size bed at home, we slept so well in the queen because it’s such a good quality. If you love to cook on vacation, the kitchen is fantastic, with its six burner gas stove and great pots and pans. Even the knives were sharp. The house has a very nice outside deck, recently built off the kitchen for sitting outside. We were here for the wineries and this guest house is close to so many of them. What’s really great is that the house is also out of the way of the new busy construction going on in town. My very favorite wineries for tasting were Mark Ryan (where you can sit outside, with heaters, if it gets too cool); Sparkman, Five Stars and DeLille. And after a day of wine tasting it was nice to come home and watch some Netflix, which they have on TV. If you have a special celebration I highly recommend eating at Russell’s. One of my favorite meals i have had in years. Also great service. (It is pricey, but so worth every penny!) We didn’t meet owners, Eugene and Zita, but they very responsive and nice when I emailed them. (Maybe next time!)

We loved everything about this VRBO! Everything was so nice, clean, and even better than the listing pictures! Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were a surprise plus - coffee/tea/creamer, travel toothbrush etc.... Owners were friendly and responsive! The guest house was very close to all the wineries we visited!

So glad to have found this wonderful home. Had everything we needed for our fun filled weekend. Very comfortable. Seen horses, a rabbit and a squirrel. We started w/a Mariner game & a Win! Had a Great dinner. Then on Sunday evening, the show at the winery was Awesome! We hope to make it back. Zita & Eugene are great hosts. Made our stay extra special. Helped us with a place for our anniversary dinner too. It was such a lovely place, something Frog. Thank you for the use of your guest home. Had a fabulous time!

We stayed at the Hollywood Hill Guest House while visiting family in nearby Kirkland. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet, lush part of Woodinville. The vibe is exactly as depicted in the photographs, with rolling pastures all around. The house, itself, was well-equipped, amply sized and comfortable. And the WiFi was good (~135 mps down, 13 mps up). Getting around is easy. The house is three miles from downtown Woodinville with its restaurants, wineries and stores. It was a nine-minute drive (4 miles) to Totem Lake. We'll be returning, I'm sure.

Really enjoyed our stay at this great location! Close to the wineries and restaurants, yet in a great rural setting with a sweet horse right across the street. Close enough for a day trip to mt Rainier National Park. Excellent accommodations inside. Roomy and very comfortable! Owner right next door 🚪 to answer any questions. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding property located in a quiet, scenic area. The lovely guest house is impeccable with high quality furnishings and amenities. Eugene and Zita promptly responded to questions and were professional and friendly. My sister and I along with our significant others flew to Seattle to rendezvous with my daughter, her husband and my 4 yr-old granddaughter who have been traveling the US in an RV for the last year. While we were staying in their RV, we stayed in the two very comfortable bedrooms! My son joined us and stayed in the RV as well. Being able to park the RV adjacent to the house worked perfectly.We did a lot of cooking on the amazing range and played games in the field. It was a great week with many day trips to nearby towns and visits to my other sister in Duvall. It was a week to remember! Thank you so much Eugene and Zita! It was such a pleasure to be able to meet you and stay in your beautiful Guest House!

We stayed in the Hollywood Hill Cottage for 5 weeks during our own home remodel. In a lovely setting, close to wine tasting rooms, restaurants and walking trails, it's a beautiful, well-appointed and comfortable cottage that lives big for the space. In the year of COVID, dealing with the added stress of our remodel, a week of acrid smoke from fires in CA, OR and WA followed by torrential rains, we found it a perfect refuge and Eugene and Zita great hosts.
