Such a charming apartment with great proximity to all the tourist places! There were 5 of us and it was perfect! Just know walls are thin and you can hear cars and people going by at all hours, but that is expected in a historic building and part of the charm. Highly recommend

Property was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Nice condo with large bedrooms, nice closets with hangers, large bathrooms with plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. Close to all historic sites, grocery store, restaurants and a 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Had quick pickups from rideshares as well. Immediate response from owner regarding a small TV issue.
Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - short walk to Forsyth Park and 2 blocks from Kroger. Very well maintained, lean and comfortable. Our host, Mary, was very helpful and responsive.

Really enjoyed the full kitchen so we could make food. Everything was very clean. Beds were a bit firm for most tastes but not a big deal. Loved the location and could walk to most attractions. Would suggest getting a streaming service for the television so could watch movies. Overall great experience!

The location was perfect for us! We were able to walk just about everywhere. The unit was clean and had all the necessary staples. The only issue we experienced was the street noise. I’m f you are a light sleeper you may want a sound machine for the master suite

The house was just blocks from the start of the parade! Very convenient to the grocery store for anything we forgot. A short walk to Forsyth park made our picnic plans super easy. A little further to River Street but we enjoyed the distance from the craziness that can be St. Patrick's Day. The owners had a very informative folder for food, free shuttles, and attractions that came in handy.

We went to see my nephew in a rugby tournament. The place is gorgeous great location very clean.

What a wonderful place, clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem unlike most of Savannah’s historic area. Uber or walk were great options. Food and liquor stores very close by within walking distance. Beautiful home without the wear tear you see in many rentals. BYO soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Very clean. Perfect location- walkable and close to groceries, parks, squares, historical homes and trolleys. Appreciated the laundry facilities.
Only one tv and could only get a few channels. Maybe we didn’t know how to work it.
Outdated tourist brochures. That should be an easy fix that I am sure your guests would appreciate.
Very basic. No little extras like soap in the shower.
But this was all spelled out in the property description so it shouldn’t have been a surprise.

Great place to stay - location perfect.

Pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
Trash access was difficult so we had to carry trash home

The condo is very clean and owner provided a considerable amount of information regarding Savannah. The condo is situated in the Historic District and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and parks.
I would highly recommend this property to future VRBO clients.

This beautiful condo was conveniently located to everything downtown Savannah!
Very clean, quick responses and comfy beds!!!

We could walk to everything. The condo was cute and plenty of room. Bonus for us was that it had back patio area that could be securely locked which provided us a place to keep our e-bikes when not in use. We rented two units with two couples in each of them and this worked really well! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except for the noisy neighbors two nights. Beds were excellent, had all the needed amenities. Would stay there again if in town.

Everything was just as advertised. and the check in process was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property every time.

Property was very clean, comfy and roomy for me and my two best friends to spend a long weekend. The location was good on a quiet street that was a quick and inexpensive ride share away from where the action is downtown. The grocery store was conveniently located just 2 short blocks away. Parking in the street was no problem at all. We had a wonderful time in Savannah and really enjoyed this apartment.

Spacious, clean and convenient! The only issue we had was with the hard and uncomfortable mattress in the master headroom. Other than that it was the perfect place and stay!

This place was in a great location, close to Forsyth Park, grocery store, shuttle to downtown, and a quick drive over to downtown. Our family of 6 had enough space here and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are steps to the entrance and a set of stairs from the entryway, but were not an issue.

The place was clean, and the host had a lot of information about local things to do. Really enjoyed the stay

This condo is beautiful. It was a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and 1 toddler.
A few things to note:
The walls of this condo are extremely thin. The neighbors next door had a very excited pup who liked to bark when he exited his home in the morning. There are train tracks down the road and the train was heard every morning at 6:45am. In the master bedroom there is a window that isn’t well shut so conversations on the street could be heard.
The kitchen counters and dining room table were a hot spot for tiny ants. We had to keep our food up in the cupboards to keep them from infiltrating.
The living room TV could use an upgrade to a smart TV in order to allow visitors to stream from their personal accounts (there are limited channels available for watching on cable). Trying to find something for the toddler to watch during a rainy Sunday afternoon was next to impossible.
Aside from these minor things the condo was well maintained, spacious, and in an excellent location in terms of getting to downtown.

We were in Savannah for the weekend to celebrate my son’s 29th birthday. The property was clean, well appointed and easy to find. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. The property is very nice and I would stay there again.

Absolutely immaculate condo! Pictures are true to life – just as advertised. Beautifully renovated (Great pre-reno pictures in the space.) Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable LR/Dining room combo. Washer/dryer in the hall is convenient. A/C works great! Short walk to Kroger market, nice coffee shop/café around the corner. Forsyth Park is very close (nice restaurant in Forsyth Park), as is the Downtown Transportation (DOT) system (free transportation), and the hop-off trolleys and tour stops. Quiet neighborhood with the occasional loud truck/car going down the street. Neighbors were seldom heard. You can hear the train passing by but happens infrequently.
All bedrooms had ceiling fans and extra pillows/bedding. The front master BR is large, bed is comfortable, and has ensuite bath with deep tub and lovely, large walk-in closet. It has the best balcony off the master with chairs and small table for morning coffee and watching the neighborhood wake up! Narrow stairs to the living space from the front door could be troublesome for some, but it is well lit and safe. Perfect for myself and my 2 adult daughters – plenty of space in each room to relax and rest before taking on the town. Walked neighborhood at all hours of the day and night, and always felt safe. Re-read the copy of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil in the bookshelf - THANK YOU! We never turned on the TV, but it is there!
HIGHLY recommend this clean, comfortable, nicely decorated get-away!

Good walking distance to places

The property was very clean and accurately described. The only negative was the property was not very soundproof. Noises from next door and street noises especially in the bedroom street side were pretty loud. However, I am used to zero street noises and I am sure that made a huge difference. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great visit to the city of Savannah with lots of activities and restaurants to enjoy. The city squares are beautiful. Our accomadations were great and had everything we needed for our visit.

This was the perfect spot in downtown Savannah. We were visiting for a destination wedding and it could not have been more accommodating for the 4 of us. Looking forward to visiting Savannah and this lovely home again. Thank you :)

We had a three day family vacation at the 3-bedroom condo for spring break. The 2nd floor condo is very clean, quiet, and the check-in process was very smooth. Walking distance to neighborhood Kroger for some breakfast items and water, and walking distance to the famous Forsyth Park. The condo has been professional managed and maintained in great condition. Will visit again!

We're walkers so there was no problem with the distance to the Historic District attractions. All very walkable and felt that the area to the city was very safe. Huge asset is the Kroger two blocks away! Lovely home with lots of suggestions for things to do in Savannah.

The property was very clean. Easy check in / check out process. The location was 30 min walk to River Street, which was awesome due to the craziness of parking downtown.
There were multiple coffee shops and a grocery store right down the street from property.
We loved it ! I would choose this property again.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Old home split into apts. well done felt modern with old charm. We stayed in the upper level unit so there are a set of stairs in the entryway up to the living area (think split level) we did not find it unmanageable. There is some traffic noise and other apt homes close. We did hear some music a couple of times from surrounding apts but nothing disturbing. Overall nothing I didn’t expect staying in a city. We would definitely stay here again had a fabulous time in Savannah!

I went with friends to spend a few days in the lovely Savannah. We had a great time. This property was spacious enough for us to have some privacy. And was cozy enough for us to have some good social time. The location was close to the things we wanted to do.

Wonderful property. Will stay there again.
