Gracias for the looking at our Villa de Encantada, my wife and I own this and take great pride in our décor, and furnishing of it. The views are amazing, as is the Resort. Villa de Encantada is 3,000 Sq Ft, then between the Rooftop Terrace, the Balconies, and the Patio you have over 5,600 Sq Ft of Incredible Breath-taking views that you will never tire of! Remember the old adage Location, Location, Location, this is so true with our Villa. There is no better location in the entire resort. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! The best views No Trick Photography or getting up on your toes to get that view of the Beach, Ocean, and Golf course. You will see other Villas have photos taken from odd angles, or from the outside corner of a Balcony so they can show you the Ocean view. Really is that what you are going to do? Go to that one Balcony and lean over for the view, we think not. Our Villa de Encantada has Ground floor views of the Beach, Pacific Ocean, Quivira, Coronado, and Copala we are in the World Renown Quivira Development. Besides having your own private Pool and Jacuzzi, you are just steps away from our Club House Pool, and Pool Cafe & Bar. If you want the more Active Pool Games you have access to Pueblo Bonito Sunset and their pools just a 5-minute ride away. Dine out at the many Restaurants within the resort, or the downtown is only 10 to 15 minutes away. You will have so many choices. Book massages, at either our Club House or at any of the Pueblo Bonito resorts. Wonderful stay a couple weeks ago. Loved the location. Views were incredible. Tons of room indoors and outdoors. Attention to just a few minor details and it would have been perfect (control pool temp, hot tub temp, outdoor speakers, dryer, rooftop fire pit ) literally a 15 minute walk thru could have made a huge difference. Property manager was great but not very responsive at times. Overall it was a great stay and we’d go back.

We loved our stay in Copala. The house was great and well-appointed. The concierge was extremely responsive. Fantastic views and a very comfortable home for the 8 of us to enjoy time as a family. We visited the rest of the Pueblo Bonito properties and loved having access to all the amenities and then being able to come back to our quiet retreat.

We planned a big family trip for my 50th birthday and had along our 3 adult daughters with their husbands and one 4 month old granddaughter as well as my in-laws. We own with Pueblo Bonito so were familiar with the general area and found this to be the only 5 bedroom house we could reserve for this busy time of year. This was our first time utilizing a private home rental within the Quivira group and it did bring a few challenges. Copola is further away then we anticipated and the shuttle is a bit tricky to plan around. There were a few communication glitches between the Copola concierge and the hotel concierges within Pueblo Bonito. I would recommend calling both to verify any arrangements or use the Pueblo Bonito app to book any activity.
The house itself was very easy to be guests at. The property manager was himself on vacation when we arrived but he was quick to send someone to address needs upon arrival. The outdoor spaces were well used by our party on every level. Beds were comfortable and space within was well thought out. This house is ridiculously quiet within - no creaky floors whatsoever. There is a main road in front of the house that took a bit of getting used to with construction crews going back and forth but we soon forgot about it. The kitchen was well supplied of all you could need in terms of dishes, cookware, etc. We cooked and ate mostly at home due to the size of our party. Shopped our own pre order at the marina Walmart.

What a cute hidden treasure! Pictures don’t do this place Justice. It’s really a beautiful home home, nicely appointed. Quiet enough for full relaxation but access to all the local resorts for all the touristy feels and nightlife.
Benny Blanco was great! There for whatever we needed, he knows just who to talk to and there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My family really enjoyed themselves. I’d love to stay at the Copala again. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this beautiful Copala home. Guido and Gracie go above and beyond to provide a luxury experience for their guests. We did have Arturo deliver groceries to the villa, what a huge convenience for our family of 10! We did get the All inclusive package through Pueblo Bonito and visited the restaurants on property. The shuttle situation to PB was very erratic. We rented golf carts to get to and from the PB restaurants and pools, I highly recommend if your are going to use the PB amenities. The villa is highly appointed, we enjoyed the pool both at the villa and the Copala community pool. We also enjoyed the rooftop for after dinner drinks and conversation. If you have a large family this is the villa to rent! Thank you so much Guido and Gracie for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home.

Great property. Comfortable and spacious. We rented a golf cart to use for the week. It was a good decision given how large the campus is and the shuttle service is time consuming and infrequent.

Guido made the rental process very easy. Always there for any questions and the Villa was beautiful. We had a very enjoyable time. We use Blanca for cooking part of our time there and the food was terrific. Andrea checked in on us daily for any needs we had. Would definitely rent again.

Guido and Gracie’s property is absolutely amazing! It has a beautiful view of the mountains and the beach. Slept 10 people very comfortably. The outdoor areas are excellent, and I highly recommend using the rooftop with the fireplace at night. The resort is fantastic, as always, and we definitely plan on coming back at some point.

The layout of the house worked out beautifully for our family. The home was very comfortable for our whole family including our small grandchildren. It is located in the Copala community which is lovely but we spent the vast majority of our time at the nearby resort of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. There was a free shuttle provided by Copala that left hourly to take us from our villa to PBSB and back again but it required much planning and time to get where we wanted to go. It worked out fine but just something to know before you go.

It was a beautiful place to stay and our family had a great time using all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The home was beautiful, clean with plenty of space and bathrooms for larger groups. There was enough towels, linen and toiletries for us to use. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed being so close to the club house that had good food, a beautiful infinity pool and a clean gym.
The hardest part was being so far away from the other resorts and having to rely on the free shuttle service that was not always available at the times we wanted to leave, so we did feel a little isolated without a car. The hostess Karen only checked in with us on the first day and she didn't know the property very well. The dishwasher in the home didn't work the entire time and we had to call maintenance twice to come and fix it. 2 out of the 3 fire pits did not work upon arrival, but maintenance was able to fix at least one of them.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owners allowing us to check in early and check out late. Thank you!

Good accommodations, suited our family of 4, plus an extra bedroom to boot. Nice rooftop terrace with fireplace we used it just about every night. Clubhouse is where we dined most afternoons, very convenient about 3 minutes walking in flip flops. Lots of walking pathways in the area.

This villa was even more beautiful than the pictures! I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday in style with family and friends and the house, location and amenities over delivered! The property manager, concierge, and transportation team made our stay run smoothly and stress-free. A special thank you to Freddy from Activities Los Cabos who made great recommendations and was super easy to work with, also thanks to Karen our concierge for being available for any questions.

Our family of 9 adults stayed in this 5 BR house for 1 week and all had a wonderful time . The house has plenty of space and we were all able to comfortably sit on the terrace and see beautiful views of the pacific . The concierge helped arrange a cook, named Blanca, and she and her husband cooked 2 phenomenal meals for our large group . The kitchen was ideal for entertaining and well stocked . We also loved being able to go and enjoy the other resorts that are part of the Pueblo Bonito locations. They all welcomed us and made it easy to come and go . There were a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed and resolved by Guido the owner . He was a pleasure to deal with and wanted nothing but the best for our stay .

This villa was awesome and just the type of vacation experience we were looking for (family of 8 adults). The property was beautiful, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The villa has everything you need and is so comfortable. The security of being in a gated community was an added plus. We enjoyed the various outdoor spaces, especially the fire pits on the cool evenings. We were lucky to experience multiple whale sightings from the balcony one morning. We took advantage often of the Concierge service, another great benefit of this villa, for golf/dinner reservations and shuttle rides to the affiliated resorts. Everyone was so nice! Amazing experience I’ve rented a lot of vrbo properties but nothing that compared to this in quality or level of service. The owner was amazing as well as the staff. The home was beautiful and the beds and pillows were amazing in fact I ordered the same as soon as I got home. Loved the concierge service and access to multiple resorts, one phone call and there would be a van there in 5 mins. To take you anywhere you wished. The cook was outstanding not only was the food great but she would clean the entire place after she served the meals. I actually had to tell her to stop working and go home. I can’t say enough about Casa BERTOLI it was wonderful I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

Guido and Gracie were extremely welcoming and immediately responded to any issues we had. We experienced hot water problems initially but it was fixed in a timely manner. Along with the help from Guido, Arturo and Lisa (the property managers on site) were there for anything we needed.
The house itself was beautiful! It was very spacious and accommodated our family of 11 comfortably. We loved having a full kitchen as we shopped and cooked some meals on our own. We used the pool and hot tub every day (once the water was warm 😊) and enjoyed the fire pits at night. The views of the ocean and the city were amazing. We also used the clubhouse pool daily and appreciated the quiet feel of the Copala property. The concierge was extremely receptive and assisted us every day in getting shuttles and taxis. Be aware of the high taxi prices to the city as Copala is situated a few miles from the entrance. A rental car would be recommended if you are planning on more than one trip to the city.

Our family and friends spent 7 nights in this villa and frankly, had a great time! We felt very much at home and were very impressed with the comfortable and welcoming environment the owners have created - it is a beautiful place. The villa is excellently maintained and when we had questions the property manager was very timely and responsive to our needs. Both the resort where the villa is and the greater Cabo area have endless activities that should satisfy any interests of any vacationer. The food is excellent, whether within the resort or in Cabo - the drinks aren't bad either! Our most memorable time was a sunset cruise we took and ended up following a group of grey whales for about an hour. It was awesome and at the same time humbling being so close to these magnificent creatures.

The villa is as advertised centrally located within Quivira and the new Copala development. We enjoyed both the plung pool at the home as well as the club house pool and bar. We played golf twice at Quivira with Guido’s assistance in getting key tee times. The place is really incredible starting from the range right on the beach to the several comfort stations and of course the cliff side holes. Guido and Gracie - thanks again for your attentive hospitality and the use of your beautiful villa.

Wow - this home was really amazing! First of all, the house is brand new, the view is fantastic and attention has been paid to every detail. Our extended family went with us and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The family especially enjoyed the deck looking out to the ocean, the pool and spa on another deck and the rooftop area, complete with firepit and comfy seating areas! The location was also great - once you get past two different security gates, it's probably a 5 minute drive to the downtown area and marina.
Finally, we have rented many homes over the years and I have to say this one by far surpassed all the amenities one could want, which is not always the case in other rentals. The kitchen was well appointed, the towels and bedding were really nice in each room and the furniture and décor were very tastefully done. Thank you so much to the owners of this gorgeous place - we will for sure be back for another visit!

About the House:
We hung out on the Patio which is the ground floor, the weather was perfect. We were amazed how great the view was from the ground floor, I know it said that in the ad but many times it is just from a certain angle not so here sweeping wonderful views. This house is on the front row of Copala and is one of the closest to the Ocean. There is no better house for sweeping Ocean views during the day and evening and at night you see the lights of the City, and Coronado it is a WOW. In the evening we used the patio fire pit for the visual effect because temperature was still nice. They also have a fire pit on the balcony (2nd floor), which we did not get a chance to use much, but we did get to use the Fireplace on the Rooftop Terrace. What a great design for relaxing on their rooftop with a couple bottles of wine. I must say another incredible view. We loved it there, the only complaint we had was we did not book enough time.
Now the area: Copala is in Quivira, which is within the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Development. We have stayed at many nice places, this is right there at the top with the best of them. The Golf course is next to the ocean, and cliff side. It is a fun and a bit challenging course to play. The course is also all inclusive which means the alcohol and food is included which was great. Getting to town was easy since we usually rent a car, they do have free shuttles to get around but we did not use them.
The People: Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the Property Manager to their Concierge, and their house cleaners. Five Stars all the way. "I'll be back"

We have rented other places and they seem to be lacking in some aspects, but this place has very nice accommodations, home was well equipped, awesome views, and the resort has a lot to offer. You can get a free shuttle to the other sister resorts to get downtown or just to hang out. The resort also has it's own club house with infinity pool. The golf is a benefit also. Definitely would return.

This is a beautiful home in a great area. The house is spacious with 5 good sized bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Many amenities, great golf course within the complex. The view is incredible. We were well taken care of with concierge services easily accessible. We will definitely be back.
