We are centrally located in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!
Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse just steps away, offering a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating, umbrella tables and outdoor shuffle board! Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table, fitness room with locker area, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities and entertainment when you want to explore Sunny Scottsdale! Public transportation is just around the corner. We are only blocks away from Fashion Square Mall and countless unique tourist friendly shopping, hundreds of top notch restaurants and beautiful resorts! Surrounded by an extraordinary night life of distinct clubs, bars and Live Music of all kinds!! Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet
The property has the following sleeping arrangement:
1 King Bed in Master Bedroom
2 Twin Bunkbeds in Guest Room
1 Full/Double Bed in Guest Bedroom
1 Queen Air Mattress in Master Bedroom Closet

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

We couldn’t have known how perfect the location is to access anything and everything we wanted to do. From local dining to access to travel to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and even airport. The condo had perfect amenities and enough privacy to make us feel at home. Thank you for the time in your place.

We came for a family wedding, the place was perfect! Loved everything about it! We really enjoyed sitting on the patio! We solved how easy and close it was to restaurants and attractions! Would definitely recommend and will return for family visiting!!!

Clean, safe space, but we wanted to cancel or reschedule due to a death in the family and the management would only offer half our money back (from a 12-day rental, so that’s a large amount of money to just give up for nothing). We also rent out one of our homes, and frankly this kind of management practice is a primary reason people choose hotels over vrbos.

Pool was closed the entire 10 days of our stay BBQ grill would not light except for aux. burner Cannot run appliances such as microwave and coffee maker at the same time or will trip circuit Potato chips under living room chair, dust was thick on tv stand Amenities listed on web site are totally misleading...SAD

Property is in a safe neighborhood. Close to everything. Furniture was dusty, old and uncomfortable and smelled old. Appliances were old and loud. Neighbors had a couple of constantly barking small dogs.

I have stayed here twice for over a month each time. It is spacious, I a wonderful small gated community with a pool and hot-tub for the community to enjoy. Great place for a dog as there is room to run in the enclosed patio and a number of residents walk their dogs around the community. Friendly people, Grapefruit tree in the back yard. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and to many good restaurants and Happy Hours. I just loved it!

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and were very happy with the location, garage and yard for our dog and sipping coffee in the morning. Thr kitchen was fully stocked and there was lots of closet and drawer space. Management was responsive, and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

This lovely house will make you feel very comfortable during your stay near Phoenix. The chef's kitchen has wonderful appliances and amenities, the back patio is perfect for al fresco dining, and the entire home is warm, inviting, and well appointed. The neighborhood is safe, with plenty of shops, services, and restaurants. Do explore Old Scottsdale, reminiscent of a town in many cowboy movies. Marsha, Paige, Morgan, and the team were caring, patient hosts, and worked with me when the pool and jacuzzi were not available as advertised. I would be happy to stay at one of their properties.

Location was perfect. Pool was a nice addition, but a little small for my active kids. We felt like we were disrupting others. Although everyone was very kind and no one said a thing.

Cute one story townhome located in a quiet 1970's townhome community with several eating establishments nearby. It does back Scottsdale Rd, and can hear street noise when out on patio should that be a bother to someone, though did not bother us. The premises was clean and all beds and pillows were comfortable. Sofa must have been updated since original listing, as there is no pull out sofa though there were 2 air mattresses in the bedroom closet which we did not use. Kitchen had all the necessary pans and tools to cook when needed. My only suggestion would be to fix the electrical in the kitchen (so you can run the coffee maker, microwave and/or toaster at the same time) and replace the 2 older chairs (hard and uncomfortable) in the living area.

Sorry, thought I completed a review shortly after our stay. The property was clean and was well represented by the listing. We enjoyed the Vrbo experience relative to a hotel stay for meeting with our adult children. We enjoyed community pool and quiet neighborhood. The TV instructions were not very helpful, but I only tried to watch a game on one evening. Will definitely recommend and perhaps book again if we visit our kids soon!

Very busy and noisy street bordering the back yard. Also traffic noise inside. Patio is stark. Ascetically I found decor and patio unpleasant and we actually left a day early because of it. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Management company was good to deal with but a phone interview was required before our reservation could be confirmed which was odd. Overall it was clean but in need of a deep clean and paint touch up throughout.

I loved this place! I have already reserved time for next year. The host was incredible, asking what I needed, going way out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed and then some. The neighbors were friendly and I got a chance to know several as we walked our dogs around. Close to tons of restaurants of all types, great hiking, art fairs, wine tasting, live music, wonderful Happy hours. The patio is good size and had nice furniture. The master bed was very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was really nice. There is noise on Scottsdale Road as others have mentioned but there is nothing that can be done about that. I found I got used to it and tuned it out. The kitchen is well stocked with new quality non stick cookware and any utensils and dishes you would need. There are swim towels and floatation devices for the pool and two umbrellas for the patio. The pool is heated and there are books to share in the clubhouse. There are also large areas outside the clubhouse but inside the gate where larger groups could get together. Oranges and lemons were available on the grounds near the clubhouse and the host’s backyard had a grapefruit tree. Fresh fruit everywhere. I can’t wait to go back!

This is probably one of the cleanest VRBO houses I have ever stayed at! The location is absolutely perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The house is within steps of the pool in the villa, which was extremely convenient. The house was also extremely quiet. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again myself.
