This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully renovated, boasting a kitchen with a large island, large family room complete with sectional couch and fireplace, and a dining room that seats 8. Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs all the way from Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Located only 1 mile from Pinecraft, Sarasota's very own Amish community, and 8.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, voted USA's #1 beach! Absolutely love this house. The host is very easy to communicate with. The home is spotless clean and had everything you need for a perfect get away. With great comfortable beds and TVs in all the rooms it's great for day or night stays. Close to everything in Sarasota. 2nd time at this home and surely will be many more!!!

This beautiful house is super cozy and comfortable. Everything about the house was very nice. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-supplied. We were impressed with the quality of everything. Loved relaxing in the lanai and being able to walk to Legacy Trail. Great place to stay!!

Wow! Lovely kitchen with everything we needed; baths well stocked; slept through the night in the excellent bed. Loved the clean, updated look of everything. Large living room. Lots of seating in the kitchen. Back porch was lovely too. I would definitely recommend this house and I would book it again.

Our stay was really enhanced by the great touches the host incorporated into her property. Our young grandchildren had a ball with an area just for them and we loved having so much room in the home overall. We were constantly surprised by the many extras we had access too that are simply uncommon in our experiences with vacation homes on both coasts. Suffice to say the condition of everything in the home was excellent and the extras like bikes/beach gear was far beyond average and much appreciated. Our host Jen was so great to work with as well. Absolutely perfect set up for our particular needs. We traveled to visit our son and his family who recently relocated to Sarasota. We also brought our elderly parents. Jenn has gone over and above with this place. This was by far the most organized and best stocked property we have ever stayed. Furnishings were very, very nice. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were all immaculate! Indoor space and outdoor space were both amazing. Could go on and on, just can’t say enough good things about it. Will definitely try to book again for future visits.

This property worked so well for us. Location was good, the place had so many inside and outside areas to just sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood also right next to a biking trail. Didn’t have time to use the bikes provided in the garage, but maybe next time. Lots of items provided for little ones if you’re traveling with young kids.

While visiting family in Sarasota this home offered the room we needed for visiting. Our home was the gathering spot. It offed plenty of space indoor and out and the hostess keeps the home well maintained and supplied with all the comforts of your own home. Just minutes to the beach and conveniently located among other top tourist attractions, shopping etc.

It is a very nice, clean, roomy house, with nice outside facilities too. An added plus were the bikes/biking trail and beach paraphernalia that came with the house. We will definitely be checking to see if we can have it when we visit Sarasota again!

I would absolutely recommend this property, and I can't wait to stay again when I visit the area! Communication with Jen was so prompt, friendly and helpful. She was so understanding when there was a mix up with our trip dates, and was so accommodating with helping to make those adjustments, which I appreciated so much. She responded within minutes every time I messaged with any questions. Regarding the home, it was absolutely wonderful. Very well kept and clean. Great layout, and beautiful. The backyard was so perfect in every way, from the enclosed and comfortable outdoor area to the outside seating and BBQ. Just open the back fence and there you are on an incredible paved trail that is safe and populated with friendly locals taking walks and biking. I couldn't even believe how convenient this feature was. The neghborhood is safe, quiet and simply lovely. There were a lot of very convenient items for use in the home, like toys for our toddler (which he had so much fun playing with), and bikes and beach items like chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys. The kitchen was so well stocked with condiments, seasonings, cookware, and even little conveniences like foil and an assortment of storage bags for leftover food. Again, the host, Jen is absolutely delightful, and the home and location just can't be beat. Thank you for having us. We will be back!

This home is a great lay out that provides tons of space, inside and out. Nice quiet community close to everything (centrally located). The owner has taken EXTRODINARY care with the details. I was very impressed with not just the basics but the MANY extras she provided to ensure you wanted for nothing. I would 100% recommend this home and will absolutely rent it again in the future.

This was the second year we have stayed at this property at thanksgiving. It is the perfect place for us to stay while we visit our children and grandchildren. It has plenty of space to visit and entertain our family. We will definitely rent this property again.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sarasota. First of all the house is amazing: it was so clean and in a fantastic location. We got up every morning and walked on the trail behind the house. The coffee bar had the best tasting vanilla coffee as well as a variety of teas and creamers. Everything that you need to go to the beach was also provided: towels, chairs, coolers, etc. The Amish village was within walking distance but it’s not like the Amish village in PA but it was still very nice. The owner is so responsive to texts and so accommodating with changes. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Sarasota.

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! It exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive. The location was perfect, the home is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. The AC kept the house very comfortable. Master bedroom mattress was the MOST comfortable I've ever slept on. If you are a coffee lover this house has a designated coffee station with all the fixings. The house has many little touches that we noticed and appreciated. Make up face towel is a brilliant idea in fact every hotel/rental should have these. Very comfortable beautiful home. We will 100% be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We went down to FL for our annual family vacation. This year we decided to visit some of my wife’s friends in Sarasota area. The house lived up to our expectations. The house is very well kept and neat. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who plans a trip to the Sarasota area. The host and house are top notch. We plan on staying here again when we come back down. Simply the best!!

As a first timer using Vrbo, this property surely set the bar high!!! If you are reading this and other five star reviews, believe everything everyone is saying!!! This property is phenomenal! Fully stocked and clean, clean, clean! My family stayed 7 days, and we all agreed we felt like residents because everything was literally so perfect! From the location to all of the home amenities! Before we even arrived Jen checked with us to see if we needed anything and made extra effort to get an item we needed which was so appreciated. She had pack n plays set up and lights on when we arrived. The house was very clean, organized and welcoming. It was stocked with all kinds of things that made our stay so great—The coffee bar, condiments, paper products, laundry items, & toiletries were awesome to not have to go purchase. We travelled with our 4 young kids and this house was set up great for kids. There is a cute little table with coloring items & toys, pack n play, high chair, booster seat, & sippy cups. One of the things we appreciated the most was all of the things for the beach—they have it all—chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, knee boards, coolers, a beach cart, towels. This house was perfect for our family of six! We felt well taken care of and right at home!! Thanks for sharing your awesome home with us!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and can tell you this is a GREAT one, and this host goes above and beyond! It is nicer and more spacious in person than it looks in the pictures, and it was perfect for our quick weekend at a family wedding. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and plenty of space! We had absolutely ALL of the comforts of home and this home was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful items! The coffee bar is fully loaded with different flavors of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and even immune supplements! We made pies for the family wedding reception and the kitchen was incredible. I brought all of my own ingredients and had the pleasure of using the HUGE island to prep! It was wonderful. You do not need to bring anything but food and even then, there are tons of spices and starter items to help you! There are beach items we could have used in the garage, but we didn't have time for the beach. Maybe next time! We were also very appreciative of the home owners communicating with us prior to Hurricane Nicole hitting FL and they were gracious enough to be flexible with our travel arrangements changing. We had a great, but quick weekend and we would highly recommend this home to anyone!
