Excellent 6 bedroom house with pool facing the beach. There are 3 suites with sea view, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - all rooms have split air conditioning. This house has a total of 5 bathrooms, 1 of which is a toilet in the living room. Garage for 4 cars, Barbecue, Beach Volleyball Court and Internet. House complete with all household items.

O contato com Augusto antes da locação foi importante para decisão da locação. Respondeu sempre rapidamente as chamadas, os questionamentos e foi correto com o contrato. Fomos recebido pela Janaína muito bem. A casa é ótima e atendeu muito bem a exigência de um grupo que tem experiencia em locações de casas em algumas partes dentro e fora do país. Conforto e espaço foi importante para estes dias. A piscina mantida limpa durante todos os dias pelo Márcio. A Churrasqueira é aconchegante. A praia boa e limpa. Antes do primeiro banho, para quem não tem experiência com o mar, é bom ver o relevo em maré baixa. Os equipamentos funcionando adequadamente (geladeira/tv/freezer, etc). Queríamos a tranquilidade e exclusividade do silêncio exceto o som do mar e da brisa do mar. Conseguimos!!!!

Excelente Casa!
A casa é excelente. Ampla e bem cuidada. Localização em frente uma praia tranquila e banhável com ondas pequenas e médias tendo um quiosque e restaurante ao lado. Fora estes dois estabelecimentos, a casa fica de certa forma isolada sendo bem tranquila à noite, mas muito próximo ao Centro de Prado com suas feiras de artesanatos e comidas e do Beco das Garrafas com várias opções de restaurantes.
