The location was great especially being near downtown so it wasn’t a long drive at all. It wasn’t high up on the mountain which my family loved about the cabin. Plenty of room for 10 people.

We had a blast at this cabin. We had 4 generations together in one space with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Clean and comfortable.

We loved that you could walk to the bottom of the hill and catch a trolley. There lots of room for large family. The dishes and cookware could use an upgrade, but we made due.The hot tub was great . We went hoping to see bears, we did at the cabin and out in town .

We had a great time. Very nice house perfect for our family. The only issues we had is that there was no house number on the outside of the house for an easy find and the trash bin outside was not large enough for a large family spending a week with no trash pickup.

The entire place way great. Parking was our biggest complaint. 4 cars in that space was a bit much! Everything else was great!

Great stay, cabin was in excellent condition. The only issue we had was lack of curtains for people who were sleeping in the living room. Besides that everything was perfect!

Very clean, bright and open! 5 primary bedrooms all with king sized beds and TVs with en-suites. Perfect for our large family. 3 stories tall so lots of stairs. Each floor has a pull out sofa bed which were great for our grandchildren. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub out on the balcony. The host was terrific answering questions. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us upon our arrival. I did note to the host a few more essentials were needed for the kitchen and she was prompt in responding that she appreciated the insight and would add the few kitchen items, asap. The driveway is steep and there is room for two vehicles to park by the cabin and another one can park at the bottom on the street. If need be, a vehicle or two could park on the driveaway but the parking brake should be used. The location is perfect! Close to Gatlinburg's main street but far away enough from the hussle bussle. We all enjoyed our Gatlinburg Christmas Vacation.

Very large cabin. The cabin is well taken care of and very clean. Check in easy. Parking is very limited for a family cabin. Not a cabin for someone who struggles with stairs. Would recommend this cabin for large family.

A wonderful rental home. Each family unit had its own space while also having plenty of space for us all to be together. All the amenities were in working order and we had zero issues with anything in the home. 5 king bedrooms with 5 on-suites. Great hot tub. We had a minor wasp issue and the property managers were ultra responsive to assist us. Be aware of bears! They definitely will make a dusk-time appearance. Location is great, very close to everything without having to be in the thick of things. Yes, the driveway is steep, but we were able to park three cars by the rental without any issues. All in all, a great place!

It was great time! Kitchen was missing alot of dishes but we made do. It was clean and close to town and activites. The hot tub was nice & the driveway was private. The grill workout for our needs. There was no poker table as advertised and only sheets for the pullout. Beds were comfortable & space was perfect for.our needs. So a few minor issues but nothing that changes our rating. We had a great time and would reccomend. We will also be back!!

We had an amazing experience at this cabin. We go on a family trip every year and this year we chose Gatlinburg. This cabin was perfect for 8 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children under 6. We had plenty of space and everyone had their own bathroom. The communication was clear and the house was very clean. We will be back to stay the next time we come to Gatlinburg.

The property was clean and spachious . I enjoyed the Ms. Pacman machine and I like that every floor has it's own balcony .The washer and dryer is convent to those that need it .

There were 14 of us total which included a couple of teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed having the large dining/living area that allowed us to be together for various games and socializing. The bedrooms were great as the attached bathrooms allowed privacy. It would have been great if there were a half-bath available for everyone to use in the common area but we managed. If I were advising someone coming for the first time, I’d say to make sure you get there before dark. There are no guard rails and I could see where one might be nervous if you aren’t familiar with where the driveway ends. We will strongly consider this property again as we had no issues during our 3 day stay.

Beautiful cabin. Great location. Easy and convenient access to downtown G-burg, parks, and other attractions. Bears like it, too! We saw five bears on the property during our stay!

We enjoyed our stay other than having to spend a couple of hours cleaning in the kitchen to rewash dirty dishes in the cabinets and scrubbing the dirty countertop. Spider webs in the end tables were not a treat for the little ones. Along with the $300 deposit, we request at least one-half of the cleaning fee to be returned. We watch the crew clean the cabin next door, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes with bed linens in a bag. Apparently, the team that cleaned this cabin did the same thing. Hopefully, the broken handrail has been repaired.

Thank you for our great experience. Convenient location. Headed to a show and coming off the hill our adult children were so excited they got to see a bear. I spoke with Melissa multiple times. She was great and on top of thing’s especially when the one of the air conditioning units needed maintenance. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Overall stay was amazing. Cabin is very nice and clean. Would only want to recommend a few things. The parking is very small if multiple vehicles and not easy having to back up down the steep hill each time. The vines are growing over the drive and parking area making it very hard to tell where pavement ends and where it drops off. All of the bathrooms are secluded in the bedrooms. If anyone who is sleeping on pull out couches have no bathroom access without getting into someone else’s room. You are surrounded by other cabins which does take away from some privacy. We did love how close it was to everything.

With a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) we had an excellent stay. The location is in a great spot to be just far enough away to avoid the mad traffic and noise, but still close to downtown and right next to some pancakes and doughnuts. The cabin was spacious and nice, the beds were comfortable, and the hot water lasted. Our only concerns were: No blackout-style curtains so headlights from passing vehicles beamed throughout the bed rooms at night; the floor seemed to stay dirty, blackening our feet/socks after a while. The house was clean, no bugs or mold, so not sure what was up with the floor. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Each year we take our blended family of older children (20-32) and their others on a yearly trip. The past couple years we’ve been going whitewater rafting. We chose this cabins for the bedroom and bathroom capacity. We also chose for location to breakfast and trolley stop location. This was the best choice of locations so far. The early risers really enjoyed the access to close breakfast and Starbucks. The early nighters lived the proximity to town. It’s an easy walk. I won’t lie the walk up the hill is tough but doable. Overall we were very happy with our choice of your cabin!
