This condo is in the most incredible location. The views are stunning. It is quiet & peaceful. We appreciated the ACs in the bedrooms. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner provides plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. We enjoyed hiking down to the beach several times a day. We will certainly be back! **side note, the pictures do not do the place justice.

This property was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The only reason I cannot give it a 5-star review was that one grill was dirty and lacked propane and the other grill which had propene had a broken ignition system. There were several windows which were inoperable and stuck in the open position. Overlooking these issues our stay was marvelous and the views were beyond outstanding. We would rent again!

Loved this VRBO home. Cool breezes and best view ever. Property mgr. great - even helped us carry bags down the stairs. Lots of nice touches that many places lack: very well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and linens, make-up mirror, heated bathroom floor, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels (always nice to replace what you use) and TVs with cable and smart options, good WiFi, directions and information on local activities, etc. Did I mention the view?!? Two great walks very near and even had a.c. and fireplace if you needed either one. Great neighborhood and designated parking. Perfect for a couple or a family with up to 2 kids. Used many VRBOs and this is one of my favorites. Thank you Chris and Jack for a wonderful two weeks. Loved your beautiful wood working Jack! ❤️ Debbie Hug

From the prompt and amazing communication to arriving to the most spectacular views and beautiful, clean,well stocked condo, our trip was everything we could have asked for. Hikes and beach right outside the door, close to everything but you feel miles away while there!

The pictures cannot begin to do this property justice: breathtaking ocean and mountain views, gorgeous sunsets, at night we could see the lights all the way to LA. More than once, we were surprised by bold hummingbirds near the condo, a road runner outside our bedroom window, and owls gently hooting from the reserve off the back patio each evening. Brunch included views of lazy sea lions basking in the sun at the marina, dozens of feet from where we (safely) dined. Each morning we drank coffee and watched the surfers. Chris had a lot of info to offer us, to make sure we knew what the area had to offer! Clean, comfortable, beautiful condo in a lovely, charming seaside town. We loved every moment of our stay!

You park on your driveway, walk up a few steps to your gate, open it up and…wow. Just wow. The ocean stops you dead in your tracks and takes all your tension away. Just sit down and take it in. The place was clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, comfy beds, great shower and bath, towels galore and a gas fireplace to top it all off. The property manager was quick to respond as well to any questions. Just a great stay in Dana Point.

Incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from sun-up to sun-set. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and linens. Very responsive owner and property manager. Made for a wonderful week that we hope to repeat over and over again in the future! The proximity to the Nature Preserve and the steps leading down to the ocean was perfect! Loved staying in this condo!

This condo is perfect for going to the beach and watching beautiful sunsets. The location is private, but very close to the beach. The condo itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We have stayed at this condo two years in a row, and really love it!

The view from the balcony was beautiful (even though we hit one of the rainiest weeks on record.). The property is in a convenient location. Would not be good for elderly or anyone w limited mobility as there are about 10 steps to get to the property. There’s no connection from garage to unit. We were very disappointed in the kitchen, not only was there a hodgepodge of dishes/glassware, the main issue was cleanliness; dirty oven, dirty drawers and an overall greasy smell in the cupboards. It’s too bad because this could have been a 4-5* property.

Totally unobtrusive amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Due to the location (high up on the bluff ), there is strong winds usually later in the day. Unit is little dated and not as clean as we’d like but for the price and the views, it’s definitely worth it. Due to it’s location (near beach), we didn’t expect the unit to be spotless! Owner, Jack was great and easy to work with….we enjoyed our stay, thanks!

We have stayed at multiple locations around the Dana Point area for over 30 years and this property has the most stunning view. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. The garage is a huge bonus, as we brought along 4 electric bikes and it worked out perfectly. I will definitely be coming back!!

This was a beautiful location at which to relax following my son's knee surgery. Since he couldn't go to the beach he was able to relax and enjoy the view and sounds instead. The only frustrating thing about the stay is the number of surrounding homes being built or undergoing significant renovation, causing a lot of construction noise throughout most of the day (jackhammers, hammers, nail guns, etc.). I did not reduce my rating because all other aspects of the stay were wonderful, and the property owner has no control over the construction, but it was pretty annoying. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay with lovely trails, access to the beach, a great view, and nice breeze even on the hotter days.

We arrived at the property right as the sun was setting and it was amazing to say the least! The property sits up on a cliff and is just beautiful. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you could need. We contacted the property manager a couple times and he was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
