Duplex property of 110 sqm divided into living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one en suite), kitchen and terrace.
On the first floor, you will find a living room that offers a comfortable double sofa bed, SmartTV, ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs, Split air conditioning and a small balcony. Kitchen equipped with frost free refrigerator, 4 burner cooktop stove, microwave and cooking utensils. Shared bathroom with gas heated shower for your comfort. Bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, LCD TV, split air conditioning and a small balcony facing the street.
Going up the spiral staircase, you reach the second floor which has a bedroom (without a door) with a double bed, small wardrobe, LCD TV, ceiling fan and split air conditioning. Right in front, there is a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers and a pool to relax with a panoramic view of the Copacabana sea.
WE PROVIDE WHITE BEDDING AND BATHLINESS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.
Attention: The building does not allow visits during the stay, only people registered at the time of Check-IN.
Copacabana is one of the best known neighborhoods in the world, famous for its mosaic on the seafront promenade, attracting thousands of local and international tourists throughout the year. On the sands of the beach, it is possible to practice many activities, such as beach tennis, footvolley, beach soccer, racquetball, "altinha", among others.
