Welcome to The Altamonte House. This home is in a prime location standing between Orlando's major theme parks and beautiful beaches! Altamonte Springs is the peace and luxury you search for when visiting a busy city, but still want to have an oasis of your own. The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities.

Please note that this is our actual home, not a typical rental property. We have strict rules, as such.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV. The living room is also equipped with a ROKU tv, so that you can access all of your television watching apps, and an antenna for local stations. The home does not have cable.

The home was comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. Stayed with my daughter, 2 adult grandchildren and my 1-year-old great grandson. We were able to get ready for my daughter's wedding.

Three of us were in town to play in a local tennis tournament. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and upscale. Beautiful backyard. Provided a comfy experience that you don't get at a hotel. The owner was always easily accessible when booking and throughout the stay. Easy check-in and checkout. Would love to stay there again next time in town.

It was so peaceful but not remote from activities and entertainment. We would definitely encourage others to stay at your home. What an incredible home! Absolutely a gem both inside and out! Not only did we stay in the rental, we hosted a Bridal Shower there. It could not have been more elegant! Plenty of room, totally updated, and with charming decor. Beds were very comfortable and showers were so nice! The backyard was stunning, private, and with plenty of seating. Definitely going to return! And my Bridal Shower guests are going to secure it in the future for family! The host was fantastic! Prompt to respond. Very gracious!

The VRBO is exactly as described. The host was great and very easy to reach. The neighborhood was really nice. Highly recommend staying at this VRBO. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautifully decorated and organized ,and stocked with everything that you need. It’s very comfortable and more spacious than it seems in the pictures. We found it very clean. We had a great time watching a film in the living room. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The street does not have great lighting at night but the house has lights in the front and back and all the houses around have their lights on as well. I noticed a new barbecue in the patio and I wish I had stayed more days to enjoy the patio and garden as well!

It was a great place to stay. It was my dear friend, my daughter and her daughter. We had a nice mother daughter getaway and had everything needed. Alexis was so helpful the whole time. Would stay again!

Loved everything about our stay! Such a beaitiful home that had everything we needed. So nice to have a busy day out and come back to such a peaceful place to rest and recoup for the next day. Will definitely stay here again anytime we come back to Orlando!

The host lists on its ad that we should leave the property "as we found it". We strippd the beds, wiped down all counters, fluffed pillows, emptied trash, ran dishwasher, set heater as requested. When we checked out, we were told there would be an extra cleaning fee of $80 b/c we had our kids (3 extra people) with us so we used extra bedding. This was fair as I did not put them in originally, so I agreed. Then she texted me to tell me that she needed to charge me $10 for getting some make up on her towels. Okay - whatever but I felt they could probably be washed - but agreed to it. Then she told me that we left a piece of asparagus left in the grill (meanwhile where were no grill tools for cleaning the grill) and she would let this slide. She texted me in a nasty way saying that this was "not a rental property but her home". I proceeded to tell her that is an easy mistake to make since I "rented" it on a "home rental website". I explained that the house was in excellent shape when we left and I wasn't going to make it spik and span as that is what the cleaning fee is for. I said I would agree to the $90 in extra fees. Then come to find out, she charges me $130 in extra fees...where this number came from, I have no idea. Needless to say, if you rent this property, just be prepared to pay your deposit back b/c clearly this host was planning to take it - "a piece of asparagus"...good Lord. Not worth me fighting for the extra $40 but will definitely inform others what to e

The Property is super nice! Very comfortable, and feels like home☺️ It was an emotional time for our youngest son, as he spent the days leading up to his wedding with his parents and sister and her family. Memories made this week will last us all a lifetime. Thank you SO much!!❤️❤️

This house is exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The backyard was spacious with lots of outdoor furniture . It is in a quiet neighborhood close to Altamonte mall and I-4. Will stay here again!

We loved staying at this house! It was so convenient to downtown Orlando and Disney attractions, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from crowded, touristy areas. The house was clean and spacious -- perfect for a family (and a dog).

Our son just graduated and is starting a job in Florida. We spent the week moving him in and setting him up. The house is clean, well stocked, comfortable and accommodating for a family. We used it as our base while going back and forth to his apartment. Alexis is very attentive and such a good host. Next time I’d like to enjoy the beautiful backyard and patio. This was more a working vacation for us but the house is great. True to the pictures. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Thank you Alexis.

We really enjoyed are stay. Very clean and homey. The patio was so cute and cozy. Just 3 adults, but could have comfortably fit more. They provided plenty of coffee for us - which never happens. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a safe Neighborhood; the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner has a very quick response time and generously accommodated an earlier arrival time so we could get prepped and ready for a wedding rehearsal. Everything about our stay at this rental was perfect!! Would definitely use again!

We came down with our grandson and his family. His daughters (6 & 10) were competing in the Florida Open 2023. This was the perfect setting to allow them to relax and unwind between competitions. Our oldest took home two silvers. And the youngest who was competing for the first time ever took home the gold. Much like this house- it took the gold as far as we were concerned. We were 6 min from the rink, plenty of activities right here in the back yard, yummy restaurants close by and we had quality family time. Alexis was awesome - best host ever. It was beyond perfect in every way

Perfect cozy and comfortable home for our short getaway! Our teenage boys had their own space along with my husband and I. The property was clean and so many fun things to do in the backyard when we weren't at Universal Studios. Garage to park your vehicle in if you drive there (keeps your vehicle cool and out of the Florida heat). Nice restaurants and grocery stores close by. Alexis is EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. She has thought of so many amenities other VRBO houses do not have! Love it! Thank you for sharing your home with us, so, that we could take a fun family vacay! ❤️

The place was fantastic! Great place with a roomy family space & big outdoor patio, was perfect for our group. It feels homey, really well decorated with super comfortable beds. The host is very responsive & you can tell they take great care in keeping the place up-to-date. Definitely recommend.

Thoughtfully provisioned to provide comfort for guests (including the best towels we’ve ever had in a rental), this was a super clean and lovely home. We stayed at this lovely house for several days and felt right at home. It’s beautifully decorated and well kept. The beds are comfortable & the sheets, pillows and towels are cozy & soft. The back yard is truly an oasis. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood but so conveniently located to I-4 to get to nearby towns and within easy distance to anything you could possibly want to shop for. We highly recommend this host & her lovely home!

This property met all of our needs and more! We were able to wash baseball uniforms; cook breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed sitting at the table and eating as a family. This was like a home for us. The host was extremely attentive and helpful (always available if needed). If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely stay here again.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it was just as great as the first. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s located in quiet neighborhood that is convenient to major highways. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely stay again!

We were down visiting family in the area and this property worked out great. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants and other shopping. It was very clean. Had plenty of towels. Water bottles in fridge upon arrival. Kurig machine with variety of k-cups provided. Nice area. Felt safe. I would definitely stay again next time we are down to visit family.

My friends and I had a lovely stay! The house was super cozy and has a great open floor plan. The back patio is a very nice touch and we were located close by to everything we needed. I highly recommend it!
