Enjoy this spectacular private compound newly remodeled as a vacation destination with all the conveniences of a luxury home. The compound offers 3 designer homes nestled on 1 acre of lakefront property on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR.
The three homes are situated around a large oval driveway that offers plenty of parking. There are several grassy areas for playing and lounging as well as 100’ of lake frontage. All of the homes are equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. This private oasis is perfect for a family or group retreat in a great main channel location, and also close to many amenities.
The lake front home is a light filled custom designer home featuring 2 bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Soaring ceilings offer 9 foot windows showcasing 180 degree views of beautiful Lake Hamilton. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, two charcoal grills, wood burning fire pit, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The indoor fireplace is non-working.
The guest house offers peek-a-boo lake views from almost every room. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two pull-out sofas in the living room/sitting area. This houses accommodates up to 10 people. The large open kitchen gets beautiful morning light to enjoy coffee by. There are also 2 large living areas, dining room, and laundry. This home is very relaxing and comforting with access to the large yard and lake just steps away.
The cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. You can just chill out in bed and watch TV or soak in the lake views from the large private deck. The cabin has a queen bed and pull out couch available, along with a kitchen, bathroom, and lounging areas inside and out. This 360 sq. foot home can accommodate 2-4 guests.
All three homes combined can sleep up to 20 guests and feature high quality mattresses that are clean and new. The property is close to town but you feel completely secluded in nature’s paradise. Sit and watch the boats go by and the sun go down behind the trees, fish or swim off the dock, you’ll fall in love with The Lake Lodge-it’s unbeatable!
***Please note that the doorbell at the front door of each dwelling is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.
***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

Would stay again! It was better than expected

Our stay at the Lake Hamilton Retreat was perfect. We traveled with 4 generations of family. Seniors, Adults, Children 12 and under and an infant. Great accommodations for the infant. Full crib, high chair, stroller and a travel crib! For the other children and adults the 2 double kayaks, 2 single kayaks were perfect. The boat dock and swim area met our needs to dock our boat and play in the water around the dock after full days on the lake. Each house served us perfectly. We all had our privacy and able to gather as a group at the lake house. Beautiful deck, overlooking the lake and dock area. Blackstone grill made cooking a breeze. The hot tub was easy to access, clean and perfect temperature. Everyone enjoyed our time so much and hated to leave!! If we decide to vaca in Arkansas again, I’m sure we will check on this availability.

We chose this property as a new location for our yearly family lake trip. My siblings and parents live in various locations across the country. With four individual families, each with children, we have struggled in past years to find locations that could comfortably accommodate us. The property was ideal in that it offers a large spacious great room for meals, games, and family time but also gave everyone privacy and individual space to relax. We brought a boat along with two jet skis. The dock accommodated us well and also allowed for fishing. Fantastic experience. We will definitely book this one again.

The property on Summersweet Trail in Royal AR was perfect for our family of 17. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially the kids.

The host was so easy to communicate with, everything was clean and in great quality. This listing is absolutely gorgeous and matched the photos identically. We had a great time spending Christmas at the property! It was a great space for each age group and when we came together. The location is convenient to local shopping. While there were linens provided, I recommend bringing a few extra sets to avoid doing laundry. Definitely designated this property as a favorite

Fall family fun!
Such a great property for our large family to gather for a fall break trip! Have separate houses that the different family units could retreat to for sleeping and breakfast was perfect. Then the “big house” worked well for time we wanted to all gather for meals and games. The weather was even nice enough in October for the kids to get in the lake! Everything was clean, and well stocked. We would definitely recommend booking this property for your next family getaway!

The perfect place for a family weekend!
We chose this property based on it's location and the gorgeous photos, so our expectations were high. The bar was set high, but we were not disappointed! It was a wonderful space for our extended family to gather and stay, while still having room to spread out & have some privacy. Our kids (and us) loved being able to get into the water and use the kayaks that were onsite. The view was great too! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Ultimate Lake Experience
Our family of 14, which ranged in age from 4 months to 70 years, stayed here for 6 days during the 4th of July. This was the perfect space for our family. It was conveniently located and there was so much room inside and out. We were able to spend time together when we wanted, then able to retreat to our own space. The photos from the listing don't do this place justice. It is very well decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed in each of the three houses. There was even a citrus squeezer! There was plenty of parking, the kids had plenty of room to run and play, we enjoyed the hot tub and we liked having a place to dock the boat, launch kayaks and a place to swim. For a large multi-family vacation, this was a wonderful place!

Family Vacation 2021
Beautiful property with the perfect layout for our family of 2 parents along with 5 “grown brothers and their others”. We were able to come together and enjoy meals, deck time, fire pit and hot tub time while also being able to spread out and have a little private time as individual families. Only drawback was the dock/lake access. Property is located on an extremely open part of the lake with high weekend boat traffic resulting in very choppy waters. Access to the water was a bit dicey with slick concrete steps and unusable dock. Waters calmed a bit during the evenings midweek, so we did get in a little water time. Otherwise, this property was perfect and had everything we needed for our long awaited family vacation.
