And that's just how you start your day!!
Our Montana cabin was built for you to enjoy all the amenities that Paradise Valley Montana has to offer. Stay at the cabin all day and relax or there's lot's to do. Don't want to cook? There are several nice restaurants within driving distance. Sit out at the picnic benches next to the seasonal creek and just relax. Visit Chico Hot Springs or take a 35 mile drive to Yellowstone Park. Go fishing or hiking. Ski or snowboard? Showdown Ski Resort is two hours away and Bridger Bowl is about 65 miles away. Enjoy Montana!

Loved this cozy cabin with gorgeous mountain views both from inside and outside on the large deck. Beautifully decorated, the cabin is located near the Yellowstone River. We chose this cabin for its accessibility to fly fishing, local hiking trails, and the soothing hot springs. We appreciated use of the BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and stocked supplies for cooking and coffee. Also, thanks to the hosts, Donna and Larry, for great recommendations to hiking trails, fishing guides, tasty food, and places to explore. We are already planning next year's trip to be longer!

The property was beautiful, clean, and right sized for a up to four. The host was most friendly. I had asked a question about potential off-road vehicle rides, and this couple actually went exploring the day before we arrive just to be able to give us the most up-to-date info. Access to the river and mountains is superb. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was everything it listed. When we entered we were happy with the cabin. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances worked, very happy. It was nice to meet the home owner. Larry helped us out recommending a couple hikes to try and said if we needed anything don’t hesitate. We had a few questions and he was very informative. If we come back to Montana we will definitely look into staying here again. Thank You Larry & Donna you have a very nice cabin.

This cabin had the most beautiful views of the Montana mountains! It's location is perfect as it's right next to the Yellowstone river for fishing, hiking and rafting. We also were kept busy by the local hot springs (Chico and Yellowstone) and dinner at Sage Lodge. We were only 20 minutes from downtown Livingston where we enjoyed the PBR Rodeo and historic tours. Donna was a wonderful host and the cabin was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this property to stay! We will definitely be back.

It was a lovely, comfortable, well-appointed property in a beautiful setting! We were so disappointed because we had to leave early for an emergency back home. We'd definitely stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay; clean, cute, comfortable, convenient, and the owners were so friendly and helpful with area information. We watched deer moving around the property every morning and every afternoon.
My true rating for this property would be a 5++. Thank you Donna and Larry for sharing your place with us for our 7 days. We loved our stay!!

Excellent place!
Can't say enough, beautiful place, clean, well stocked. Donna was excellent on communicating. Had our privacy but we also enjoyed visiting with Donna and Larry they gave us some great suggestions of things to explore. Nicest people you could ask for as well as a beautiful mountain view stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay Surrounded by Beauty
The cabin was lovely and comfortable. The views in the Paradise Valley were stunning. We had deer visit every morning and loved sitting on the porch in the hammock enjoying the view of the mountains. Great location between Bozeman and Yellowstone. Cabin had everything we needed (even bear spray to borrow just in case!) Highly recommend.

Yellowstone Vacation
Absolutely amazing apartment in an amazing location! Deer in the back yard every night! Even babies! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Great location and just a short drive to Emigrant for food or gas. Yellowstone is not far either! Would definitely stay here again!!

Location & Beauty in Paradise Valley
We stayed 7 nights in this beautiful one bedroom. 10 minutes to Chico Hot Springs & Sage Lodge. 35 minutes to Yellowstone / Roosevelt Arch entrance. The balcony deck is spacious and entire unit is great. We had excellent communication with owner. Note - 2nd floor above garage. Easy access to highway. I highly recommend this accommodation as a home base for tour Yellowstone National Park vacation.

Couldn’t Be Better
Accommodations were great. Communication was great. All as described or better. Loved the deck - watched mule deer and white tails over coffee. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Getaway House
We stayed at this little gem for a 4-day fishing outing. One in our group had an RV which was parked next to the VRBO and it really worked out nicely. There were hook ups for the RV which was really convenient. The VRBO is a great little place and well furnished and sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The upper deck was a great place to hang out and the views are good. Perfect little kitchen for weekend getaway with some basic items for cooking/dining. A nice coffee maker with complimentary coffee.

Beautiful apartment and great location!
This is an adorable true Montana decorated apartment. The area is beautiful and a great jump off to Yellowstone. The place was very clean and we really enjoyed the deck to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets. Lots of deer in the area. We would definately book it again.

Had a week long comfortable stay at this property while visiting Yellowstone NP. The property is as listed, charming, cozy and clean with beautiful views all around. I highly recommend this place.

Delightful Stay!
This property was a perfect landing spot for our Montana adventure. Less than an hour from the north entrance of Yellowstone along with several other great places we chose to visit. (Virginia City, Bozeman, Cody, Wyoming and more) It was immaculately clean, quiet, well appointed with everything we needed and the view of the mountains is stunning. Donna was a wonderful host and responded readily. Check-in and out was super-easy. THANK YOU for making our retirement celebration complete.

Great place for a couple
Loved the property. Easy access both to Bozeman and shopping and Yellowstone. Lovely views, good bed, nice grill and deck to enjoy the outdoors. Donna checked on us to make sure we made it and all was well. Washer dryer were an extra blessing..

Quiet location near Yellowstone’s north entrance. Entrance is well lit and easily accessible. Inside entrance with bench is great space to kick off shoes and hang coats. Kitchen is well stocked and literature about area is provided. Bathroom is clean and modern. Bedroom has spectacular views with attached deck. Great place to stay! We would return.

Great Location
Enjoyed our stay in the very clean apartment located above the garage. It was an ideal location for exploring the area and close to Yellowstone Park. Lots to do if you love the outdoors. A very short drive into town for necessities or to the area restaurants. Will be back when in the area again.

Great Place!
We really enjoyed our stay. Super clean!!! Also enjoyed the lovely couple who rents the home. This was a great home base for us. Close to the Park and Livingston. There are also some great places to eat really close by. Sage Lodge is a must :)

Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
We just had the most amazing vacation! With all that nearby Yellowstone has to offer, we definitely were not bored. But coming "home" each day was super nice. Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations in the middle of the most beautiful setting. Sitting out on the large balcony with a view of the mountains everywhere and about a million stars out at night was great. The house was so clean you could eat off the floors and out of the bathtub (not that we did, but you could!) Bed was extremely comfortable, and the decorations were spot-on. Grocery store and town was about 30 min away, Yellowstone about 35 min. I look forward to visiting again, and when we do, we are staying right here!

Donna's place was perfect for our stay. The space is super clean and a great location for day trips to Yellowstone and Bozeman. It's obvious how much care Donna and Larry have put into their home and guest space. Highly recommend!

Amazing Mountain Getaway
We absolutely loved the location of this immaculate, well organized cabin. The space was perfect for the two of us, but we could have easily added one or two more. Donna reached out to me several times prior to, and during, our stay. She was wonderful to work with. The cabin was in close proximity to Yellowstone’s North Entrance-about a forty minute drive. Beautiful, beautiful view of the mountains. We loved our time at this cabin!!

Amazing trip
My husband and I loved this stay. Donna and her family built this place by hand. You can feel the blood, sweat, tears and memories they have had doing it. It felt cozy. It was clean. Bed was good. Air conditioner/heaters was awesome! I appreciate them letting us use their washer/dryer. Perfect kitchen set up. Amazing Montana views. Wolf spiders are rather large this time of year there lol. We seen lots of them in the loft but that is due to the warm weather nothing on their hosting. They were great hosts, very easy to communicate with. So kind! We’ve been to Gardiner and Yellowstone a few times but I think my husband and I have chosen this area to buy property on and eventually (10years) build our retirement home one day. We just loved every second of this trip. Thank you Donna and Family for hosting us! We appreciate you and your hard work in building this amazing property you have there.

Wonderful stay!!!
Accommodations were great for a family of four. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and didn’t feel cramped at all! Somehow I had it in my mind that the cabin had a kitchenette, but it was definitely a FULL kitchen, which we loved. The washer and dryer in the garage below were a major bonus. The views around the cabin were spectacular, and Larry and Donna were very friendly and helpful!!! Everything about our stay was perfect except for the fact that Yellowstone is approximately 30 minutes away and the park was our main reason for coming to the area.

Would absolutely return - perfect location and space
We had a fantastic time at Donna and Larry’s space. The deck on the cabin was ideal for enjoying meals, playing cards, watching wildlife, and gazing at the mountains. So much to do within very short drives - great hikes of varying difficulty, delicious restaurants (cannot recommend wild flour and follow yer nose enough), close to Yellowstone, overall just a great spot with gracious, friendly, welcoming hosts who made our week wonderful. We were slightly worried that three adults would feel tight in the space (my husband and I visited along with my sister) but there really was plenty of room and we were outside most of the time anyway.
I honestly can’t picture liking any other lodging more - this was private and secluded with wonderful views.

Great base for our visit to Montana!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here! The property was just as we expected - while there are only two rooms they were spacious enough that we felt we had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. We were about 20 minutes from Livingston and 40 minutes from Yellowstone and took advantage of both. Barbara was also nice enough to send me something I accidentally left in the rental.
One thing to note is that it got warm in the house during the summer so would recommend running the AC throughout the afternoon / evening and opening a door in the evening to help keep things cool during the summer.

The apartment was clean and quiet, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the bed was comfortable. Donna always responded to my questions quickly, we couldn't have asked for more.

Mill Creek Cabin
The size was perfect for two people. It was very clean and comfort. The location was also very good. Only negative was all the steps.... a bit much for two in their 70,s. We got our cardio workout.

A beautiful place.
We had a great stay. It was nice to be in one place for a few nights and explore the area. Very nice place. Strangely, only one knife in the place, and hauling luggage up many steps was a challenge, and it was a bit pricey. But we liked it and would recommend.

Great location between Livingston and Yellowstone!
This was a great central location to visit the park, fish the river and go into Livingston for a day. The apartment was very cute, very clean and private. We just had a little trouble locating the lockbox for the key when we got there and finding the dumpster for the trash when we left. But all very minor issues. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and waking up to the beautiful view out the glass doors in our bedroom every morning!
