Easy to access the flat and good place to stay.
4.3
Nice location. Slightly dated but very functional.
4.3
Very nice having a convenient store so close. Smathers beach is only 2 miles away.
4.3
Enjoyed the view from the balcony watching the jets fly by my window. Pool and jacuzzi access is a plus. Definitely enjoyed ourselves.
4.3
This property is far enough away from the "crazy" that can be Key West, but not too far. And the hotel next door allowed us to use their shuttle, which was much appreciated!! The place itself is a little dated, but the pool is really nice. For the price in KW, this place couldn't be beat!

Pros - convenient to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of Duval St
Beautiful sunset view from our balcony
Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures
Very clean
Spacious enough for 4 people
Lock got stuck and management sent someone within the hour to fix it
Ice maker actually worked
Water pressure was fantastic even with two people showering in the two bathrooms at the same time
Uber drivers would pick us up in less than 3 minutes bc the location was so convenient
Pro or a con - depending on your personality - we had a head on view of the airport and could watch the planes land and take off from our balcony. The noise didn’t bother us but might bother others
Con - the mattress was INCREDIBLY squeaky with each little movement throughout the night
The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked (ie went to go make a dip and the only options were a too small cereal bowl or a huge plastic bowl for a big salad or a full bag of chips.
Only one set of towels for a whole weeks stay
No washer or dryer, only the empty hookup
Would have been nice to leave one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags to last the week
They informed of us construction on the property but not until the day of our stay - it was obnoxiously loud in the morning and during the day with jack hammering so no sleeping in on vacation

Great view of woods. Nice large porch.
4.3
Everything was great except for the no-see-ums. A little advance notice on how to prepare for them would have been great. We don't have them up north so the 80 or so bites was unexpected. hard to have fun when your scartching all the time, and trying to sleep.
4.3
Very nice place . Nothing missing in the condo. I recommand without hesitation.
4.3
We will be back again. The property was clean and just what we needed.
4.3
We have stayed at this property numerous times and always loved our experience.
The location is perfect, accomdating condo and spacious.
Our only complaint was the construction in the unit above us. It would start at 8am and end sometimes around 12:30am. Along with a fire alarm going off in unit across from us for 24 hours. Which lead to restless and interrupted sleep for 3 nights.
We are so loyal to this property and will not let that deter us from staying here again. Hard to be unhappy in paradise!
4.3
Clean, simple, open concept. All we needed for cooking in the kitchen, towels, comfortable beds. Nice view of the sunset from our balcony. Is at the New Town in Key West, so you would need a car, which we did, or pay a taxi, Lyft or other. Very close to bike paths, by some mangroves, and the Caribbean Sea. We had a great time!!’

It was wonderful stay!!!

Tiles in kitchen should be changed. Balcony door didn't close. AC vents are closed and need to be more opened for air flow to be comfortable.
4.3
Overall the property was good and comfortable. The shared pool was great. Could never get the shared hot tub to work. The slight downfall was it being right next to the airport. The suite itself was clean and comfortable but very dated. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and doesn’t work well. No brooms or mops available to clean up small messes. No washer or dryer in the unit. For the money per night and the fact that there isn’t much of a view, you would think there would be at min basic necessities such as coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper. There were none. 3 out of 5 stars.
4.3
The dish washer leaked and the kitchen floor tiles were cracked, when you stepped on them water oozed up.
Needs repairs and updating.
4.3
Enjoyed the place and the location. Clean and quiet and in a good spot.

This 2-bedroom condo was clean, but dated. Some floor tiles need replaced, kitchen cabinets have seen better days, the front door keypad doesn’t work all that well and the building itself is worn, but if those things aren’t deal breakers for you, then this accommodation is likely a great deal in a location that is about a 10-15 minute ride to Duval St.
The building is not easy to find because the building lacks a visible building number and we were provided with 2 different building numbers. Upon arrival - and this confusion, I tried to contact the local Vacasa rep - who never returned my call, disappointingly. However, we figured it out (the building number is near the elevator, not visible from the street).
So -
Price: 5 stars
Cleanliness - 5 stars
Location - 4 stars
Building/condo condition - 3 stars
Overall Presentation - 3 stars
Confusing location/entry conditions/keypad that barely works - 2 stars.

The place is old and outdated. The floor tiles we cracked throughout. Honestly felt like a low budget environment. The outside was beautiful but inside was a different story. Cocking from around tub fixtures was missing amd cracked. There was long reddish brown hair in one of the bathrooms. The bed slept horribly. The towels were very rough. Kept awake by barking dog the first night of stay. Meeting nice people at the pool was the highlight of the stay. Some positives about the stay the dishes were clean, pool area was Kept up nicely
4.3
Our dates were mixed up. When I changed to the right date the price went up 380.00. Paid way too much. Was clean. Our key pad did not work at first.

Key West is a tiny little island paradise at the bottom of the US jutting into the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. As a result, it is packed with tourism and lacking in space. Rentals and housing are extremely expensive (200% more expensive then average home sales in US) and sparce and as a result, prices for a place to stay for a few days are pricey. I found this rental in the timeframe and, while it was still more than I thought was reasonable, was competitive to some of the other prices that people were asking for (which were STILL high). The pictures looked good and the location, while not the nicest location, was at least ON the island. Vacasa was great in terms of providing customer service but, they only provide the cleaning and maintenance...the place itself was another story. This condo was pretty run down and I even had to take pictures myself because they didnt show up in the online pics. The tile floors were not on a sturdy base and there was cracked tiles all over the kitchen and livingroom. It was a safety hazard...we didnt walk barefoot in that room for fear of cutting our feet. The kitchen cabinets were made of particleboard and were swollen at the edges like they were left in the rain. The beds were like sleeping on the ground...OLD spring mattresses probably discarded from an orphanage. The TV remote in our bedroom was unprogrammed, so we couldn't adjust the volume from the bed. The balcony overlooked the runway and mangroves around the airport...we heard jets taking off and landing all day and had no views of palm trees or the ocean...not Vacasas fault, just saying. Lastly, we actually got locked out of our room on the first day. The lock is electronic and the mechanism got jammed leaving us locked out. Vacasa was great about responding to us, but we ate our dinner in the hallway as a result. The rooms were indeed clean but we were a LITTLE annoyed that the cleaning staff just walked into our room without knocking or announcing themselves. The drapes had holes in them and the furniture was pretty worn and beaten-up. It felt like staying in some rural "Bates"ish motel. We were happy to have a place to stay but I think this place was overpriced for how run-down it was and we were not impressed AT ALL. It needs a HUGE overhaul of decor, some PROFESSIONAL painting and drywalling, and some new flooring. But, like the title says, I didnt get the most expensive rental on the island, so, I guess I got what I paid for.

This property is kept up well. The property management was responsive to any concerns we had, including fixing the laundry facility while we were there. Our condo was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again.
4.3
The property was very clean, good amenities and Super location. It seems a little dated in that floor tiles need replacing and furniture is old. Nothing one can't live with.
4.3
The beds were comfortable and the size of the unit was good. The maintenance and cleaning crew were great. The physical appearance of the unit was not the best. Pretty old furniture and there were a lot of cracked ceramic tiles. It really needs some repair work done on it to be enjoyed more by the renters
4.3
The suite was clean. The pool was lovely. It was close to the airport and we loved watching the planes take off and land right off our balcony. The only hiccup was there was no washer or dryer in the unit and the communal one was out of service during our stay. The customer team was responsive and accommodating. I liked that they have a local response team. It wasn’t as well stocked as a lot of vrbos we’ve stayed in but all the essentials were there and having someone bring us extra towels to help with the laundry situation was very helpful. I feel like it was better service than a typical vrbo but a lot more homelike than a hotel.
4.3
Cleanliness was good but very cracked floor tiles throughout apartment really let it down.
Good range of equipment, dishwasher tabs etc was v helpful.
4.3
Easy location to all activities
4.3
We loved all the space and the pool was. It was clean and supplied with plenty of soaps/shampoos/towels etc. However the keypad to get in didn’t work 80% of the time. We had to re-enter the code over and over to get in. The main bathroom toilet ran continually and the sink fixture fell off when you turned the sink on. The lock on the sliding glass door leading to the porch was broken and didn't lock. And the elevator certificate expired on 8/21 which made us a little nervous so we used the stairs more than the elevator. But non of those were bad enough for 1 star rating. Between the good and the not so good is what I rated it.

Beach within minutes, delightful place to stay!

Close enough to catch a cheap cab or ride a scooter but far enough away that we weren’t in the hustle and bustle. The condo was super clean and the pool is nice to have there. The only problem was a serious lack of parking. There were boats and trailers taking up parking spots.

I couldn’t wait to get home and enjoy a hot shower. They say they can accommodate 6 people but I guess that means you can sleep there but don’t expect to take a shower, need more pillows, blankets or a stocked kitchen. No baking sheets or other common staples of a kitchen are missing. Plus, the tiles are so cracked you had to be careful not to split your foot open. This unit should be closed for renovation. The potential liability of injury is real.

The property was nice and quiet, a pool, fitness center and dog area, easy and convenient to drive into downtown. We drove to a parking garage in the outskirts of the downtown area and then took the free Duval loop shuttle to get to all of the attractions we wanted to see and do. The condo itself was clean had everything we needed from bedding to towels to everything in the kitchen for cooking. There was a tiny market within walking distance of the condo, but we didn't go in, but I'm sure it just had the bear essentials. There is a Winn-Dixie and Publix probably 8 to 10 minutes away from the condo short easy drive. If you do not have your own car you will need to either rent something because this isn't really walking distance to the main tourist attractions in area.
