Was a spot that did the job. Pretty tired and unfortunately wasn’t very clean. No Toilet paper on arrival but luckily supermarket was open. Apart from that it was fine for us. Probably wouldn’t go back

A small group of friends and I stayed over a weekend to attend a wedding and this house is in such a great location and has a great communal space with enough beds to cater for a few couples and some singles! Beautiful, peaceful location and great view

Cosy beach house with the bare minimum things that you need! No sheets or towel provided but that was fine! You need to bring all extra basic amenities with you like extra toilet paper, bath mat etc. Beautiful location with amazing view of the sea and pier. The house warms up fast with the air con, the beds are comfy and shower was great. Lovely weekend away for a good price :)

Check in was easy. Arrived to the property and found that it hadn’t been cleaned after previous people. There was even a bird flying around inside. We had to clean the house ourselves. We were compensated for this which was appreciated. We were a little concerned with covid etc. The property managers were very good and organized cleaning for the next day, although all our baggage etc was everywhere by then. The property itself needs some TLC. The washing machine didn’t work and the fridge wasn’t working properly. The tv is old. The VHS didn’t work and there were no DVD’s for the DVD player. Apart from all this, it’s a great house although in need of some upkeep and update of appliances etc. Great spot with a good view.

This property has a lot of potential, but is let down by a few things. Positives are: 1. The property is in a beautiful location, with a lovely view of the beach 2. The property itself is perfect for a family Negatives are: 1. Check-in process was not very clear. Turned up to Smyth's real estate and was told it was Chopstix Noodle Bar. Understanding that it was Easter weekend, but it should of stated - knowing that we had booked the Easter weekend 2. The property itself is run down. The timber is rotting, the paint work is peeling, the decking is down to bare timber and mouldy. 3. The cooktop was cracked 4. Lighters weren't working, so had to go to the local supermarket

This house was reasonably well located and had a pleasant view of the ocean, however the house was freezing cold. We arrived on a winter day and you could see your own breath inside the house. There was also big mould stains on the living room roof and the house smelt damp and mouldy. The only source of heat was a wood fire, which was nice, but it took 24 hours for the house to warm. We all sat around in winter coats, beanies and blankets huddled around the woodfire. To top it off there was only a small amount of dry wood, which ran out by the next morning. The agents were very quick to supply us with wood but I think this house needs another back up heat source. We stay in Lorne regularly and I have to say this house was the most disappointing one we have stayed in. We all agreed we will not stay here again.

Overall the property had a wonderful big deck with great views. The house could have done with most basic essentials (e.g. olive oil, plastic wrap) but it had heaps of dishes and things to use. We enjoyed the stay! If you want to be walking to the beach, it's a bit too far as the property is up on a giant hill. Car is essential.
