This new home is located in an older, quiet beach neighborhood away from main roads and traffic. The beach entrance is right around the corner from the home (about 600 ft) and is one of the most popular surfing beaches in the area. The home features plenty of gathering space and privacy with a partial blue ocean view from master bedroom and sandy beach for miles.

plus a private media room and 8 bathrooms with Continuous hot water assuring you never run low on hot water. All 13 queens/kings feature new luxury European pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the home makes it perfect for reunions and corporate guests alike. My Daughters 40th birthday could not have picked a better place, plenty of room and just had a great time!

Late check-in and early check out. We paid for pet and cleaning deposit. When we arrived we found a literal laundry list of items to be cleaned before 10:00 a.m. check out. Water heater kept alarming when it went off line 4-6 times a day and night. Jetted tub did not work. Smoke alarms were beeping constantly upon arrival. T.V.'s in several rooms did not work. Barbecue had no propane and had to purchased. Very little toilet paper and no soap or shampoo. No paper towels or trash bags. All had to be purchased. Property was 2 blocks from the beach and had no view. The neighborhood was very shabby and unkept. We paid far to much for this property. We should receive a partial refund on the cleaning deposit, pet deposit for all the cleaning we did. We should also be refunded for the first and last days due to late check-in and early check out. At an average of $?,???.00 a day, this property with all it's problems and location combined with laundry list of cleaning prior to departure, I would warn anyone who wants to rent this property. I believe I should receive a refund of $?,???.?? which is 2 days rent. Buyer beware.

I will say I wish renters would appreciate this place and care for it nicer than they have. Little things, nothing big. When we had a problem with a door, Joe had someone there the next day and took care of it. This place was perfect for the number of people we had, everyone had a bed, most had their own bathroom. The kitchen table brought everyone together for meals so I loved that. The spa pool was the best for kids and adults, had a fire in the pit one night and room to play cornhole. Walk to the beach was easy and not far at all, fires on the beach and kids had a blast and the ladies laughed ourselves silly watching teens and the old guys play football on the beach. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks!

We had a group of three families with a total of 13 people stay in this house in July. It is about a block’s walk off the beach and is easy to access US 101. There were a lot of positives with the house as it has many bedrooms and bathrooms. However, we found the house was not cleaned very well. There were Cheerios and goldfish from the previous renters underneath the rug and couch. Hairs all over the bathroom. The carpet in the bedrooms was not very clean and had stains in many of the bedrooms. And one of the dishwashers was an ill repair, falling out of the cupboard. The deck had not been power, washed, or cleaned and several months And several of the lights didn’t even have knobs to turn on and off. The air conditioning did not work, and there were no ceiling fans to move the air around as we had to open the windows. Overall, this house was great for a big group of people and was a Central location to go and explore. The owners need to spend some time and money on doing a deep, clean and hiring a better cleaning crew.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms Galore! Do you like to sleep late or take walks on the beach? Do you enjoy late night games or TV marathons? The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and appliances. This is perfect. The massive table leaves room on one end for food/drink while playing games on the opposing end. If you don't like games you can watch TV or videos in the great room, in a bedroom or playroom upstairs. There are four lower-level bed/bathrooms for young children or those who cannot manage stairs. It stormed all week-end so we enjoyed the space, warmth, food, games, TV, laughing, stories and friendship!

The house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms, that were perfect for our large family gathering. We appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, and the incredible family sized island. Cooking was a dream in this kitchen. The only thing that detracted from this rental was its lack of a view. It was centrally located for day trips to both Lincoln City and Newport.

Enjoyed having lots of sleeping space. The kitchen set up was tight but the trade off was we could all sit and eat together. Kitchen was well stocked except a few key elements: salt, anything to juice a lime with, the blender jar. Easy walk to a great beach.

We had a large group of family stay at the house for a long weekend. The first thing we noticed was that the A/C was not able to cool the house, even on days where the temps were in the 60’s. It made it hard to sleep at night, especially for those upstairs. The rooms were tiny, though it was nice that many had bathrooms attached. We opened the swim spa and hot tub and saw a lot of sand in the bottom, as well as stuff floating!in them. The cost for the spa/hot tub cleaning was insanely high. I emailed them about this issue while we were there, and they asked if I called someone. When I said no, they didn’t respond further. They didn’t refund any of the cleaning fees, or even apologize for it. The beach access is close however it is a tough walk down the slope and rocks for those with mobility issues. All in all, it worked for us, but the high fees for the property and the lack of cleanliness made it not worth it. There are other big properties with better locations and lower fees.

An excellent place for family gathering
We enjoyed our stay very much! The accommodations met our needs very well. There were no problems with the kitchen, bathrooms, and other facilities. The supervisor at Together Resorts called me the week prior to our visit to answer questions which was very helpful. We did not have a need to call the local property manager during our stay. We would be happy to come back again.

First of all the house was dirty, ant problem, very few pool towels, grill needs updated completely burnt out, garbage in the back yard, swim pool wasn't working, hot tub quit working, freezer door was frozen shut, and maintenance was absolutely no help.

Just move on to the next property.
The property was cold and uninviting. The location wasn’t great and the description did not match what we actually saw when we got there. There were NOT nice linens as the add mentioned. The add Also points out that there is a media room which has a destroyed couch and a tv (not even a smart tv) with no blue ray player/fire stick etc… or anyway to watch anything. Accommodations were awful. This place was bare bones at best. If you stay here you better bring your own foil 🙄. I would expect us to have a little more accommodation given its such a big property advertised as Replace the evening go and actually be able to use the property. Half of the appliances didn’t work and

The house is large and comfortable as described. The swim spa and hot tub were fantastic. The beach is a short walk and is gorgeous. In general the house is well furnished and supplied, though guests should be aware that certain amenities provided in most rental houses are not provided here, such as shower gel/soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, games/puzzles/books, etc. There were not enough trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. (And there were only six of us in a house that sleeps 20, so there should have been plenty.) The glassware was mostly plastic party cups and coffee mugs; there was only one regular drinking glass and only two wine glasses. There was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap/bags, or storage containers for leftovers.Also be aware that guests cannot stream content on the many TVs in the house because the TVs are not set up for that. Guests should bring an hdmi adapter or a roku stick/apple tv device if they want to watch anything other than broadcast TV. We wish we had known that in advance.The manager, Joe, was generally very responsive and helpful. We had to delay our arrival by a day due to a snowstorm because Joe's regular cleaners couldn't get there to ready the house for us. This was inconvenient but the owners will refund us for that night. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but the house could be better equipped.

We were there for a work retreat and enjoyed the home, it met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the long table fitting all of us together. It was a bit snug to pass through between the table the galley side of the kitchen. It was nice having two dish washers and ovens. Hot tub was nice, though only one guest used it, because it was January and cold out! The house was very clean, no complaints there to share. We had a challenge with the keyless lock, apparently it was a dead battery. It got worked out the next day. Beds slept comfortably for most, plenty of towels. It’s hard to find a home for large groups that offers equal/similar room options, usually someone is sleeping on a futon or pull out couch, etc. I like that all the rooms had a Queen or King bed, most had tv’s. Many in our group accessed the beach area and enjoyed morning walks! There’s a local grocery store a half mile away with a very nice staff! Easy access in to town and Lincoln City. As mentioned in other reviews which doesn’t reflect on the property, the street to the house is full of potholes. Drive carefully or you can use the street to the north of property and drive in from the back side! Boom, problem solved! I’d gladly use this home again!

The agreement was straightforward but ended up being different than what management asked for checkout procedure. Management was very accommodating, professional, and easy to reach to ask clarifying questions about the houses and the agreement. We broken kitchen appliance and they were willing to let us replace it ourselves. I’d recommend aligning the agreement with the checkout procedure.
Overall very satisfied. Beach location was beautiful and amazing. The houses were very clean except for underwear, socks, and mask found in a couple rooms under the bed or in drawers, and there was sand in the jacuzzi. But very clean otherwise.

Very good home for a large group. Lots of good beds and bathrooms. Our only problem was the housekeepers thought we were a day too early. The swim spa is less than pristine. Contact with the mangers was nearly impossible.

Family time at the beach
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house And the responsiveness of the support. the house was well supplied for our needs however there were a couple of things that were less than they should be The yard was a disappointment weeds and blackberries making it necessary to keep the children from the yard. Even though the Hot tub guy Came again after we saw sand in the bottom an hour after he left the sand was back in there And we had not gotten yet I guess they need to replace the filters

Joe was available for questions and bery helpful. We had plenty of room for our 15 children and grandchildren to make and eat meals together, do crafts and play games. Everyone loved the oversized hot tub. We made wonderful memories.

The family was able to be comfortable with the accommodations. We were all so please with the home, it was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was just a minute to the beach.
We had a couple of rainy days and when it rained we were able to spend family time in the big kitchen and living room.

Perfect Large Family House
We have rented this house 2 years in a row now. Positives: This house is perfect for a large group gathering. We LOVE all the bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, 2 fridges/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2ovens and the large table to sit together while eating and playing games. The hotub/swim spa is a great to have on cold nights too. The communication with the “local” manager is good. The store down the road is super convenient for last minute groceries. The negatives: for 2 years now the barely lukewarm water for showering is beyond annoying. The road the house is on is SOOO rutted, we actually had to turn down another road and go around the block to reach the house. And although the house is pretty clean, I was a tad disturbed when I dropped a lid that landed slightly under the oven/range. It was DISGUSTING underneath it and had definitely not been cleaned or cleared out anytime recently, also my sister found hair in her tub/shower. Also, although the walk to the beach isn’t far and completely doable. The trail down to the beach is a bit more tricky and probably not doable for those that are unsteady on their feet or have some mobility issues. We actually went to rent it again next year, but unfortunately they raised their rate and priced us out.

Clean, but not deep clean
Overall, it is a really nice place. The hot tub/ pool spa was a BIG hit! It is a very nice place for a large family. It was clean, but not deep clean. There were items from other renters under some of the furniture and the laundry areas were not very clean.

A great house for all ages!
Really enjoyed being able to be together as a family!! Loved the Spa, the kitchen is great but need better instructions how to use the dishwashers. They don’t seem to work very well!!. Nice there are so many bedrooms and baths but seems they should have extra toilet paper in the house! Only had 3 rolls for the whole house. Rent should include essential supplies!! Overall, it is a great house snd I hope to be able to use it again sometime!
