The house is situated in a very convenient location for exploring Narbonne. Although our room overlooked the street it was very quiet and comfortable. The items offered for breakfast were very enjoyable though all were of the bread/cake variety.
There was no indication on the web-site that entry to the property would not be until 1730. We had already made travel plans, using train services, so this was highly inconvenient. We had to while away several hours in Narbonne carrying our luggage. We also had to find a left luggage store the following day as the bed and breakfast closed at 1030. Although the breakfast was pleasant, there was no choice and it did not include any fruit or protein items.

Cosy place with nice host. Quite central.
When you arrive by bike beware that there is NO place to put it inside overnight. It is not written in the description. In the end we put it in a neighbour's garage but I had to pay for it extra.

The breakfast was decent and the hostess was pleasant enough
The whole place smelled terrible. Smelled like animals. Kitty litter and wet dog smell. My room had no toilet paper. The blankets had long hairs in them that were not mine. The room was quite warm. I was accused of breaking the radiator because I did not follow policies. I opened the window because the room was hot and smelled bad and they said that caused the radiator to break. And the floor was covered by some weird flooring that actually hurt to walk on without shoes.

Wonderful find for a short stay in Narbonne! Quiet at night and a lovely breakfast offered in the morning.

I arrived very late because of train delays, but the host was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Helped me order a pizza and I could sit in the beautiful garden to relax. She even surprised me with ice cream even though I checked in after check in hours. Very nice experience!

Localisation perfect, host really nice, breakfast ok. A good room if you're not looking for more than a room
Lack of air conditioning and common spaces. Amenities are on the tight side

Breakfast was good, friendly host
Room was very small, no closet, shelfs to put on your clothes dusty. Electric socket lose in the wall and not working. Corridor smelled strange.

We liked it all.
Cozy doble room with private bathroom in a quiet street, a 2 minute walk from the city centre.
The hostess was very nice and gentle and she waited for us to arrive although we arrived later than we were expected to due to the traffic jams.
She asked us what we would like for breakfast the next day and she prepared it with love in a súper well decorated area.
We will go back to hers next time we go to Narbonne with no doubt!

The room was fine. The breakfast was good it was unfortunate that the property had had a flood and the builders had still to complete the restoration work which made the breakfast facility not as we would have wanted but was not anything the owners could have done. They made it as good as they could in the circumstances. The convenience to the Centre of the town was excellent and the parking facilities were good.
Breakfast facilities need to be better, but it was the circumstances that hindered it and will now be resolved.

Really friendly staff, lovely room, excellent breakfast, so much great advice with where to go and what to eat around the region! They also made extra effort with air con and the like as it was very hot at the time of our visit. It's only a really short walk from the centre of town and free parking is plentiful
I could have gotten to meet their dog! Seriously though, it was a lovely stay
