PRIVATE BEACH. This is one of two units that we own in the complex, with the other one being vrbo 653669.

Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico.

The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can enjoy a BBQ in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella.

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to two bathrooms and two bedrooms, each including a TV. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

The townhouse gave us the space and location we needed for our week long vacation. The owners had a shed with items for the beach and for kids to use to play in the sand/water. We did have a misunderstanding about there being a futon in the second bedroom(that is how the listing shows the beds), but we’re still able to have enough sleeping space with the pullout bed downstairs. The only other issue we had was outside of the owners control and that was late, noisy swimmers at the pool a couple of nights and a very early garbage truck on a Saturday morning. Overall, we had a good stay and having such easy and close access to the beach was nice and the townhouse provided what we needed for the week long stay.

This Sugar Beach unit was clean, colorful, and close to the beach. It had everything you needed from hand soap to beach chairs. The host was quick to respond and checked on us regularly to make we had everything we needed. We will be back!! Thank you

This is my 3rd time staying in Julie and Robs condo's. It was my 1st time at this condo and have stayed twice at their other one. They are both well-equipped and beautiful.

Wow. Our first visit to this property and the description of the unit is very accurate. Owner of the property was super responsive. We had an issue with the fact that one of the other units was rented by a large group of Freshman age college kids and the woman who owned our unit was all over it. It is entirely the fault of onsite management (supposed to be over 23 or 25 to rent) but it was simply a one-night irritant because of our owner. The location is great - you probably don't even need a car on the Island. It's about a mile back over bridge to Navarre/Fort Walton and everything you need is within 5 minutes. First time on Navarre Beach and it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It's not nearly as crowded as Fort Myers, Indian Rocks, Cocoa Beach or St. Augustine and the vibe is much more relaxed. Lots of old people (like us), as well as college aged and families. Only, only downside is that I am a runner and the sand is too beautiful and soft to run on but running in and around the Navarre Beach area was safe with running and biking trails. If you want a night life, Pennsacola and Destin are 20 to 30 minutes away. W We flew into Ft Walton/Destin airport which is small but it was simple to get in and out. The time from off the plane to bags to rental car was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday night. Local food is awesome and locals seemed a little less welcoming than other areas but my wife and i are obnoxious, talkative Midwesterers so I get it.

I had an issue with my key access email. I messaged the owners and got an immediate response! There were so many extras like games, floats, chairs and towels. It’s a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Definitely would stay again!

My two sisters and I drove almost 10 hours for a sister trip. We were able to check in right at 2 and hit the beach! The place was clean and comfy. We were a little disappointed in how far we had to walk and carry our cooler and chairs to get to the beach but that was the only issue we had!.

We really enjoyed everything about this unit. Everything about it was very comfortable. Its close to anything you wanna do. We really enjoyed the patio and grill. The fact that it was only steps to the beach was a big +. Ms Julie was AWESOME!!! Looking forward to booking with her again!!

Best condo, i have had the pleasure at staying at. Super clean, quiet surroundings, and more than enough needed space. Only thing against is, they seemed to be in the middle of swapping out the dining room light, but the family enjoyed hours of cards and boardgames. Despite the weeks weather, a great over all stay! Next time in the area will definitely rebook!

The townhome was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the beach and had almost everything we needed for the stay. Most the supplies for the house are supplied but I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and you will need charcoal for the grill, laundry soap if you’re wanting to wash laundry and extra trash bags.

Everything was just right except for the coffee maker. It needs replacement. The Koreg side. The master bedroom mattress is significantly depressed on the left-hand side. A roll of extra toilet paper in the cabinets of each bathroom would be appreciated. Remove the rug closest to door entryway. When bringing in heavy luggage, it is a slip and fall risk. Otherwise, a very nice condo. Decor very nice. Water pressure great! Easy entry. Thank you.

We cant say enough good things about our stay here. Property exactly as described. Clean, plenty of room and everything you need. There were plenty of pool and sand toys for kiddos but we did add to that collection by leaving ours in storage for the next family to enjoy. The value of this property in regards to proximity to beach is outstanding. I'm talking a 1 minute walk. Groceries a short drive away as well.Check in and out easy process.Thanks for sharing your great place. If you are looking for a little less hustle and bustle than up the road in Pensacola this is the place. We loved it. Don't hesitate to stay here folks.

Everything from booking to the check out was easy. The hosts answered very quick to every inquiry. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed for our week stay. I love the cute little fenced patio area. My grandson loves it outside and I didn't worry about him being out there. We borrowed pool toys/beach toys. We also had a family game night when the rain came as there were several family games there. Thank you so much for having them available for use. The pull-out couch was a bit worn and not so comfy, but those kind of beds usually aren't comfortable anyway. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back sometime soon. Thank you!

Arrived last Sunday and was fortunate to have beautiful weather all week. Not a drop of rain and clear blue skies. Check in was simple. All accommodations were clean and ready for our arrival. Enjoyed the beach and pool everyday and found some great seafood restaurants.

We had a great time visiting Navarre! The condo was conveniently located to the beach merely minutes away. The unit had all the needed amenities and even some extra beach items which saved us from bringing our own. The owner of the property replied back to our needs immediately especially when we found that the beach towels were missing from the unit. They were promptly brought over so we could enjoy our week. We enjoyed the townhome so much and loved the area and being right on the beach. It was a perfect family getaway and our youngest first time to the Florida beach! We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Julie was also easy to speak to when I had a question early on to check out! We never had any issues.

Great spot for a quick or long getaway. Swimming pool out the front door and very short walk to the beach. This beach provides less crowds and plenty of things to do. 20 minutes from Pensacola or Destin if you want but great restaurants in Navarre. Enjoyed the condo and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

We were in for a quick wedding weekend. The unit was clean and check-in was easy. Parking is directly in front of the unit so it is easy to get in and out with groceries and luggage. Pool is out in front of the unit. All and all it was perfect for a quick in and out trip!
