Our home, which we call "Poolside Paradise" is a great place for a family vacation, a couple of foursomes for golf, or just a spontaneous get a way. The private pool in the rear of the property really stands out. Professionally landscaped and extremely private. This well furnished house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a cots, plus a comfy sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We comfortably sleep 8. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee brewer, and all the cookery you would have in your home. The heated swimming pool is equipped with underwater light for night swimming, which is a blast for the children. Accompanying the pool is a brand new Weber gas grill for the barbecuer in you. :-) This sun filled home has plenty of beach towels for your day at the beach as well as a washer and dryer to clean and dry those sandy, wet cloths. "Poolside Paridise" is located in the premier "500 block" of Naples Park, which has a southern exposure. Feel free to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while rocking on one of our white rockers, check emails and such with our furnished high speed wifi. Enjoy a morning run through Delnor-Wiggens Beach and State Park. This scenic 3 mile trek takes you through a park, along side the intercostal, down to the beach, and back home. Once you are ready for the day, you can walk to the beach or ride one of the 4 provided bikes the short .9 mile. If you want to grill lunch or dinner, there is a Whole Foods and Publix 1.5 miles from the home. If cooking is not "your thing", there is beachfront dining at Turtle Club or the Ritz, also about 1.5 miles from our home. You can also shop or dine at the ultra upscale Marcato Complex. The Marcato boasts many upscale and unique shopping stores as well as a wide variety of food options. This is one of my favorite places to spend the evening as it has plenty of outdoor restaraunts and ice cream shops. Once you are home for the evening, relax in the spacious living room while watching a movie on the television with furnished cable. The two large bedrooms also have cable television. Also, new for 2024: New linens, quilts, comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows. New Graco Pack 'n Play Booster Seat with tray.

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed here. We like the cleanliness when checking in Property is close to the beach and restaurants My kids love the pool on the property that’s great to relax in or play football with kids. Has everything you need to cook with and to grill if you choose too. Also if you love the beach the amenities for the beach were nice to use that is there to use at your convenience. We will continue to rent from this host.

Great property that worked perfectly for our needs. Conveniently located in North Naples, close to the beach and with a great little pool that let us swim between the daily downpours. It was quiet and clean and a perfect retreat for our whole family!!! Highly recommend.

This home was perfect and just what we needed! The home was clean and had everything we would need. The house had a coffee maker (with coffee), pots, pans, baking pans, plenty of dishes and serving dishes! Plenty of towels- beach/pool and bath towels. The pool was awesome, we enjoyed swimming every day! In the garage there are 4 bikes to use, pool floats and noodles along with plenty of beach toys, boogie board and skimboard. The owners have really thought of everything to make the stay easier and more enjoyable! We walked the neighborhood every morning and down to the entrance of Vanderbilt Beach. You could walk from the house but easier to drive with all beach accessories! Very close to shopping Mercato Plaza, amazing… food and shopping! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!

These pictures do not do this house justice! Everything is so well kept and even updated! The pool is so lovely! My three year old loved that it had a huge first step so we could just wade in the water! It was a lovely 3-5 minute drive to Vanderbilt beach, my husband even took a bike ride around the area and to the beach( he loved it) The owners were very friendly and quick when responding to messages. This house was perfect for the family’s needs we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home! This was a perfect getaway with all the comforts of home and more. Spent the mornings walking in the wonderful neighborhood with smell of the lovely salty air from the Gulf. Played on the pristine beaches all afternoon to return home to grill fresh food from local markets and lounge around the pool under the loved palms and surrounding gardens. Short drive to historic downtown for ice cream was such a delight! Played board games and watched movies together before bed. The only thing missing was more time! Thank you David and Laurel for sharing your piece of paradise, we now have cherished memories for life!

We rented this home for 9 nights. Everything was perfect! There was a pack n play and high chair for our 1 1/2 yr old and pool toys and games for the 3 and 6 yr old. The home was clean and furnished with everything we needed. A nice surprise was the Dunkin Donut coffee to enjoy every morning. My sons enjoyed riding the bikes. We did walk to the beach a couple of times but with the kids, found it easier to drive. We walked the neighborhood in the evenings and felt very safe and met many friendly people. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Needed updates. Host responsive to concerns, but seemed to know about issues discussed that should have been replaced before our stay…Old Grill, rusted patio table, flat couch, knives, old toaster oven. Uneven pavers around pool. Old, leaking dishwasher. We left 1 week early. Reimbursement was minimal. Very disappointing for the price.

The property is located in a quiet, very nice neighborhood that has nearby shopping, restaurants and beach access. We were also delighted to find pickleball courts only 6 minutes away in Veterans Community Park! The house was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed for our three week stay. David was very responsive to all of our questions.

The home was very clean and nice. The pool was warm and so lovely. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. Loved having the bikes to use and the beach was close enough to bike to. The only issue was only had 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom for a four night stay- so we were running out by the end.

This VRBO had everything we needed for our holiday family stay. It was very nice to have a heated pool as the temperatures were on the cooler side. The bikes were a real bonus for us (bring your own helmets). The proximity to the beach was also very convenient. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and the neighborhood was quiet during our stay.

Loved the home! It was spotless and had everything one could need. The pool was a lifesaver, as the weather was super hot and humid, and it was great to just step out and jump in. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and stores just minutes away. The beach was also only minutes away. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if in the area. Thank you.

We came to Naples for a football camp, having our own pool was great for when the kids wanted to swim but the adults just wanted to hangout. Comes with a lot extra, wish it had a crockpot so we could have meals waiting after a long day out. Would stay here again.

The home was great. Clean, well furnished, great pool, good location - close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Only “issue” (Not homeowners fault) was there was a lot of construction equipment and workers on several adjacent streets either repairing from hurricane damage, or doing some drainage work. It was a little distracting, but again outside of owner’s control. All in all a great vacation. Owner was also readily available w any questions we had which was really great.

This was our second stay at Poolside Paradise. Everything was just as perfect as our first visit! We had four adults and one grand baby. Impeccably clean home, perfect location in a safe and very quiet neighborhood, very close to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants and shopping. We appreciated all the beach equipment, bikes, baby high chair and pack and play. After the mornings at the beach, we loved going back to relax at the beautiful tropical pool! The most peaceful, private, tropical oasis! Hopefully a third visit will be in our family’s future!

We rented this house as it was cheaper than staying in a hotel. Gave us room to spread out, cook our own meals and relax by the pool. It was perfect for this. The house is in good shape and very clean. It is not "bougie" but perfectly satisfactory for our needs. Good deal for the price too. The back yard pool area is lovely. Nice place to hang put and relax. We will stay again on return trips.

Upon arrival, gaining access to the home was easy. When we walked in we were impressed with the space, brightness and cleanliness of the house. The pictures online are a fair representation. It has everything you need. The pool was such an asset, a gathering space. It was a lovely neighborhood. We could walk to Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins beaches and close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
