It was amazing!

Overall, the location and the place were great. Everything is a short walking distance, however, keep in mind this is located on a busy street. The street noise can be a bit much Friday and Saturday nights. If you are in Savannah to party this is the place you want to be, but if you are looking for quiet and relaxing I would avoid.

Had a wonderful time this weekend in Savannah. This location was awesome to access all the city. Getting in was easy and parking was nearby.

Excellent location within walking distance of most sights and shopping. Communication was prompt from the management team, and issues that could be resolved were resolved very quickly. Would recommend this location.

Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Brought bicycles and explored other areas like Bonaventure Cemetery and state parks.
Communication with property manager was easy and responsive.
Really enjoyed the free parking space in nearby parking garage.
Also enjoyed the sound machine on Saturday night as the street crowds were up later than we were.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. Plenty of room for two couples, very clean and looks even better in person vs pictures! Location can’t be beat- right in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere and had so many options for food! Can be very noisy on the weekends, as others have mentioned- sound machine in master BR helps a little. Coffee maker needs replaced, but we really didn’t cook anything while there other than heating up leftovers- still, the kitchen was well equipped. Very nice condo, would come back again!

Parking pass saved a ton of hassle. Close walk to shops and restaurants. Outside was a bit noisy in the evening but overall a quiet building.

This was a perfect spot to be in Savannah. We were within walking distance to anything we wanted; waterfront, restaurants, Forsyth Park and shopping. The home was comfortable and included a standing fan and a sound machine which were helpful for sleeping as we are not accustomed to the sounds at night. Kitchen was fully equipped.

We brought the grandparents to visit our son who attends SCAD. My husband and I have visited Savannah many times and this location was the best. So easy to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Having access to the garage was a huge plus as well. The apartment space and layout was great.

Second time staying here. Perfect location and space. Easy walk to everything.

Came to Savannah for SCAD tour. Out second time here. Location is great. Suite was nice, the flooring was a challenge for my OCD as the wood planks would slide within the row leaving gaps. This was throughout the whole condo. Fan did not work in Bathroom so humidity was quite high. Elevator was not working the first day there but it was fixed timely. The noise machine was a god send in the master bedroom to drown out the street noise and slept like a baby after having that on. The rest was outstanding. I would come back and stay here - just a few odds and ends.

We stayed one night. Great location. Walk to many shops and restaurants. Wonderful to have parking in a garage, even if it was a block away. A few minor things that we could certainly overlook. Only issue I had was Queen mattress had a low spot in the center that you kind of slid into. But might not be an issue for others. Overall nice place to stay.

Loved the property but if you’re a light sleeper you do get a lot of noise from thevtraffic

The apartment is exactly as advertised and proved more than adequate for family of five which included a 1+ year old. Beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and is in an excellent location with several good restaurants, shopping and "squares" within short walking distance. The host is very responsive and quick to assist with any questions/concerns. Definitely on our list to stay again when in Savannah.

The location of the apt. was perfect. The furniture was beat up. The couch pillows were very uncomfortable and bumpy. The club chairs had missing leather and sitting you felt like you were in a hole. One chair would not swivel. The master bedroom is nicely decorated however the mattress was so uncomfortable with one side higher on the mattress and then a hole. The master bath floor tile was loose and actually stuck to my husband foot as he stepped off the bath rug. I was anxious when taking a shower because the back wall was so flimsy and soft. Dish washer leaked. Not what I expect with VRBO rental. We will not stay here again. Our goal was location and comfort. The comfort did not happen.

Quick trip to Savannah
We stopped on Savannahfor a few nights on the way to Charleston. The rental was exactly what we expected and was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. Excellent location
I brought my mom and family to celebrate her 60th birthday. This location was so perfect. We parked the car and never used it again which was exactly what I was hoping for. We walked everywhere. The river street area was a 5 minute walk and tons of stuff from the loft to the river. We all (3 to 60 years old) thoroughly enjoyed this trip and I would absolutely book this room again.

Heart of Historical District
We could not have asked for a better location to walk around Savannah and explore the city. Arrived on Saturday and left Monday. Kids had a great time with us, as we live far from a city atmosphere so this was a new experience.
We lucked out with parking right in front of the door (twice). Only moved the car to explore Tybee Island.
Yes, it was noisy at night, but you are in the city and this is to be expected. It is of no fault to the owner, and anyone looking to stay here should expect it.
You are overlooking one of the main streets.
Overall we could not be happier with the experience! We will definitely be back to explore more, and will try to stay in the same place because it was so perfect!

Wonderful Place!
We absolutely loved staying at Telfair. It's close to everything!!! Great communication! Get the parking space in the garage. Definitely worth it.

Good location, wore and tired property.
Loved being in the heart of the historic district.
The place needs a deep cleaning, painting, and refurbished furniture. Everyhas wear marked. The couch should have been tossed years ago.
Only one tv in a two bedroom apartment is not enough.

Comfortable stay, great location!
This was a great condo for our girls trip. Very comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. Mary was super responsive and wonderful to work with, and her instructions for checking in/parking were perfect. Nice to have a spot to park our car and not worry about it the whole time! If you plan on using the fold out beds would they would probably be okay for a child, but for an adult I wouldn't recommend it. I ended up just putting the mattress on the floor and it was okay. Street noise at night was pretty loud with cars/motorcycles revving engines, and people partying until 2 or 3am, but that was expected since we were staying in the heart of it all. Small price to pay for location. The sound didn't really travel to the smaller room of the two though, so if you come with family you could put kids back in that room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and well kept.

Broughton st. Condo
Very nice convenient area ‘condo was good about a 3.5, needed to be painted and updated a little but was clean , in a great area, friday and Saturday nights can get loud there but we expected that only bad about that was the jerk on the motorcycle who thought it was fun to be loudly zooming thru there at high speeds continuously throughout fri and sat nights.until about 3:30am. If i had children with me i would not have been happy

Super location
Roomie, as stated in pictures. Could use a general remodel chair in kitchen are so wobbly they pose a safety hazard. Couch is broken down and should be replaced

Perfect location!
This is a charming property with a perfect location to explore the riverfront area and markets. It’s large, clean, and updated, though a few things should be noted. The bedrooms have huge windows with some shutters or drapes, but there is still alot of light coming through at night from street lights and in the morning at sunup. So, if you like sleeping in the dark or sleeping in, this is probably not the right property for you. We’re all early risers, so no problem there. The door to the building doesn’t always close tightly so the magnet that keeps it secure doesn’t always work. It does have notifications inside & out to shut tightly, but didn’t work sometimes. The washer/dryer in the apartment were convenient but they took almost an hour each, and even then the dryer in high took an hour for a load of jeans/Tees. All in all, though, I’d stay here again bc you can’t beat the location and cleanliness of the place. Thanks!

Great Location
We enjoyed this property so much. It was easy to book and the location is amazing to everything in downtown Savannah. I will definitely be staying again! The only downside was the street noise at night but it’s to be expected in a city!

Great property, great location, noisy at night
This a gorgeous condo with beautiful old windows, in a great location for walking. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, the queen & king beds are comfortable, and showers are good. Surprisingly, the sofa was old so the pull-out sofabed was very uncomfortable, as were the roll-away beds. The noise at night was a big issue for us. The nearby beer bar plays loud music but the patrons were the main problem - revving engines and carrying on in the street until 3:30am. (This was a Monday night in March.) The back queen bedroom was fine, but the huge beautiful windows in the king bedroom and living room let in all the noise. If you enjoy night life and go to bed very late you can't go wrong with this condo. If you go to bed before midnight bring earplugs!
