Welcome to the Lynx Creek Love Shack! Stay in a private one bedroom cottage with all the amenities! Spacious, private, tree covered yard lets you get away from the busy city life and cool down from sizzling summer temperatures. Sit and relax to the soothing sounds of your own private waterfall. Lots of windows including a skylight in the bedroom to watch the stars at night. UGG robes, fireplace, towel warmer and heated toilet seat to keep you cozy in the winter. Full kitchen, over sized shower, smart TVs in the living area and bedroom. Ethan Allen sofa with fabric ottoman to relax on. Wine rack with complimentary bottle of wine, Keurig coffee machine, and full sized fridge for longer visits. Completely private front yard to relax, read a book, play a game or watch for the deer to wander by! Walking distance from the house to hiking trails including walking up to the Lynx Lake Cafe. Mountain biking on these trails is a favorite! All of this and only 10 minutes from charming downtown Prescott. Five minutes from Costco, Sprouts, Walmart and Trader Joe's for your shopping convenience. Even though you are this close to civilization, on the property you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!! While the Love Shack is attached to our home, it faces a different direction and has its own entrance and yard. It is completely private from our home. Property has high speed internet and streaming services only.

The property was wonderful! It was furnished with everything we might need for a getaway. Quiet area and a short drive to recreation areas and restaurants. The property owners were friendly and willing to help with anything, if needed. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful little casita! Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Peaceful location in the woods but just a short distance off the main highway. So easy to find. Great quiet location between Prescott Valley and Prescott. Owners respond promptly and were fantastic to communicate with. Seemly very warm friendly people. The casita provided everything we needed for a getaway weekend. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine was such a perfect touch for the Love Shack. We would absolutely rent again!

A great property!! Bed was super comfy and everything well stocked. Our pup loved the fenced yard, and it was really close to Lynx Lake which is where we spent our days. Owner is friendly and communication prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Plenty of space for a couple. The grounds are lovely and you really feel like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle, but in reality you’re 5 minutes away. The Love Shack will be our new home when we visit family in the area.

We wanted a little get a way trip and we ended up getting married!! Our host and hostess offered to be our witnesses, then we all went out fir a drink! Loveliest couple! The love shack was so cute and cozy.. the hosts were so down to earth and kind. We arrived an hour ahead of time and they ket us check in early! Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave in the middle of the night, but the exoerience was great! Ty Steve and Barbara.. same time and place next year!

The hosts were amazing and took care of everything for us. They prepared a snow free parking spot for us and were available at all hours if we needed anything from them. Some of the better hosts we've ever had. The shower floor did have some hair in it from a past guest and the bedroom floor had some dirt. The couch had some food pieces from a past stay as well. But we would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved the skylight in the bedroom! The bathroom design was really nice and the shower was super spacious. The toilet set was also heated which was a nice feature in November and other winter months! We’d like to stay here again!

Great place tucked away in a private and quiet area surrounded by the forest and right by the creek. Very relaxing and comfortable stay. Still very close to the attractions in downtown Prescott too! The hosts were very helpful both ahead of our stay and upon arrival. Thank you!

The rental is set in a location that affords privacy yet close to it all. Our hosts were responsive when we inquired about local services. We had a great time here and the living quarters were just right for a couple like us. The location is fantastic at the end of a small road that feels very secluded. Check-in and out were very easy and communication between us and the hosts was convenient and prompt. We would highly recommend this lovely rental.

The love shack was beautiful and clean! Short distance to lynx lake and all the restaurants. It’s located down a cult a sac and was peaceful and secluded from the hustle and bustle! The sky light in the bedroom was a nice feature to lay and watch the stars at night. The owners were friendly and accommodating, offering kayaks for the lake for convenience. I would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great experience for my Father’s Day trip with my daughter.

We Hiked right from the LoveShack a big plus for me. It is Close to downtown but far enough away to be very quiet at night. The host was very responsive. I will be looking to stay here again when we visit our son in the future.

The Love Shack was very enjoyable and we had a great time. All the necessities were available and the ambiance was very soothing. Barbara was very helpful with any questions we had. The road to the house is a dead end, so there wasn't hardly any traffic. The nights were very quiet. Barbara was very accommodating to allow us to bring our Siberian Huskies who thoroughly enjoyed the completely fenced yard. Everything was exactly how described and then some. You won't be disappointed.
