This cute little condo was FULLY furnished, all we needed was food and clothes. The location is great, River was great, it was close enough to downtown you could walk if you really wanted to. This was our 2nd time to stay at Inverness Inn and we’ll be back next year for another girls trip!

Great location and outstanding management to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our manager was readily accessible and on top of any issue that came up. However, the living room furniture where we spent a good deal of time was extremely uncomfortable. Also, the dining room side chairs could be a problem for some people.

The condo was clean and well stocked. It's right on the river, and close to all the fun downtown stuff. It's a nice touch that parking is covered and the entrance to the unit is from the inside not outside.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in town. The condo was just what we needed. Not over sized we couldn’t use everything but big enough we had room for what we brought and bought. Loved this location right by the river and close enough to walk to the water park. Very pleased overall

Awesome location and clean property. The property manager was awesome and had great communication with us!

Hair in hall shower and debris on floor. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and worn. There was community coffee that was open from previous guests. We ran out of coffee. Way too many rules at this place. Windows were filthy. One had to climb on top of the beds to adjust the speed or light on the ceiling fan -- unbelivable. Only 1 hair dryer. In summary, this is a very tired unit that needs refurbishment. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

We had a great time at this property. It was plenty spacious enough for all of us to fit comfortably, and had many good food choices within a short walking distance.
We loved having the river right outside as well.

We stayed at this condo for just over two weeks. Everything was clean and tidy. Bathrooms beautifully updated. All linens comfy. Kitchen had the essentials, plus a beverage fridge! Communications with manager were always timely and helpful. The condo binder offered great dining recommendations, too! Thanks for a lovely place to rest and refresh ourselves.

Staying here was fun. We as a family never stay at hotels anymore unless we can't help it. The condo was close to everything we wanted to be by. Everything was clean. Water pressure excellent. Plenty of space for 4 people.
Con, and this is not just here that I've stayed it being like this, needs drapes to block light at night.

Very good experience. Master bed mattress and pillows not firm enough. Swimming pool could have been cleaner.

Definitely not suited for 6 people- 4 max. It's close to the Comal which is great.
Debora wasn't the greatest host. She left us 2 trash bags and the tiniest amount of dish soap, yet we were expected to wash the dishes (which we did after and before use as they looked like they weren't washed previously). She started out helpful but then turned snarky asking me if I had read the binder any time I asked her a question. She also let me know the futon was difficult to use & could break if not handled carefully but then got upset we left it open. At check out, we were scrambling to clean and get everything out. Debora walked into the unit about 10 minutes before check out as I was trying to get everything out & my friends were cleaning. She looked up at us & said check out was at 11 while she physically blocked me from exiting the door with my belongings- I had to ask her to move out of the way. She also told me she had previously text me- she sure did. She was watching my vehicle and saw it wasn't in its spot, so she went up because she assumed we were gone. I wasn't checking my phone because I was packing and cleaning. She finally left (watched us from the second floor landing below) so we could get out and we did manage to leave by 11:03. She continued to text me to ask how many people were staying- I told her when I booked online, I told her when she asked me previously during a call, and I told her again in that moment- there were 6 of us. 7 people literally could not fit unless someone slept on the hard floor. She continued to text me even through Tuesday (when we checked out Sunday) to tell me that she was charging an extra cleaning fee. She sent pics- we forgot a disposable plate in the microwave and the trash in the 2 tiny trash cans in the restrooms. There were also slight footprints on her white tiles in the kitchen- anyone with white tiles knows how difficult they are to keep spotless, especially when there's 6 people who went to the river and pool all weekend. According to my payment history, we paid a $110 cleaning fee, so what is that for?? There were zero cleaning supplies we were allowed to touch. So we would have had to bring our own broom and mop to clean to her standards. She ended up charging me $100 extra.
The people who were staying/living here were not very diverse and I have a feeling that's one reason Debora was difficult with my party. If you are of a darker skin tone, just skip this property in general.
