Fully furnished eight year old house, has 62" TV in living area and 40" TV in Master bedroom. Internet, WiFi, and cable TV is supplied, has new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters for a fee. This retirement area has all the amenities you will need and then sum. Also it is only 30 miles from Tucson, AZ. We live in Green Valley and can answer any questions you might have at anytime Terry Ridenour.

Outstanding property and host. Stayed for three weeks at this property in April. Truly an exceptonal experience. The house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with all the required amenities nearby. The house is in excellent condition; spotless and well maintained. It is equipped with high end furnishings and beautifully decorated. Everything works as it should. The home is fully stocked with all the household necessities. Terry and Eileen were great to work with; very thoughtful and quick to repond to any questions one might have. I can not imagine a better property or hosts to rent from. I highly recommend this property!

This was our first visit to Green Valley and this rental made our time there memorable and enjoyable. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that’s easily accessible to main roads and has wide sidewalks for walking. We were impressed with the amenities of the house and thoughtful touches throughout to make guests comfortable. For example, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, the kitchen was well-equipped, the linen closets were filled with extra towels and wash cloths, and the beds were so comfy. Terry responded quickly when we had a question. We heartily recommend this house and hope to return next year.

This property was a great home base for us for 2 weeks as we scoped properties in the area. Everything went very smoothly. The host was communicative and helpful. The house was nice and comfortable. Household items from paper products to detergents were well stocked (a nice surprise) and there were lots of towels and linens. I highly recommend this property, and it is a great value.

For the second year in a row we enjoyed the luxury of staying at this home. Everything is always "Just Right" The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to things to do. We have said many times that we wish we could live here year round.

We stayed at Terry's beautiful home for 5 weeks after selling our home in Flagstaff, while we waited for our new home to be completed in Green Valley. We were so thankful for Terry's willingness to let us rent with our two dogs. He's a dog guy and said, "they're part of the family!" Communication was fantastic. Terry was a thoughtful host and checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you will need. The backyard is just perfect if you happen to be staying there with a pet, as the trees are mature and there is shade. The humans liked it too! We highly recommend this home to anyone in need of a place in Green Valley. Thank you so much, Terry!

My husband and I stayed here with our two small dogs. It was clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very proactive. The best part was the BED! Oh my....I want to know the brand of mattress and pillows! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We'll be back

This property shows pride of ownership. It is beautifully decorated and everything you would need for a home away from home is provided. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, and you are close to all amenities including access to GVR locations for an additional fee. The owner thoughtfully had all paperwork filled out for us to do this, and we spent everyday at the pool cooling off. The backyard is private and has beautiful shade provided by mature trees. This home truly is a gem.

This home was very clean and well appointed in the kitchen and throughout the home. The place spacious inside with nice seating on a covered patio in the backyard. The neighborhood is great with lovely mountain views along nearly every street.
