About this house rental

This rental (approximately 2,250sq’) has 3 bedrooms, all with En Suite bathrooms and is located just a short walk to downtown Aspen. There is privacy, comfort, and charm beyond imagination for your holiday get away. The furnishings combine old-world remembrances and modern contemporary. There is a gourmet kitchen with formal dining available for (8+). A large river rock fireplace compliments the living area with charming antiques and collectibles, wood floors, natural light, and the sounds and sights of the river flowing by right outside the back door. The backyard sits on the rivers bend and features a gas grill, lawn furniture, a chairlift seat, and more. All rooms have views of either Aspen Mountain and the river or the mountains. The Master Suite has a King bed, a balcony overlooking the river, En suite bathroom with a large tub, a separate shower, and separate toilet. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen iron bed, En suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has two XL Twin beds (perfect for kids, or adults) and can be converted to a King by request. We’ve stayed at several homes all over the world. I believe this is my favorite. The location was perfect. On a river(I fished every day), and then we could simply walk to town for shopping and dinners. Plenty of space for 6 people and a nice patio by the Roaring Fork.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Aspen! Our home was beautiful with an amazing view. The home was perfectly appointed. Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful - making us feel very welcome! We enjoyed activities in Aspen and loved spending time at the house taking in all the beauty. We were sad to leave and will be planning another trip for sure!

At the end of a little road, very close to Aspen down town, is this beautiful home, with a picture perfect river flowing right outside the living room windows. Fantastic home, located on a quiet street, walking distance to downtown Aspen, close to the market, and everything else Aspen has to offer. We had powder days the whole time we were there. The owners are fantastic - excellent communication before and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

The hosts Debra and Gary are incredibly kind and responsive. We loved every bit of the house from the sound of the river at night to the quiet street to the gorgeous backyard. It's a happy home and we were so lucky to get to stay there.

This property is absolutely perfect in proximity to everything you want to do in Aspen. Gorgeous house in excellent condition (it has everything) the back yard is perfect view with a small river creek running through. We got very lucky with a huge snowfall right before we arrived. A perfect Aspen vacation spot. The kids and adults all loved it.

The Riverbend House was spectacular. I have been visiting the Aspen area for over 25 years and this by far was the best property I have ever rented. The house was spacious and the outdoor areas were very inviting. With the current Covid considerations, having a kitchen complete with everything to create an amazing meal was a must. The appliances were very current and easy to use. Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to the market and town. The owners couldn’t have been more gracious and readily available for any assistance. I haven’t even left the area yet and I am already checking the calendar for when I can return.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. We came for the Roaring Fork River that did not disappoint. We caught trout, played in the backyard along the river, and enjoyed it's peaceful sounds throughout the day through the screen windows. We found a beautifully & thoughtfully appointed house that is an easy walk to the town's restaurants, grocery store, and hiking trails. We left feeling the love and attention from the perfect hosts, Debra & Gary. If they will have us, we can't wait to go back.

If you enjoy short walks into town along the river and through the John Denver Sanctuary, excellent fly fishing from the backyard, running or biking along the Roaring Fork, grilling outside, a large kitchen, great music, the constant sound of a mountain river, comfortable beds and helpful owners, then you are not likely to do better than this lovely home in Aspen.

Riverbend House is an amazing property!

My husband and I just returned home from staying at Riverbend House for a week. We have been walking by this property for years and always thought it was such a fabulous house. We found it here on VRBO and couldn't believe our good fortune it was available for the week we wanted. It was even better than we imagined it would be. The location is ideal for walking to just about anywhere in town. Listening to the river from anywhere in the house was so relaxing. I especially loved the kitchen with the top of the line appliances! Debra was the perfect host and we have already booked it for next summer! Best place we have stayed in Aspen as long as we have been going there which has been over 40 years.

This was the most beautifully appointed home that we have ever rented. The inside and outside were magnificent. Our weather was sadly poor but we can't blame our wonderful hosts and they tried to offer us discounted time to compensate. We would absolutley come back.
