We decided to visit Kiawah late in the spring. Because of the late decision rental availability was limited. We had visited Kiawah multiple times in the past but never had been in Inlet Cove. We enjoyed out stay. The Cottage was renovated. Very clean. The beach was convenient. We had small grandchildren with us so the supplied beach wagon, beach buggy, the bike with trailer and the beach toys were used daily. We did use the community pool four or five times during out stay. The proximaty to Freshfields Harris Teeter was a plus

Had a fantastic visit to Kiawah Island. Prior to the visit the hosts were great to work with, answering any questions we had promptly. The house was just as advertised - clean, comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and a lot of beach accessories. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood. Its location near the entrance to Kiawah made it easy to get to local restaurants and Charleston. Would certainly visit again.

We are annual Kiawah visitors, but this was our first time rent this home. We had a terrific experience. Ed and Cathy were great with communication in the pre-booking process, and the local property manager reached out to us prior to arrival to communicate every thing we needed to know -- very responsive re: any questions as well.
The home is nicely decorated and had everything we expected. Accurate to the listing in every way.
We weren't sure if we'd enjoy Inlet Cove as much as the neighborhoods we've previously stayed in, but it's our new favorite. The Inlet Cove community pool and dock area on the Kiawah River made the biggest difference -- both uncrowded even at peak times and super spacious and enjoyable to spend time there.
The location was perfect for us -- somewhat tucked away, but under 5 minutes to boardwalk #1 by bike.
This is the first home we've rented at Kiawah that provided bikes with the rental, and that was an unexpectedly huge plus. Our entire family enjoyed riding the bikes around Inlet Cove, to the neighborhood pool, and over to the boardwalk #1 beach entrance. We rented chairs, but the unit does provide them. We used the provided beach cart and wagon as well. All great-to-haves that shouldn't be overlooked.
We've never returned to the same home at Kiawah and like trying different places out, but this is one that we'd definitely return to in a heartbeat.

This home is a beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking. The beds were very comfortable, and they were plenty of bath towels and other essentials.
There were four adult bikes, and a kiddy cart to attach to a bike for riding around the island.

Wonderful stay! Here for Marathon weekend with daughter and daughters-in-law. Well equipped, attractively decorated cottage. Loved that we had bikes and beach chairs. Communication with property manager was A+!

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. The walk to the beach was short and on a bike path rather than main roads. We appreciated having use of their beach wagon and beach chairs. The beach itself is gorgeous. The house was clean and we really appreciated the screened in porch (which was spotlessly clean as well). Watching the stunning sunset on the river by the community pool/dock is a must! Property manager was responsive and left lights on for our late arrival. We would definitely stay again!

Overall excellent. Close to the beach and loved having bicycles and beach gear included. Proactive communication by owners before and during stay.

The home was very clean and well-decorated. We’ve stayed at a number of Kiawah houses and villas, and this was by far the best in terms of location and being stocked for life’s necessities. The little things matter and the property manager does a great job with all of that!
The community pool was a quick walk and very nice. The walk to the beach was also very short. We elected to pay for umbrellas/chairs instead of bringing those from the house and it was great. The kids rode bikes all over and had a great time.
If you stay here (Inlet Cove), going to the dock by the pool at sunset is a requirement! One night, we saw tens of dolphins swimming and playing as the sun went down. None of us will forget the experience!

This is our third year vacationing at Ed and Cathy’s cottage and the reason is simple. It’s perfect for our family. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. Love the location! Excellent communication from Ed and Patricia, the property manager. I can’t imagine coming to Kiawah and staying anywhere else. Thank you for hosting us again!

We came to Kiawah from all over the country to celebrate our grandpas 90th birthday. Our family had 4 different cottages in inlet cove and it was delightful. Your VRBO was very nice for our family. It was very comfortable and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and Kiawah island. This is our 3rd time back at this location. The home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Since we travel by car we love all the beach equipment provided and also the 4 bikes. The beach is so easy to access either by bike or walking. The only negative would be if you want to sleep in, the direct neighbors have a dog that barks every am at 7:30 am for about an hour. Other than that it is a very quiet neighborhood and this would not prevent us from staying there again as we absolutely love it. The Canes have always been easy to reach and answer any questions we have prior to our stay.

Great location - walking distance to the beach. Clean and comfortable. The cruiser bikes an added benefit as we used them regularly. Confirm ahead of time to see if the pool will be open (due to weather or maintenance), as it is at the discretion of the association, not just the unit owner.

This home was great, definitely as advertised! The location was perfect for us - 2 adults and 3 kids 12 - 16. We had not been to Kiawah as a family before, really a beautiful area and this was close to everything. Quiet, comfortable home and walk to beach was so short and pleasant, and the bikes were a fun option to check out the area. The house was well stocked throughout, had everything we needed. The kitchen and all of the beach gear available in the storage area with the bikes really stood out. Happy we found this place and we would definitely love to return!

My husband, our two college kids, and I like to get away every year between Christmas and New Years - this year we wanted to relax at Kiawah, and this home was absolutely perfect for our trip. Super clean, quiet, easy walk to the beach, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, too. Highly recommend, and we hope to visit again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time at 103 Belmeade Hall. Cottage was very clean and came as advertised. We are early risers and always difficult to get a goodnight’s sleep in a strange bed but we found ourselves sleeping later than we have in the last 5 years!
Bikes and beach accessories were great. For those in the “know”, Inlet Cove is the best location on the island. We’ve stayed everywhere on the island and we will definitely be back to this area.
Thanks again for hosting!

The cottage was beautiful. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We had plenty of room for the kids to play and adults weren’t in each others way. Beautiful island. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to beautiful beach. 4 Good quality bikes to use and a nice array of beach equipment with two easy to use transport containers - a wagon and push/pull cart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had been able to stay longer. The property was immaculate and fully equipped for our needs. The beach toys and wagon were invaluable for our grandchildren as we walked to the beach and pool. I contacted the owner before and after our stay and was impressed by the promptness and helpfulness that was given.

Very nice house, updated, nice appliances, not too far from the beach. The bicycles are a big plus. The owners provided lots of good information. (Might be good to add something about garbage pickup.) The house came with more amenities than we expected based on the contract, including a lot of bathroom and kitchen staples. Unfortunately there was some minor noisy road work directly behind the house while we were there, but it wasn't a major bother. Overall we really liked the house and had a great time!

Better than advertised!
We had a wonderful stay. Property was nicely decorated and had lots of extras that you don't normally expect at a rental (bikes, chairs, wagon, beach stuff). Very easy and short walk to the beach. Great communication with owner and property manager. Would rent this house again!

Great place. Super convenient to beach (3-5 min walk); pool (7 min walk); playground (2 miles—we biked); and Freshfields (5 min drive). We loved all the beach supplies - chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and the cart to pile it all in and pull to the beach! Perfect for a family of 4 (with a room to spare)—all the kitchen equipment and staples (salt, sugar, ketchup, etc) one needs to cook; washer/dryer; even board games to keep our 4 and 8yo busy. Also liked the screened porch for dinner and the bikes. This is really a great house and location for a family! Thank you!
