Had a wonderful stay in Becky's condo. Everything was as advertised, the view from the large lanai was spectacular, the condo very clean, comfortable and contained absolutely everything you could need. It was delight to communicate with Becky who always responded promptly and helpfully, cannot speak highly enough of this apartment.

Fantastic accomodation
The accomodation was beautiful-just as described-and very clean. Becky was very helpful with getting information to me regarding our stay and check in, and also in answering questions I had along the way. The location gave us easy access to Gasparilla Island, grocery store, and beautiful scenery. This property met my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this to others.

Fantastic location and the place was the CLEANEST VRBO I have ever stayed in. Becky was super about communication and last minute changes for us. Beautiful view of the open water to the west over Boca Grande and the channel coming into the marina.

Amazing Waterfront Getaway
This condo is immaculate, very nicely furnished, decorated and well equipped and supplied. Extremely relaxing to sit on the double width Lanai and enjoy the amazing waterfront view and boating activity. Very convenient to docks and marina next door and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande. Becky is an excellent host and great with communication and detail!! Planning to return later this year and hopefully on a regular basis thereafter.

Perfect stay for two guys fishing.
Becky's place was perfect and an excellent value.The location was ideal - our fishing guides picked us up right at the dock and then dropped us at the restaurant walking distance away. Her place was immaculate. Her communication was immediate. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Becky!

Beautiful property and location, excellent support
The balcony views in the mornings and evenings were beautiful. We rented a boat for the week at the marina next door and enjoyed the inland waterway and fishing. Becky is a great owner and host.

Everything about this condo was perfect-Location (on canal leading to Little Gasparilla Sound with dock access to marina/restaurant), view (expansive screen porch overlooking Sound), decor, size, kitchen (well-stocked), bedrooms, large baths, amenities (pool/tennis). Gated access. Beyond expectations. Becky is a great hostess, attentive and readily accessible. Highly recommend. Great value!

Family getaway - great condo with a beautiful view!
Our family of 5 was thrilled to stay for a week in this Boca Vista Harbor condo. Becky was lovely to deal with, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with incredible views from the huge lanai. We love this area in Florida, We enjoyed time on the beach in Boca Grande and Stump Pass State Park. Also had a wonderful kayak and SUP board tour through the mangrove tunnels at Don Pedro Island State Park. A week was too short... we’d love to come back again one day.

Seeing is believing is the perfect name. My husband and I needed a get away and this place was PERFECT in every way, comfort, location etc. Becky, the owner, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY stay again and tell everyone we know. Of note, if I were to purchase and decorate a condo it would be exactly what this one is. Love it!

Absolutely wonderful experience
Becky is the best host—totally available the whole time. My daughter and I had a getaway and spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the harbor. It was quiet, just the way I like it. The condo has everything you need— and more. We forgot coffee, and there it was in a cabinet!

This condo is beautiful with a spectacular view - sunrise to sunset. Great location - met the fishing guide at the dock downstairs and short drive to Boca Grande for dinner and the beach. We look forward to our return - we will be back.

Amazing Three Bedroom Condo with Breathtaking Views of Gasparilla Sound in growing Placida, Florida.
Becky is super sweet and attentive to her tenants. This is a amazing condo with breathtaking views of The Gasparilla Sound. The condo is Absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished! It was stocked very well with items that we needed such as paper plates, paper towels, trashbags, beach towels, etc. The pool was great - perfect temperature and had a nice area for grilling and hanging out. Everything was extremely clean, which is very important to me. Location was ideal for going to LGI by family members boat. Publix, Boca Grande, Englewood Beach and Numerous Great Restaurants Are conveniently located close by. There was also a gate with the code that led to the little restaurant next-door to Waterside grille that was very convenient to walk to. This is also a gated community so that was an extra nice feature . Thank you so much Becky for your hospitality and we will definitely be back to enjoy another vacation at your condo . The Dyes
