With 250 feet of beachfront, It is a private estate for those looking for a true luxury vacation experience, while within close proximity to Sayulita and Punta de Mita, a short 8-10 minute drive in either direction. The exterior design has been inspired by the Andalusian architecture of southern Spain, with Moorish style stone walls paired with distinctive Spanish colonial elements. Love this part of the coast. Great house and host.

Pictures don't do this place justice. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place and a little adventure just outside of town and it met all expectations. Scott was super responsive and accurate with all of our questions. Beto and Fatima are amazing and will be around as much or as little as you ask. Beach out front was pretty much private most times of the day and there is a cool little beach break towards the south side of the beach for fellow surfers. 10min drive into town which is much more vibrant and loud almost every day of the year. Have always loved Siyulita, but this place took it to a new level, will definitely be staying here whenever we are in town in the future.

Paradise in Mexico
The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent a lot of time in the pool staring at the amazing waves and watching the sunset. German truly makes the place even better with his warmth, care and clear communication. The food and drinks were terrific too. Scott is a gracious host and always communicated clearly. Everything about the place was clear in the description. Scott arranged a driver for us to and from the airport and a can-am in order to get into town. The jungle next to us was lovely with lots of birds and many crabs. (The crabs are very scared of people so they move along). Thank you Scott and German for this extraordinary dream vacation! A week in paradise
What an amazing house in an unbelievable location. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It is stunning and we just loved the openness and the indoor-outdoor living. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers to spread out and not be on top of each other but also to gather as a family. The views are breathtaking. The unspoiled beach feels like your own private paradise. Most of the time we were on the beach, we were the only ones there. The waves were spectacular and the kids spent hours riding them. We walked up and down the beach every day and saw many whales migrating up the coast. Cannot say enough about German and Maria and how wonderful they are. They took such great care of us all week. Maria's meals were so delicious. Her fish tacos and chicken mole were better than any meals we had at any restaurant the rest of the vacation. Honestly every time we left the property we could not wait to get back. It's definitely remote and not easy getting in and out of the property (you have to drive over a dirt road and a creek) but that's kind of the point. It feels like your own secret paradise. Scott was very responsive and super easy to work with and communicate with. German even took us up to Monkey Mountain one day which was quite an adventure. We loved every minute of our vacation at Sempre Avanti. Thank you Scott, German and Maria! We hope to return someday.

Beautiful location, magical view, perfect house
The house is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. The sound of the crashing pacific ocean is enough to relax your spirits for weeks to come. The beach is extremely private. We saw whales passing by our house as we sipped beverages by the pool. The house was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The pizza was delicious. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Insane!
Absolutely stunning! The pictures dont do it justice. The design and layout of the villa is gorgeous, as well as the surroundings. Truly an oasis in the jungle thats only a 10 min drive from town. Herman and Maria were also so kind and helpful. Thank you to Scott for the experience!

Paradise!
Our stay here was fantastic - the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool is great (bring a floatie!) and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Scott came down to have a beer with us one evening and Maria & German were so helpful and friendly. We plan to come back at some point!

Perfect
This was my third time staying here. I obviously love it and I feel that it gets better each time. Scott is easy to communicate with and a gracious host. German and Maria are extremely helpful and make each stay memorable. Maria's cooking is amazing and the property is truly magical. There are so many things to rave about here, but the privacy and peacefulness is one of my favorites. I love being outside of Sayulita, but I also love how close it is if you need to go in for anything. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Scott, German and Maria for the wonderful memories!

A wonderful, peaceful getaway
The photos do not really do justice to the property. It is truly breathtaking. From the moment we booked until the minute we left (and after!) Scott was responsive to the many questions we had. German and Maria were so kind and attentive, and we must give special mention to Maria's exceptional culinary skills. In addition to the stunning property, the genuinely bespoke service makes all the difference. We were able to get to and from the beautiful town easily, and every recommendation was excellent. We cannot thank Scott, German and Maria enough for making sure it was a trip to remember.

A Dream Vacation
This place makes your dream vacation come try. It was scary to travel during Covid times but it is possible and Sempre Avanti makes it happen. The owner, Scott, is extremely helpful and so fast to respond to anything. He was there at the same time as us so we got to spend some time with him. Just a great person. Maria and German was excellent. Maria made me gain 5 pounds this trip- her cooking is delicious. German is so helpful. He started a bonfire for us on the beach, started the wood-burning pizza oven for Maria to make her amazing pizza, and even took us out to get our hike on Monkey Mountain started- which we would have been lost without him. We chose to rent Scott's Can-Am and we loved it! It seats 3 but I wouldn't rent it for more than that. We loved the property, the road to the property (have to drive along a little river), the secluded people. Definitely check out this property- you will love it.

The infinity pool is small and gorgeous, the views of the ocean (the sunset!) are sublime, and it's a 2-minute walk down the hill to a beach that gets very little use. We loved the design of the home, which had everything we needed. Maria and German are wonderful hosts, with German taking care of the property throughout the day, and Maria cooking wonderful meals to order. The are a lovely couple with adorable kids. Scott, the owner, was also in town, and it was great to get to know him during our stay.
We were there during the coronavirus pandemic, which was a very odd time to vacation, and we hope to go back for another visit when we can truly let our hair down and enjoy everything this property and the area have to offer.
Pro tip: be sure to rent a 4WD car with plenty of clearance for the adventuresome (but easy) drive to the property from the main road.

Paradise!
This location can’t be beat. The house is gorgeous and getting to and from town is a beautiful adventure! The beach is amazing and so private. Scott made sure every detail was taken care of and Maria makes a delicious margarita and is a great cook! German works non stop to make sure the property stays gorgeous. They make sure to take care of any needs you have without being intrusive. It was a magical week! Thank you!

Great Family Vacation
My family just spent a fantastic week at Scott’s property.. Beach is secluded and beautiful with opportunities to catch fish from shore and swim in surf. My boys 5 and 7 loved playing in water and chasing crabs on beach. Surf can be large so life jackets are a good idea for small children. Home is thoughtfully designed with amazing views. Scott was an amazing host making sure we were comfortable. He even drove to town at 9pm to purchase Tylenol for my wife. Maria is an excellent cook and German makes sure your transportation is organized and the grounds/pool and property are well maintained. Truly an amazing vacation. Looking forward to a return trip one day.

This place is amazing!!
This house is just like the video and maybe even better because the ocean is even closer than it appears in pictures. The view, the sunsets, the pool, the PRIVATE beach that goes on for a long time, the amenities, Scott (the owner) German and Maria (the caretakers), everything was absolutely perfect! We felt completely safe at all times in the house as well as in Downtown Sayulita! The house is nestled in the jungle so you can see no neighbors, just the amazing view of the ocean. Maria is an amazing cook. Her quac and salsa and her chicken fajitas were our favorites. We also had the pizza night on our last night which was a big hit. We love seafood but were told that fish can be iffy in Mexico.
Some highlights I recommend are:
Have German make a fire on the beach for you one night. It is beautiful and the stars will blow you away!
Walk down the beach to the left, there are a bunch of caves and rock arches. Great photo opps.
Go into Sayulita at least once. Our favorite places were Don Pedro's right on the beach and the Calypso overlooking the square. Both had amazing service and food.
The surf at the house was pretty rough but the public beach in Sayulita was much calmer and it was also fun to be in the hustle and bustle some times.
We took surfing lessons with Luchi. I emailed her when we got there and she was flexible with times. She was AMAZING and took us to an absolutely beautiful beach.
In general I would, with no hesitation, 100% recommend this house. Not a single thing about it wasn't perfect!

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED
This location alone is literally worth every penny, but there's a ton of other things we love about this property. We've stayed twice and would come back in a heartbeat. Here's a list of what we love about it:
- Beach - literally steps from the house - you can't beat that! Usually you're the only ones on it but up to only about 10 people at a time. Bring Keen sandals or shoes to climb rocks to other beaches along the shore and watch the crabs on the rocks. There's a little cave to the South side of the beach perfect for photos, and the waves are good for advanced surfers. You can still go in the water but it's not calm. We liked playing in the waves with the boogie boards
- Quiet - other than the beautiful sound of crashing waves
- Birds - there are a few lovely species to watch right in the yard! bring binoculars
- Maria & Herman are wonderful and helpful - Maria is a fabulous cook! Our favourite were the fish tacos.
- Hiking - Entrance to Monkey Mountain is very close by!
- Luxury - the home itself is incredible and spacious
- Dogs - we loved having the dogs around; they are sweet and gentle and it helped us miss ours back home a little less. They leave you alone if you show them the door
- 40 min walk to Sayulita - we love to be active and enjoyed being away from the crowded town; you don't even need to leave the house if you have groceries and liquor
- Clean - this is always important to us and Maria did a great job of keeping the place clean every day
- Scott the owner was wonderful and easy/quick to communicate with. He even drove us into town a couple times!
I can't speak highly enough of this place. We are already talking about coming back again!

DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER- THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY! I PROMISE-IT'S PARADISE!!
I don't even know how to begin to describe how fabulous everything about Casa Sempre Avanti was! We stayed here from 10/24-10/29 and could have stayed forever. Scott arranged transportation from the airport to the house and our driver even stopped at the grocery store to let us pick up some items for our stay. The adventure started with the drive on the dirt roads through the jungle and arriving at this secluded piece of heaven with margaritas for each of us made my Maria. Before we arrived we thought maybe we would venture out for some Sayulita excursions, but once we got there, we thought "why would we leave, everything we would ever want is right here!" We spent our first night relaxing by the pool after we ate THE best chicken tacos prepared by Maria. The weather was perfect, so we spent every day by the pool or in the pool! The pool was super clean and the perfect temp and just a bonus it looked over the ocean! Every night was so quiet and peaceful with only the sounds of ocean waves, the birds and other creatures. Oh and the beach... um, wow. We did not run in to one other person on the entire long stretch of beach the entire time we were there and watched some of the most beautiful sunsets! One day while walking on the beach we saw 3 cows and a bull hanging out-that was super cool to see! We were able to take chairs down to the beach from the house and just watch the ocean waves and catch some rays, the ocean was quite warm too. It's just a short little jaunt to the beach on a nice path that German always had well maintained. German made sure everything on the property and surrounding areas was nice and clean. German and Maria were so pleasant and kind and so hard working! German asked us every day if there was anything we needed in town and communicated well with us. Maria makes some dang good meals and her homemade guacamole and chips are to die for. She had coffee made every morning for us before we woke up and had clean beach towels rolled up for us every day as well. She kept the inside of the house clean at all times. Scott was the best host and we enjoyed him so much we asked him over a couple of times to chat and have a beer. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He also communicated so well with me before our stay and always answered any questions I had super timely and gave some amazing recommendations. Don't look any further & just stay here!! I know I"ll definitely be back!! thank you Scott!!

Not at all what we expected . . .
A complete failure. We had to leave and rent multiple hotel rooms mid-vacation due to potentially dangerous and unhealthy conditions. We selected this home for our family reunion and it was advertised at a luxury rental. When we arrived we felt that it matched that expectation. The next morning we were horrified at the smell of raw sewage in outdoor areas. We immediately notified the caretaker, who agreed that the odor was terrible. He said he would notify the owner right away. We took a day trip, hoping that the source of the odors would be identified and completely repaired. We did not hear anything from the owner though he lives just next door. The next morning the smell returned after our morning showers. After another call the owner finally arrived. He acknowledged the smell and told us he would “be in touch with his contractor.” We assumed that would be done immediately. We also told him that one bedroom shower wasn’t draining and that each time the water backed up the septic smell outdoors became worse. We headed out to Sayulita for another day trip away. Another day passed, nothing was repaired and we heard nothing from the owner. The master bedroom shower also had no hot water. This wasn’t fixed until after we asked multiple times. Even with all these issues we continued to hope against hope that things would be repaired as moving our entire family in the middle of a long-awaited time together was not a happy prospect. The final straw came when we noticed bugs and bird drippings collecting in the pool. We asked why the pool filtering system was not turned on, and were told that the pump broke early the day before. We received no notice of this failure. All of us, including a 4 year old, had been swimming in stagnant pool water. After calling the owner and receiving no response we had to actually go seek him out at his on-site home. At this meeting he took no personal responsibility for the situation, offered no solutions, and instead blamed all of the problems and failures on others. We decided that out of a growing concern for our health and safety to pack up our entire family - grandparents, siblings and our toddler- and at great expense and inconvenience head off to a hotel. We gave the owner multiple opportunities to make our stay as expected by the property listing - elegant and luxurious. Instead, he chose to do nothing about sanitary safety and also give us a hard time. We were incredibly disappointed by this property.

Such a special place
We just got home from our trip to Sayulita! My husband and I traveled with our two children (1 and 3). We were welcomed with warm smiles despite being two hours late due to bags missing. We felt truly on vacation with Maria’s cooking and she kept the home very clean. Her fish tacos and salsa were my favorite. My husbands favorite were the sapitos. Our children loved all of it! The private pool and beach were so special especially having young children. Our three year old spent most of her time in the pool. Some areas of the property were not as “kid friendly” as I would have imagined but German made safe arrangements and we made it work overall. We would recommend his home and it would have been perfect for two small families as the bedrooms both had on-suits. As others have said the home was better than expected and Scott the owner was very accommodating and fast to respond especially when we had bag troubles. Oh, and there are two dogs one is named Perro and was a sweetheart our children loved him how he would follow us down the beach, almost like a guard dog. Excellent Excellent Experience! I wish I could find a place like this in every country!

Though we stayed 5 days, we could have easily stayed an additional week and never left the beach.

Secondly time just as great as th first
We stayed here last year and can honestly say we will book with Scott, German and Maria every year for our family tradition. It is close enough to both Sayulita and San Pancho so it has that secluded feel but all necessities are within reach as well. It has the amenities of a hotel without having to share it with anyone but those you travel with. This place is special.

Fabulous house and setting
Our family of four had a great week in Sayulita - the house was fantastic - great indoor and outdoor spaces, and the setting / view was spectacular - even better than the pictures on the listing. We loved the outdoor space / pool and access to a very private beach for swimming and walks. The caretakers, German and Maria are great - Maria is a great cook and we really enjoyed our 3 dinners at the house (as well as her guacamole!). The location worked well - beautiful and quiet setting away from the crowd in Sayulita, yet very easy to access town (as well as Punta Mita).

Our vacation at this property was unparalleled! Scott, the owner, was super responsive to all of our questions. German and Maria, the on-site caretaker and cook, were out-of-this-world! We felt so spoiled having Maria make us her guacamole, salsa, margaritas, chicken enchiladas, empanadas, and chilaquiles, to name a few. German was amazing - he coordinated on-site massages for us, a trip to The Marietas Islands, and even came to get us when we arrived in Sayulita to lead us to the house (we came at the tail-end of the rainy season, where you have to drive IN a river to get to the house!). They attended to every need of ours and were respectful, friendly and gracious in an unobtrusive manner. The house is spectacular- the best part about it is the covered outside sitting area where we relaxed day after day, watching the ocean and sunset. The dining room also has that same view, as it sits on the second floor of the house and is enclosed only by 3 walls. The 2 bedrooms were nicely air-conditioned. The house is tastefully decorated and the art is something to behold. The beach is secluded; we only saw surfers and oyster-divers. No passers-by, so if you're looking for a private getaway, this is it! We enjoyed our time at the pool, as it was refreshing and beautiful. We can't say enough about how wonderful our vacation was - a dream, really and we would gladly return. Thank you Scott, German and Maria for facilitating an incredibly relaxing vacation.

Five stars is an understatement. My best shared economy experience ever.
Our (couple + 4 teenage girls) one-week stay in early August 2017 in Casa Sempre Avanti was absolutely perfect. The property is a piece of paradise. The house is intelligently designed, well built, decorated with taste, very well equipped and carefully maintained. The beach is beautiful, 99.9% private, surrounded by two rock outcrops that go into the sea and cut of any foot traffic from adjacent beaches. The housekeeper couple (who live in a separate house in the same property) are fantastic sweet people, who embody the service spirit Mexicans are known for. Perfect destination to enjoy a natural vacation of sun, sand, surf and relaxation away from modern life noise. All the recommendations and tips that the owner provided were spot on. Make sure you try the shrimp empanadas at the house, surf low tide in Burros beach and visit the Marietas Islands for a snorkeling day-trip. Communication with the owner was fluid and frequent during reservation, pre-visit, and naturally during the visit. Can't thank the owner enough for sharing this jewel with us and making possible one of our best vacations.

Amazing Beachfront Location & Property
This property is located on the south side of Sayulita with quick access to both the town, shops and great surfing. The house itself is AMAZING. It is secluded with wonderful views, a great lay-out and ALL of the amenities you could possibly need. From beach chairs and towels to quality wine glasses and a water filter, every detail is covered. Maria and German live in the guest house and provide incredible service. They cook amazing meals and ensure the grounds are pristine throughout your entire stay. This is one of the best vacations my husband and I have ever been on. We will definitely be back!

Do not hesitate to book this property! 5 stars hardly seems like enough.
We arrived to German and Maria greeting us with margaritas, fresh made chips, guacamole and salsa. German immediately brought in our luggage and gave us a tour of the home. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and beautiful. The pool was fantastic and we spent most days hanging around the house enjoying Maria's cooking and the beautiful weather. We were not sure about having German and Maria around as we were looking forward to quiet time and not used to being waited on. They are so unobtrusive that you hardly know they are there until they appear to ask if you would like another margarita or a snack. (Yes, please!) We asked to have our last day alone and we did not see them the entire day except when German appeared to set up a fire and chairs for us on the beach at sunset. We are big dog lovers so having Pero and Tunda around made us very comfortable. Both are sweet animals and well behaved. German helped us arrange for a private, poolside couples massage, which was one of the highlights. Very reasonably priced. Maria's cooking is authentic and ready almost to the minute when you request it. Air conditioning in master bedroom worked very well for keeping us comfortable at night and the rest of the house seemed to be fine temperature wise throughout the day. We spent a couple mornings in Sayulita and the surrounding towns and had a great time shopping and having breakfast. We started referring to Maria and German as ninjas because they seemed to appear exactly when you were thinking about more ice, a cool drink or some delicious fresh made bean dip! The drive in from the airport was easier than we expected and driving "down the creek" to get to the house was fun. You would be fine in a regular car, we did not need to 4 wheel drive we rented. I would not suggest you go for more than a day without Maria and German around as you could see how the dust and crabs would quickly get out of hand without their constant attention to these things. I have never seen so many crabs in one place! Thousands! They were fun to observe. We did not have a problem with bugs at any point. I was concerned about the pool not being heated but it turned out not to be an issue as the intense sun warmed it sufficiently. On the plane ride home we could not find one thing about this property that would prevent us from returning each year. It was only two of us but 6 would have been comfortable. I cannot properly express how much we would recommend this rental.

Perfect place to relax & recharge!
We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Sempre Avanti. The owner, Scott, was very helpful in making arrangements and followed up with us quickly. The home is stunning - almost brand new which we really liked. German and Maria were amazing, always around when we needed something, but very respectful of our privacy. Maria's cooking is phenomenal and authentically Mexican - some of the best meals we've had in Mexico! The place is secluded so very easy to unwind. The beach is stunning and relatively quiet (only a few locals visit it sometimes). Would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for the ultimate stress-free vacation.

Awesome, beautiful, amazing, relaxing...words cannot express
This property will not disappoint. Scott, the owner is very responsive and helpful. The pics on this site represent the house very well but it's even better in person. You literally do have your own private beach just easy steps away from the pool. The house is very open and perfectly decorated. You can enjoy great views from pretty much anywhere in the house. The bedrooms have a/c and work very well and cool down quickly if needed. You definitely need to sleep with the doors open a few nights with a/c off and just enjoy the beach sounds and morning views or starry nights!
Maria and German (the caretakers) are awesome and are there as much or as little as needed. It's up to you. They live in a separate house on the property. Maria is a fantastic chef and makes great homemade authentic mexican cuisine (shrimp dishes, tacos, enchiladas, ceviche, guacamole, etc). There was freshly made guacamole and Margaritas waiting for us when we arrived! You supply the food and she will make whatever you like during your stay. German keeps up with the grounds and is also responsible for the beautiful landscaping. There are tropical plants all over the property. German also speaks excellent English if you need some help translating, calling a cab, etc. He was very helpful for anything that we needed.
The house is located about 10 minutes outside of the great but busy town of Sayulita. You can certainly get by without a car. I believe a taxi ride was very reasonable at 150 pesos (about $8) but we ended up renting a SUV for the last half of our trip. Next time, we will rent a Jeep or SUV for the entire trip. There are some dirt roads and small streams that you drive through to get to the house. DO NOT be intimidated, it is very easy to navigate even in a small car. Also, go explore all the roads around the house. We loved it and it added to our adventure (the ATV tours actually go back here)! There are nearby towns also worth exploring. Check out the Farmer's Market in La Cruz on Sundays. Go early and go hungry!
Sayulita is awesome. The town has a great vibe and everyone is very friendly. The ATV and Zip Line Tours at Rancho Mi Chaparrita were so much fun. The guides there are hilarious! Check out the boat tours at Chica Locca too. Their staff was awesome too. I could go on and on but I'm running out of characters to type in this review! Bottom line...this was one of our favorite trips ever!

Quiet secluded paradise
It was near perfect. This is a special spot… our only regret is that we didn’t just book our entire stay there. Maria and Herman are such great people - they took great care of us; went above and beyond our expectations. The second place we stayed was just up the road and we had walked by Sempre Avanto a few times looking at the people staying there after us, wanting them to leave “our place”. We loved how quiet and secluded it was, the few steps to the beach, and closeness to the hiking trails. The dogs were nice to have around, as we missed our pups back home but could have done without the night-long barking. Would stay here again!

We have stayed at a lot of different places all over, we love to travel. We were lucky enough to find this rental kind of on a whim. It was more than magical. The home itself is impeccable. Everything is brand new, and so comfortable. Because of the way it's built you fall asleep listening to the sound of the ocean. It's magic. We stayed here with our 18 month old daughter and she loved it too.
This home also comes with the hard work of German and Maria, the grounds keeper and his wife who cooks. They are the best. Super sweet and kind and happy to do whatever is needed.
This place is really special. It's in a sweet spot where not just anyone can find you. It's for a specific type of traveler- one who enjoys the adventure of being off the beaten path, but also enjoys to be a little fancy. We love Sempre Avanti and are looking forward to renting this house again.
