This is a beautiful villa located in Casa De Campo Resort in Dominican Republic. It has a tropical private lush green garden surrounding the entire property which you can view and admire from every area of the house. Cozy, elegant yet comfortable and perfectly furnished interiors. Spacious , sunny and fresh interiors . Four bedrooms ,6 baths, studio, Gazebo, infinity pool. Maid,cook and butler at your service 24 hours. Situated in Casa De Campo, a Ponderosa, tropical seaside resort where you will find all the amenities; beaches, marina, 4 golf courses ,grocery store, gym,spa , restaurants and many more.

We love Casa de Campo and came down for a long weekend wedding. Rosa’s description of the house and pictures were spot on and we really enjoyed our visit. Lucy and her team did a great job with breakfast and dinner as needed. We wish we could have stayed longer and really appreciate the openness of the house and the privacy.

From the amazing pool to the beautiful home, our group of 10 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this Casa De Campo Villa. Our favorite part of the property had to be the beautiful pool and backyard. The housekeeper and chef who worked with the property were always very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with anything that we needed. However, being in a Spanish-speaking country, it greatly helped that one of our group members spoke Spanish. If not for them, there would have been a very difficult language barrier to overcome… which we did experience after a few hiccups with the grocery list, but never anything detrimental.
The resort location was also fantastic, but you will NEED to rent a golf cart or a car to get around; the resort is huge, and walking everywhere is really not an option. Speaking of golf carts, while we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property, a few things were alarming upon arrival. During our entire stay, an old, unusable, and rotting golf cart was in the driveway. Not only was there the golf cart but there was also a broken dune buggy on the property. With these being some of the first things you notice upon arrival, it is a surprise that the owners have left them there. Overall, there was not much to complain about. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the location felt extremely safe for my family....

House was fantastic and just as advertised. Rosa was extremely helpful and I can’t say enough about Lucy at the house. The food and hospitality were second to none. Can’t wait to stay again.

We just got back from the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Highlights -
- Rosa was excellent at answering our questions before arrival in a prompt and detailed manner
- The villa property is beautiful - pool is perfect for small children with a large shallow end. My four year old and two year old enjoyed it for hours. The property also has a huge lawn and is so private.
- the staff at the villa - Lucy, Fina and Luis were AMAZING. Lucys meals, as another poster mentioned, were better than anywhere else we ate on the property. They were so warm and welcoming and provided 5 star service. Luis gathered coconuts from a tree on the property and would give us fresh coconut water.
- the bedrooms are huge and there are so many cozy places to lounge
- the age range of my group was from two years old to eighty one years old and the villa was perfect for us all
- the amenities of casa de campo are great, rent a golf cart to be able to go see it all.
Overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I hope we can go back one day. Thank you!!!

The layout of the property is terrific. Lots of common areas in a covered porch setting. Pool is nicely sized for 3-4 people at a time.
The staff of Lucy and Fina were wonderful. Great food and attention to our every need.
Rosa, the owner, was attentive and responsive to issues. BUT, we had very inconsistent hot water and water pressure for 6 of 7 days. Eventually a new hot water heater was installed on the sixth day which solved the temperature issue. Pressure was never very good. So, for 5 days, eight adults were struggling to get a decent shower.
When inquiry was made as to an adjustment to the rent it was rejected out of hand. On the one hand, the problem was eventually fixed. But on the other, we had the problem for 70 percent of our stay.
On balance, will not return.

We had never been to Casa de Campo before but we read the reviews and books our stay. When we got there we saw that the pictures are exactly what you will be getting.
House is very comfortable and the staff (Lucy) are amazing and will take care of you.
Before arriving I had lots of questions for Rosa and she was always very nice and always answered my questions.
The rooms are very large and very private as there are two rooms on either side of the house.
The house is older than others in Casa de Campo but then again you are paying less.
I would have no problem staying here again.

Our stay in Casa de Campo in Cajuiles 31 was fantastic, exactly what we wanted. The house was confortable, clean and beautiful. Rosa was always very attentive to my questions and solved all my needs from the beginning.
Lucy, Fina and Amarilys were so incredibly responsible, professionals and the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Lucy's cooking is really the best, she was also a great leader. I would only rent to try her cooking and her delicious flan again :) Nos encanto! Definitivamente volvere! Muchas Gracias, Lucy por todas tus atenciones!

So first I want to say how amazing and responsive Rosa was, she was a delight to work with and very helpful. Next huge shout out to Lucy and Fina who attended to all our needs, the food they prepared was delicious. they were always very attentive and helpful, they made our visit very easy! The property is wonderful, so much outdoor beauty to enjoy, with plenty of seating options etc as shown in the pictures. All in all very pleased and happy, made our first time in Casa de Campos special. Just a note the Resort is massive, I dont think we knew how big it was, so definitely you need to rent a golf cart. Rosa, Lucy and Fina, thank you so much for helping create this special memory for my Family and I.

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was spacious and open and the location was central to everything at Casa de Campo. We lounged by the beautiful pool and took full advantage of the many different gathering areas in the house that were all open to the backyard as show in the photos. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable.. Part of what sets this house apart from others is the exceptional staff. Lucy and Fina were amazing. They prepared and served meals with a smile that were hands down better than anything we ate in the restaurants on the property. Rosa was a great host and very easy to reach when we had questions. We highly recommend this property!

Lucy and her staff make this house a perfect place to stay while visiting Casa De Campo. The house is stunning, and located close to the hotel. You can still enjoy the hotel amenities while enjoying a beautiful home with home cooked meals. The food was wonderful, Lucy was so pleasant to be around. Rosa the owner was great to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and helped us with logistics. The child-care we received was next level. We had kids from 0-7 and felt very comfortable leaving them with the wonderful care team. Would go back every year if we could!

Great Stay!
The house, pool and landscaping were all A+. We were only here for a long weekend for a wedding, but I would've liked to stay longer. Rosa was very helpful in navigating our first trip to the DR, and answered all our questions about tipping staff, renting a golf cart, etc. I would definitely come back again.

Nice experience
We rented this home for a special family birthday. We were a group of 9: 6 adults and 3 kids and we fit comfortably in the home. The service was 5 star, spectacular. Rosa is a great host, who helped us organize our trip and was very attentive. The house staff, Lucy, Cesar, and Fina were very helpful , accommodating and made the most delicious meals for us! They made our trip extra special and amazing!
The reason for the 4 stars is the home needs a little up keep. A couple of fixes and touch ups would make this stay 5 stars. The main area is Al fresco which is nice for dining and spending time with family - all open and outdoor. The location is a bit far from the beach , marina and Altos de Chavon - but it’s nice to explore the area via golf cart ride. Overall we had a great time!

A Dream Come True
Thank you, Rosa, Cesar, Lucy, and Fina for your hospitality, good humor, attention to detail, great cooking, and constant smiles. Our family enjoyed every moment at this home. The only reason I withheld a tiny piece of the last star is that the house -- which is spotlessly clean -- could use some touch-ups and repairs here and there. My rating is 4.8**. We hope to return many times in the future. Gracias!

Couldn't have asked for a better host and property. Highly recommend.
For our first family vacation in two years, this property was spectacular. Casa de Campo in general is a wonderful facility, and Rosa is the consummate host. There was a minor snafu with the booking, but a couple of emails worked everything out, and the stay was flawless. Rosa also was able to arrange for a golf cart for us at the property. Cesar and Lucy, the staff for the villa were incredible, and Lucy was even able to arrange to bring someone in for child care for our 6 month old. Overall, a brilliant experience.

What a fantastic property, outdoor living at it's finest! We stayed at Rosa's for 7 nights in December '21 and had a wonderful time. Rosa was incredibly helpful with logistics and her staff at the house was wonderful. We hope to return!!

We were a group of 9 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lucy, Fina and Cesar were awesome and very helpful. The house is in need of a little upkeep.....nothing huge.

Quaint, comfortable w exceptional service
The house is as pictured and very spacious with several cozy lounging areas. all the bedrooms are large and very private. The yard is huge and the pool was a hit with the kids. Rosa was very accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. But what really made the stay special was the excellent meals and outstanding service from Lucy and Ceaser. They truly are the kindest! We ate every meal in the villa and had no desire to go out and Ceaser spoiled us with poolside service through out the day. The only thing that would have been nice are some yard games or a volleyball net that could be used in the yard because of all of the outside space. The pool could use some repair but it was kept very clean and not bothersome. We hope to visit again!
