The decor is adorable, fresh, and will make you want to stay forever. You'll feel cozy and right at home. Super comfy bedding, lots of open space and large custom/walk-in closets throughout. Let us know beforehand if you have any dietary restrictions as we like to leave thank-you treats for our guests. :)

You'll have access to the entire main and second floors, along with large 2 car garage parking. Additional driveway parking if needed.
Enjoy a huge yard with plenty of play space.
We have a separate basement guest apt that could be added if it is available at the same time, which sleeps up to 4 more people, has an additional kitchen, theater room and large exercise room, and includes 1 more garage parking spot. Please check our other listings if you're interested in booking both units.
If it’s not available, don’t worry, there is no shared space between the two units.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, the streets are safe and clean, and the city is beautiful and growing. Well maintained roads. (Because snow plows go through during snowy weather, street parking is not allowed by the city from Labor to Memorial Day)
Please honor the neighborhood noise ordinance of Quiet Hours from 8pm-10am daily. If we have guests staying in the separate basement apartment, please keep the noise down on the main floor during those hours as well.
GETTING AROUND
We're located just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown, 30 minutes from 4 world renowned ski resorts, 15 minutes to high-tech Thanksgiving Point and about 1 block from public Transport if you prefer the bus, tram or to use light rail. Plenty of free parking, with LOTS to do all around us.
