About this apartment rental
Tessoro is wonderfully located in the secluded Eastern end of Las Conchas away from the noise of loud blasting music and the noisy fireworks that is much of Sandy Beach and the Mirador and downtown areas. There is a private elevator for each of 4 condo towers that constitutes the building. It is a unique design for Puerto Penasco.
Travertine floors throughout with a star design as you exit the elevator from the underground parking garage or from the Lobby area if you are coming from the pool or beach area. All the comforts and more of home. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, another King bed in the second bedroom a King Bed in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 8 people.
The third bedroom has a balcony access to the eastern beach for sunrise views. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony.
There was once a spa on the private patio, as of 6/27/2022 that is removed. It has been a headache from the beginning and with many not know how to operate it, we made the decision to remove it. This makes for a much larger, patio space.
The main patio has a propane gas grill, a sink and comfortable patio furniture.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and virtually everything you could need to prepare your meals. The master bedroom has a whirlpool tub and a large separate shower, double vanities and a private toilet area with a door.
Numerous pieces of original artwork gives this property a very sophisticated, chic ambiance in a comfortable inviting setting.
The newest Resort Condominium project in Las Conchas. Stunningly Gorgeous and away from the crowds of Sandy Beach & downtown. Free of Fireworks...NO fireworks noise, explosions, loud music, etc.

Absolutely beautiful! The beach was right outside the door and the view from the condo was amazing! We cooled down in the pool each night after a long day in the sun. Bill was extremely helpful, giving us great advice for our first trip to Rocky Point! He was so responsive during our time there, hands down will book this condo again!

I loved being away from everything. We often had the beach to ouselves. The condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed.
When I didnt get check in info, I reached out to the owner, and while he was quickly responsive, I did not find him very hospitable. The building is mostly empty and the pool furniture is dated, but we still had a lovely stay.

The listing does not do the property justice. The room is beautiful! The views are amazing! This is a beautiful place to escape and get away from it all. If you want to visit quiet, calm, Mexico beach, than this is the place for you!

This unit never disappoints! Clean and adequate supplies without having to request additional. Nice and comfortable patio for relaxing and taking in the sights.
The hurricane damaged the beach area but it's still the cleanest beach in the area.

The condo was very up scale and had beautiful features. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and breath taking views. The beach was very clean with soft sand and a sea shell collector's paradise. We enjoyed how much the beach changed with the tides, it would recede far back revealing lots of tidal pools with interesting sea treasures to be discovered. We visited the fish market place and had a great dinner there but did most of our meals back at the condo. We haven't been to Rocky Point for 20 + years so we had lots of fun rediscovering this vacation spot. We definitely plan on returning this year for more fun in the sun.

Condo is beautiful inside and the beds are comfortable, all the conveniences of home. Loved sitting out on the deck, absolutely beautiful view. Tessoro is so quiet and peaceful, perfect family spot. Now that there is Chuy's Restaurant (absolutely delicious), Rocky's Pizza and a Six convenience store in Las Conchas, you don't have to drive into RP for those evening food or snack cravings. LOL!

Wish the property itself had a restaurant/pool service because we didn’t want to leave the serenity to go into the chaos of Rocky point for a meal out. Otherwise it was fantastic we enjoy being a little more off grid, lovely to walk the beach with rarely another soul insight:)

A lovingly kept condo with gorgeous views and plenty of room for two families with kids. The beachfront access was perfect and we enjoyed the privacy of the location. Cooking experience was excellent overall, well stocked, although some cooking oil and foil would have been even better. Everything was spotless, the furnishings were very comfortable, one king bed was firmer than the others. Absolutely great experience and would stay here again.

The condo was amazing very clean and inviting. The pool and spa area was also very nice. The common areas are not complete and are a construction area. There was also an issue with the elevators not working and had to climb stairs on 2 occasions. Also some people do not clean up after their dogs so there was quite a bit of dog feces in an area in the back.

We visit Puerto Penasco two to three times a year for almost 10 years now and this condo did not disappoint! We were greeted by Gaspar and he helped us get situated. The condo has high end furnishings and nicely appointed with more than enough of everything for the six of us. One bed was firm and others appeared to be pillow top with multiple pillows. The R/O system was working fine although we preferred to bring water as well as all our own food, drink and condiments. Rarely is there a grill available at condo units, but this unit has a nice big propane grill that made our cooking go smoothly. The weather was beautiful; the pool, hot tub and beach were wonderful and security made you feel at home (unlike Sandy Beach area). The steps down to the beach are tricky, but it appeared the contractors were scraping a path adjacent to the pool backside for easier beach access. We have a handful of units we revisit and this is now on our list. You won’t be disappointed as Bill responds quickly to any questions during your visit.

This property was very clean and a perfect location for traveling with teens. The cove on the backside of the property offered a place for the kids to use ATVs and side-by-side’s. The kids had a blast. The nice part was you couldn’t hear the noise inside the unit. Manuel who manages the property is so helpful as is the security person Gasper. Gasper ordered the ATV’s and they were delivered to us. Bill was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had promptly. It was a convenient trip into town for dinner and groceries. I would highly recommend it.

Well furnished and maintained unit. Excellent wifi and television cable options for the down times. We loved the balcony views front and back. The main balcony is quite large with plenty of room to dine outside and lots of comfy chairs to enjoy the stellar views looking out to the Sea of Cortez and down the beach.

Spectacular condo and views. It wasn't as clean as we would have expected. Bedspreads should be washed and there were not enough extra blankets, It would have been nice to locate a broom to sweep up what cleaning person missed. Stairwell was very dirty and full of trash. Possibly because of spring break there were very loud partiers in hot tub and area way past 10 pm. Also the sand buggies were tearing up the hill behind building all hours of the day and night! I would try it again but maybe not around spring break. We expected spring breakers to stay in town!!

Accommodations were perfect. Away from the crowds yet close enough to drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Timely communication from host with instructions for getting there and how to get in. I would stay there again.

The condo its' self is beautiful. Very well supplied with all you would need. The outside of the property not so much. We arrived in the middle of a windy storm which did not allow us to see the piece of metal sticking up a the entrance. We had a flat tire before we even entered the parking garage. Ricardo the property manager that night called a friend and he fixed our flat for a price of course. The electricity went out twice because of the storm. The two following days were nice and quiet . Saturday and Sunday very noisey. It was nice enough weather to have the doors open and enjoy the nice balcony. The beach became a race track for vehicles and side by sides. Also a local family decided to enjoy the hot tub, pool, and BBQ both days. They were not loud or roughty but did own one of the side by sides it seems. The police were called on Sunday and that seem to chase off the other vehicles.
We know that Las Conchas is a nicer area of Rocky Point. We have been going to Rocky Point for years. We could see that not enough of the condos are filled to help pay for the exterior up keep. Too bad. That's Mexico

This was our second stay at this condo and it was just as good, if not better than the first experience! Love the views, quiet, private beach and pool, everything you need, and very comfy/cozy! We had one issue with the A/C that was completely out of everyone’s hands, and resolved very timely!! We will definitely be back for more long weekends!!

I know in the description it says that it's a very secluded area but it is very secluded. Wish the property had a restaurant or bar. The pool was dirty so I didn't really get much use out of that. If you are looking to come to Pto. Peñasco to cook your own food, relax and stay put in one place this is a great to stay.

Sugiero atender la alberca (estaba muy sucia) y proteger los departamentos vacíos. Dan muy mal aspecto. Por lo demás, el condominio 703 muy agradable y confortable, bien uidado, limpio y ordenado. My husband and I had an amazing Anniversary weekend at this beautiful condo! Extremely clean, everything you need, super comfortable beds, and probably the most extraordinary views in all of Puerto Penasco! We have stayed at many of the resorts in town, and although Tessoro doesn’t have all the amenities as others do, the beauty and serenity make it so much more special! Bill, the owner/host was very easy to work with from our perspective and the quickest, most convenient check in, with a personal tour of the condo, to boot!! We will be back!!

We loved our time here!
This was a great unit with a beautiful view! Everything that we needed for the trip was there and we felt at home. The beach was nice, and the pool area was good. Only negative was the area that it is located is fairly far from town. We knew this going into it, though, but never having been there we were surprised by how far it was. This did end up being a positive as we were there on a really busy weekend, but being away from town, we weren’t too crowded or anything. We will stay here again.

I try very hard to not be one of "those" guests. Apparently, Bill's threshold for "those" guests is very low. We had a very quick exchange at booking about requirements to get the dogs across the border. I did not ask another question until we headed to the condo. I had forgotten to purchase bottled water and due to the remoteness of this location I wasn't sure if getting some once we arrived would be easy. We have stayed in other locations in Rocky Point that have provided water or have a filtration system. Bill promptly responded and mentioned that he was in Spain. We arrived at the condo and the unit is beautiful. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a brief orientation of the unit. He never mentioned the hot tub on the deck. There was a book with information in the unit and he referred us to that. That evening we tried to turn on the hot tub, when we turned on the hot water it barely trickled out of the spigot. We read the instructions in the book and did everything it said to do. I will spare you all the steps we took, but in the end what was in the book was not matching what was happening with the tub. I sent Bill another message (only my second one) and I was SHOCKED by his response! I was rudely told that as the listing states, I should refer questions to the HOA manager...the listing did NOT state this. Also, I was informed he was 9 time zones away and will answer NO MORE QUESTIONS THIS VISIT. He then went on to say that this hot tub had been an ongoing issue and that he is considering removing it in the future. I understand when a host is on vacation and does not want to be bothered. If I am going to be unreachable during a booking I ALWAYS communicate that with my guests and give them alternate people to contact. The pre stay information did not even make sense, it talked about pedestrian bridge codes etc and also stated that he hoped I would enjoy my stay at his SANTA FE condo!! We were in MX!!! So, sir, if you are going to rudely refer people to your listing...it would help if that info was correct!!!!!

Blissful vacation
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation where you can watch the moon set, while also seeing the sunrise, this is the place to be. Our trip was perfect from start to finish. Booking, checking in and out, and every moment in between were stress free and smooth.
The condo was as advertised: clean, well equipped, everything worked, and plenty of space. The views were amazing. Most of the week, it felt like the beach was our own private space. We will most certainly rent here again. Highly recommend.
