The perfect place to enjoy your vacation in paradise! Centrally located and just 20 minutes from the airport, we are 1 of 54 condos in 5 buildings on 5.6 acres of beautifully manicured lawns and lush tropical gardens. This is a bright and airy, non-smoking, second floor, garden view suite. Amenities include a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts, ping pong, putting green, cabana, BBQ picnic area and complimentary parking.

Quiet and relaxing, our large 2 bedroom/2 bath (2nd bedroom is a loft that is partially open to the livingroom below) upper suite has a private entrance to approximately 1066 sq ft (99 square metres), with all the conveniences of home, including central air conditioning and insuite laundry. For your comfort, the master bedroom and loft each have king-size beds with luxury linens. The sofa in the livingroom pulls out into a Queen-size bed. The main floor bathroom has a shower only, while the loft bathroom contains a full bathtub. Have a little one? A crib and Graco Pack 'N Play are available for your use.

Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy breakfast on the large patio or BBQ at the cabana. Try out a fresh banana that grew on one of our trees! We have everything you'll need for a day at the beach, including sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers, or relax by the pool with a drink. Try your hand at the ping pong table, shuffleboard or tennis courts and practice your putting on the putting green (all sporting equipment is located insuite).

Need to do some work? Our home is equipped with wi-fi and all local and long distance phone calls to the US mainland and Canada are complimentary; a fax/copier/printer is available for your use. Watch a movie on one of our flat screen TVs. Shopping, gas and restaurants at the Azeka Market are just 1.4 miles down the street; the Kamaole I, II and III beaches are about 2.5 miles away. The ocean/beach is just across the street and shopping and other activities are just a few minutes drive away.

A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due on reservation and is 100% refundable until 90 days prior to your stay, at which time the balance will be due. Refunds will only be given within the 90 days prior to your stay if we are able to re-rent some or all of the days reserved, in which case the refund will be prorated accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no Resort Fees. Access to the suite is via a flight of stairs only; there is no elevator available. Also, in consideration of our neighbors and in accordance with our Homeowners Association Bylaws, smoking is strictly NOT permitted in the suite or on the lanai/patio. Smoking is permitted in designated areas of the Resort only.

Our apologies for the hefty cleaning fee, which is a straight pass-through; the housekeepers more than doubled their rates and we can no longer afford to absorb those costs.

This property is amazing. This unit was close to the parking lot, and had a lovely view of the lush landscaping and a peak a boo view of the ocean. The beach stuff bin on the lanai was chock full of beach gear. Most of it (umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs) was in great condition. Some of the stuff (floaties and snorkel gear) had seen better days, but we had our own so it was all good. There were several coolers, tons of ice packs, and even a beach carry to haul it all! The kitchen... Oh, what a kitchen! It was better than my kitchen at home. There was more cookware than I could ever need, and we cooked/packed most of our meals. As for comfort, I couldn't ask for better. The three AC units worked like a dream. Even though we turned them off during the day when we were out, there condo cooled down very quickly when we got back. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, even the sofa sleeper, and the bathroom towels were large and fluffy. The complex grounds were pretty good. My kids (14F, 13F, and 8M) loved the pool, especially the deep end. The hot tub was nice and hot. I wish they're was more shade around the pool, but it looked like the trees just got pruned so that will take care of itself. Fyi, there are no bathrooms by the pool, so when nature calls, you have to go back up to the condo. A little

The property is perfect and location is just across the street from a great beach. Our host went above and beyond to think of everything that would be needed for a great stay in Maui. They were also very responsive whenever we had a question. Already recommended this condo to my friends who will be going to Maui next year. I would definitely stay here again!!! I would give 100 stars if I could.

Koa Resort 4H was a beautiful condo and the owners thought of everything! The kitchen and bathrooms were well socked and they provided all the beach items we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and towels.) There were even games and books. The owner was very friendly and available to answer questions (before and during our trip.) The grounds were lovely and the pool was a good size. We would definitely stay there again! It was our first time in Hawaii, and it was well worth it! The unit was one of the most well-equipped that we have ever stayed at. It's a great place to stay for a family, there are ping pong tables, and a foozball table near the unit. Everything was very clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We loved going to Keawakapu Beach.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this condo and are sad to leave. The kitchen has been awesome and has all the equipment, dishes, etc we could need and it was so nice to have some nice family dinners after busy days at the beach. Condo also made life easy by having great beach supplies like towels, coolers, chairs, and boogie boards. Our kids love the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Absolutely wonderful.

We all enjoyed our stay here. Absolutely no problems, very spacious and the multiple AC units kept the unit cool and comfortable. Owners went out of their way to allow us an early check in, so we had a safe place to stash our luggage before heading to the beaches. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Beds were comfortable and it has plenty of beach towels, and a chest full of toys for the beach. It might have the best pool in Kihei. It has everything you need for your stay and I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic 2 bed 2 bath condo loaded with so many amenities, we didn't have time to use them all! Refreshing AC, quiet location, clean, very well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, snorkel and beach gear. Everything you need for a home away from home in paradise. Great value!

This condo was perfect for our stay in July of 2022. It had all the supplies needed for our family of 4 (2 adults and two teens). Both updated bathrooms and bedroom spaces with king size beds were perfect. It was just a quick walk to the beach with the supplied beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. The fans and wall units kept all of us comfortable for our stay as well. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning. We also were able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub! We also used the common grills in the cabana to barbecue many of our own meals. I do suggest renting a car to see the sights, but we were able to walk to many stores and get groceries or souvenirs or go out to eat as needed. Thank you for sharing your awesome condo with our family! We hope to continue me again some day!

We could not have been happier! Amazing communication with owner and local property manager. Accommodations were everything plus stated in description! Incredible location, immaculate unit with everything a family need for an amazing vacation. VERY family friendly grounds and so close to so many awesome South Maui locations! Our family of 6 had an amazing time celebrating our son’s pending high school graduation and departure for the Marine Corps. It was perfect!!! We will definitely be back and recommend this unit to all our friends traveling to Maui!!!!! Mahalo Karen, Michael and Celia!!!!

I could not be more happy with this condo! We recently stayed here for 7 nights, our family of 5. It was perfect!! The location is great! The amenities are amazing- there is literally nothing more we could ask for. The condo is SUPER CLEAN!! Air conditioning in every room worked great. We are planning our next vacation to Maui right away and can't wait to stay here! Celia, the property manager, is a TRUE GEM of a person! She was so helpful with recommending places to see and things to do. Karen, you are truly lucky to have someone like her to work for you.
