Reviewer Comments:
Well, it is a good location in a walkable town and has somewhat of a view (out the few windows where the blinds actually work), but it is not located where shown on the VRBO map, so don't think this is a primitive area. The townhome is more packed into the business/residential neighborhood than it appears in the photo. It is clean, but as someone else said, "tired". There are a lot of broken items that the owner is ignoring. Water leaks, multiple flushes to get the small toilet to clear, broken bathroom fan, broken window & door shades, damaged wall paint, etc. I think you could fit a motorcycle or two in the garage, but there is room for overflow parking out front and one in the back driveway. Outdoor access to the indoors is via the power garage door with passcode. No keys, but it works as long as you remember the code. The dining area is cramped and situated over white carpet! The management company, however, was very responsive to the extent they could be. They fixed the missing stove knob, one of two priorities. Check out time is really early, 10:00AM. This was summer, so the provided fans were very welcome. I ended up buying only one additional fan for a daughter that was too hot in the basement. Beds were not like home, but that is a personal judgement call I guess.

This condo is in a great location, literally right outside of town by 2 blocks. It sleeps 7-8 people comfortably in beds, but it would be quite tight in the living room and kitchen with that many people. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Also, there is a garage for one small car...it’s tiny.Overall, if you don’t fill all of the beds, it works! The location is good, it has laundry and a mud area for skis, etc. I recommend it for a smaller group (or smaller kids who would be happy to hang out in their space in the basement). It’s also a bit tired.

Very nice accommodation; nice location; just a few maintenance issues: toaster malfunction, one of the stovetop burners out; dining room chairs needed canes replaced; one of the bunk bed ladders needed to be reattached (dangerous for kids). We still enjoyed our time there.

Decore was worn and dated but the beds were comfortable, sheets and towels clean. Frisco is an adorable little town. You’re 30 min from Breckinridge or Keystone skiing. Wish check in was at 3 pm instead of 4. Wish checkout time was 11 am not 10. Our family had a nice time.

We stayed here to ski at Copper and A Basin. The house itself was very nicely appointed with furniture and cooking utensils. Beautiful views. The communication with the renting company left a bit to be desired, such as the location of the dumpster. It is fairly close (10 min walk) from the shuttle stop going to downtown Frisco and Copper but the road has no sidewalk or street lights. There is a lovely trail that goes by the back of the house. It's very close to Copper and A Basin (< 30 min drive). Good shower temp and pressure. Mattresses a bit too soft for my taste. Some things in the house didn't work (lightbulbs, fireplace, breakers tripped) but overall it was a lovely house and I would stay again.

My two teenagers and I had a great stay here. We skied 3 days at Keystone and enjoyed coming back here to relax each evening. The set up is easy for storing gear and hanging up wet clothes, etc. It was clean and everything was in working order, and we loved that it was stocked with plenty of bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, dish soap, etc. Kitchen was tiny but adequate. The only unexpected negative was the downstairs bunk room did not have a door (just a curtain) and the bathroom attached to it was tiny.

Property was exactly like it showed in the pictures and was in a great location just of the main street in Frisco. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. Ski resorts are just a few miles down the road with bus access. My family had a great time.

Great Cozy Condo
This condo was a great space for our all adult group. We could all fit around the dining table, watch TV together and not fight for the bathroom. Kitchen was lacking some utensils and dishes. Great location to walk to bars and shops.

Great Location
My husband, daughters and I stayed here over the Holiday weekend with my parents. It was very clean. It was a great location, right off of I-70. Close proximity to downtown Frisco with lots of restaurants and shopping. Only about 10-15 minutes to get to Copper for skiing. The property level is multi-level so lots of stairs but also nice for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the bunk beds!
The garage was a tight fit for an SUV but still nice to have available.
We had a slight snafu with check in but the property management team was quick to remedy the situation.
Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location but not very well maintained. Dirty pillowcase, dirty comforter. No smart TV. Poor communication with management. Dated bathrooms. Expected more for the price.

Frisco Ski!
We had a large group of 9 and this townhouse was perfect for us!
Spacing was great, no frills but location was perfect for skiing Breck, Keystone and Vail and strolling into town for Gelato and eateries.
Best Christmas in a long time, thank you!

Our initial after-hours check-in was confusing. The building address was above a different business, so trying to find the right door to pick up our rental packet and keys took a bit. And the entrance to our condo was in the alley, so we had to drive around a few times to finally locate our condo in the building. Better descriptive instructions would be helpful.

This unit met every expectation that we had for our time in Frisco. Conveniently located between some world class ski resorts. We hit Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge during our visit. The unit is walking distance from Main Street with plenty of shopping and dining awaiting.
I can only speak for the King bed, but it slept great and I heard no complaints from the others about their beds, aside from someone in our group snoring too loudly.
Overall, we would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The condo was not really updated but it met our expectations and worked well for our purpose of a family ski vacation. We particularly liked that each bedroom was on a separate floor with its own bathroom. Thank you!

Perfect Mountain Location
Awesome property for large family or group. We fit9 adults comfortably for 6 days. If you have a problem walking up or down stairs, be aware that all the living room and all the bedrooms require stairs- not a lot- but enough to feel the high altitude if you're staying in the master bedroom 2 flights up if you're not used to it (or slightly out of shape, like us ;). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable and the washer and dryer were a huge plus when we needed to wash sweaty ski under gear. Would definitely stay here again

generally good property
6 beds and central location main reason for picking this unit--
bunk room bath cold as no heat--
kitchen very small but functional
parking lot near dumpster essential in providing adequate parking----
dogs in office at arrival meeting not an issue for me but if I owned the business, I would question this practice.---- during several calls to the office, staff was always most friendly, helpful and warm.

To Whom It May Concern: I have been traveling to the summit county area yearly since 2013. During that time we have stayed at several condos from different companies/renters. This last trip I had was a little different. When I originally swapped emails with you staff, I requested quotes for a particular date range. I was quoted and paid in full. It wasn't until a day before heading to Colorado that I realized the official paperwork had us departing a day later than we really were. In essence, I paid for an extra night I couldn't use. I didn't make a fuss about this. I think what really bothered me from this experience was the following. On Monday, January 22, 2018, a young male let himself into our condo from the garage. I ran downstairs as I had my brother text me scared/worried. The gentlemen was outside clearing our patio of snow with the snow shovel. I approached him and asked what he was doing. He responded by saying that his boss pays him to clear out snow from different properties. This sounded very sketchy to me so I sat and waited for him to leave. I honestly can't believe that a condo company would allow a random stranger to let themselves into an occupied condo. I think this is unprofessional and unsafe. I will be back in Colorado in February AND March, unfortunately I will be avoiding any condos managed by your company. I think in the future, at least a text/call would help alleviate concerns about a man coming in to remove snow.
