Condo was great & Lake Tahoe was awesome!

We stayed a week and the condo was lovely and the deck views were stunning.
Anna our host responded to all our questions and we are 70 years old so there was plenty.
Lovely stay.

It’s a nice location to enjoy the sunset everyday.
I and my families enjoy to stay here for 2 nights.

Great location, great hosts, the place was cosy and enough space, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This condo was perfect for our needs. We are two families with young children who stayed there during a ski weekend. The shuttle to Boulder and Stagecoach made it super convenient to get to the mountain, and avoid the hassle of parking at Heavenly.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Between the living room on the main level and the upstairs loft, there was plenty of space to spread out.
We would definitely return!

The hot tub is best to drive to however they do have bathrooms there you can change into dry clothes before heading back.
The ski out path is off the parking lot near the condo.
Our famiky enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back.

Completely met our expectations and then some. Would highly recommend as it was a very welcoming and comfortable home with a great view outside the front window/door. Also a short hiking trail by the parking lot that brings you down through the ski lift area was a pleasant evening walk. Close enough to drive to most places. We did parasailing off of Ski Run boulevard and then hung out in Zephyr Cove another day. If this site is on one of your potential places to stay at then I would stay here. You will not be disappointed. Had plenty of amenities in the kitchen and everything worked as expected.

The condo was clean and inviting. We were comfortable and loved the accommodations. The kids loved the hiking trail and swimming pool.

Lovely property with a great view of the lake and mountains! Would highly recommend to family and friends. Hosts are very gracious in providing a basket full of snacks and coffee pods too!
We recommend better overall internet, especially in the master bedroom.
Thank you for an overall great stay!

Everything was fine with the condo except for the fact that it listed having 6 beds (the entire reason we rented it). It actually only has 4 beds and some very thin cushions in the closet to throw on the floor, I guess. Just say 4 beds, sleeps x number of guests.

Our children and grands want to come back to ski!!
Lovely accommodations. Thanks so much!

Very convenient location- can ski-out or take shuttle over to heavenly Nevada side.

Good condo; we would come back.
You can definitely ski out onto the Boulder run, through a small patch of trees. No more difficult than a blue to get out onto the groomed run. You will need to take the bus back from the Boulder or Stagecoach lodges.
Beds: Don't make the same mistake I did and assume those two twin beds shown are separate beds, they included that as notation for floor cots in the upstairs bedroom.
Hot tub is quite a walk, especially after a day of skiing when you want it. Walk back is cold. Suggest driving a car down to the parking lot with the hot tub.
Kitchen has everything you need. The rules aren't arduous.

The condo was conveniently located between the Stagecoach and Boulder lifts. Skiing down to the Boulder lift is possible, but some skill is required to navigate. The shuttle picks you up right from the parking lot to take you to either lift, which was great.
The condo was excellent with beautiful views of the lake in the distance. The only downfall is that the hot tub and pool were not on site, which made it an inconvenience to use.
But overall, a great place to stay when going to Heavenly!

Here for a 4 day stay end of January. The condo was great, as advertised with many amenities. The view of the lake from the front deck and upstairs window is outstanding. The hosts are very helpful and we had several interactions with them while on site. We did not use the ski in/ski out option as it appeared to us to apply to only expert skiers. The shuttle was convenient and we also drove to the stagecoach lift and found parking at the lift if we got there early. We had 2 cars and parking was not a problem at the condo.
In summary we had a great time during our stay. Our only issue was with Heavenly Ski Resort as we found the trails to be very poorly marked and several times wound up on expert terrain by mistake. I have skied many other mountains in Colorado and Utah and never ran into this problem before.

The house was a wonderful place for our 2 families to spend a week on the snow. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. Games and some staple food items were a nice bonus.
Lower level has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Plus the lounge room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has a large master bedroom with king bed and en-suite, plus a games/loft area with day bed which overlooks the lounge/kitchen area. We had planned for 2 kids to sleep in that loft area but because it is open straight to the lounge area it would have been too noisy with the adults up later at night. But easily fixed by putting a mattress on the floor in the master bedroom which had plenty of space.
The bathrooms were clean and nice - good water pressure.
We had no issues with the noise monitor at all (and were worried because our kids can be noisy and we had read previous reviews!). Maybe it was because our kids are in bed by 9pm!
For those heading to the slopes we recommend using the shuttles down to stagecoach lift as when it’s been snowing the short walk down is slippery, and when warm it is complete slush an inch or two deep! The shuttles usually come regularly but you shouldn’t rely on them (we got caught at Boulder at the end of the day once and no shuttle came for 2 hours! ended up trudging the few km home as it got dark! So would advise you finish your ski day at Stagecoach lift and it’s a much shorter and easier walk up the hill from there if the shuttle doesn’t come :)
There is a little shed on the balcony to store skis and boards, a snow shovel to dig out your car then you get a foot of powder overnight! And great views at sunset. Recommend having a car here (although you *could* make it work without.
The contact person was great - helpful and quick to respond.
Thanks for having us :)

The house was very nice. We stayed during a winter storm and was still able to get in and out.

Skiing through powder from the back deck to the lift was the highlight! The condo was as described. Parking was no problem. Staircase was a bit Icey but probably just because of the day time sun and cold nights. The fireplace was also great. Would stay here again.

This worked out so well for our family over Thanksgiving week. Though we were not skiing, it would be an ideal location especially if you are skiing the Nevada side of heavenly. It’s a quick drive into town and it has a beautiful view on the front deck.

Great Location, Great View
From your porch you can see Lake Tahoe. The place was very clean...beds were comfortable. It has everything you need. Only negative was parking is limited in the parking lot....but the owners can't control that. This is still a 10 out if 10!!!

We enjoyed everything! Beautiful views and amenities! The beds were very comfortable as well!

Great location between two Heavenly lifts
Anna and Aaron’s place has a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. It is a 1 minute drive to Heavenly’s Stagecoach lift and a 5 minute drive to Heavenly’s Boulder lift. The Heavenly shuttle swings by the end of the parking lot every 10-15 minutes. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils which was helpful as we cooked in the entire week. The WiFi was inconsistent and could be better, we had to use our cell phone reception hot spot when working remotely. Anna and Aaron were very quick to respond and kindly refunded a night as we could not make our flights work for the initial duration. There are plenty of video games and board games that the kids enjoyed. The ski locker on the patio was a helpful touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with an easy walk to Stagecoach ski lift
This was a delightful condo to stay at with a wonderful view of the lake in the distance. We had a group of seven adults that fit very comfortably. The kitchen isn't large, but it does exactly what it needs to and came with pretty much every utensil, tool, and item of cookware we needed. The living room area was a fantastic common area that gave us enough space to all hangout together in the evenings. Only one of the bedrooms has blackout curtains, so keep that in mind for light sensitive sleepers. The other two bedrooms let in some light, but it wasn't an issue. The deck was a sunny and warm place to enjoy the afternoons, we spent far more time out there than I would have expected. The view of the lake from the deck and living room truly is incredible, we sat in awe every day appreciating it. The walk to the stagecoach lift was easy, and took less than five minutes. At the end of the day, just make sure to not go all the way to the lift or you have a hike up the hill. We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a perfect location!

Beautiful location, and roomy, comfortable condo - but NOT Ski In - Ski Out
Ski In/Ski Out is misleading. You can ski out after maneuvering down a steep hill, and then skiing and poling down a narrow path through the woods over to Boulder run and down to the lift. No way to ski-in without a 1/4 mile uphill hike. The shuttle is the way to go.
The condo itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the view is exceptional.

So many small things add up to a frustrating stay that could have been otherwise great
The actual condo was acceptable - stocked kitchen, functioning fireplace, enough seating, etc. The location was convenient with 2 lifts within a few minutes of walking.
If considering this unit, please be aware of the extremely strict noise monitoring system the owners have in place. The original property listing never mentioned noise surveillance monitoring, but we learned of it just prior to our arrival - something that had we known, we would not have chosen this property. While we understand the county ordinance restrictions, the possibility of hefty police fines if complaints are filed, and the general concerns over keeping the neighborhood quiet, the noise monitoring system was 100% inhibitive to having any type of conversation, watching a movie, or even eating at the dining room table. It was stressful to try and keep under the thresholds and each time we were above a threshold, we received an automated text, the property manager was immediately notified and then sometimes even contacted us directly to ask what we were doing to cause the alert - further adding stress to our stay.
We never knew what the level of acceptable noise was but if you're planning to visit, please recognize that the noise monitoring system (between its placement and its determined thresholds) are not conducive to any noise whatsoever - including basic conversation. Additionally, the noise restrictions did not appear to be during any particular time as we received noise alerts outside of the county's ordinance's defined times.
Finally, the hot tub (which was one of the reasons why we selected this specific unit) was not available; nor has it been available since the start of the pandemic - well prior to when we booked this unit. We only learned this upon trying to go after a day of skiing and seeing signs on the entry mentioning the "novel coronavirus" causing closure to the hot tub and pool community space.

Great ski house!!
We LOVED this home. It was so nice and cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 5. They provided us with a welcome basket with snacks and such (which is exactly what our kids needed after being in the car for 4 hours). The view from the house is incredible! House was fully stocked and had everything you could ever need. The walls are slightly thin so you could hear the neighbors at times (or I’m sure they heard our kids mostly) but it wasn’t a bother for us and we loved it so much we can’t wait to stay again!!! Super close to Stagecoach so location can’t be beat!

Lake Tahoe Condo
Condo was very nice, clean, and cozy! The kids loved to play the Xbox on some down time we had. It fit two families comfortably. It has a good view of the lake and the last night we were there got to see a great sunset. The only complaint we had and it wasn’t even anything with the condo itself. There is a noise ordinance but the condo next to us did not get that memo (it was a Saturday night in the summer nonetheless) and they were pretty loud through out the night.

Amazing experience
It was really nice we were able to see the lake from the balcony and windows

Very nice condo. No A/C was a big problem.
The condo was very nice and clean. It was very spacious and was very well stocked with anything we could have needed. Unfortunately we tried to spend as little time as possible in it because it was 100 degrees outside (and inside) because there’s no A/C. I understand this was not typical weather and that it’s no ones fault, but it made the stay miserable. We couldn’t sleep or relax inside. If I came to Tahoe in the summer again I’d only stay where there was air conditioning!
But if you’re coming in the winter, this place was very nice and I would definitely recommend it!!!!

Awesome Getaway Spot!
We just stayed her over the weekend and the views are absolutely amazing. It worked out great for two families with both young kids and teenagers. Great hiking trails and beautiful views. The place is adorable and the owners make sure you feel welcome. Plenty to do in the summer with just a 10 minute drive down the mountain. Perfect spot for a little getaway!

Wonderful View of Lake Tahoe
Great location, but it is not ski in/out. Easy downhill walk to the slope just above Stagecoach Lift. My 20 yo son "skied" in from Bolder bowl run and then hiked up the hill to the building. He said the last 20 yards were a little challenging. My wife and I chose to take the free shuttle home which drives right to the corner of the building parking lot. Just tell the driver where to drop you off. The unit is on the top floor. Access is pretty easy from the parking lot, along a desk walkway, then up 1 flight of stairs. On the porch, there are seats which we used to take off ski boots. There is also an outside closet for storing skis and poles. From the porch, you can see Lake Tahoe and mountain views. These are also easily viewed from the large windows on that side. Inside, you enter into the dining area and kitchen with the den to the right. There are 4 seats in the den (two individual chairs and one dual recliner). The kitchenware was in better shape than most rentals and the primary skillet was a really good non-stick one. Food is disposed of between rentals and only coffee and basic spices were present. There are a few grocery stores in town so shopping is easy. From the den, you can go down the hallway. On the left is the full bath and the right is the washing machine and drier in their own room. Continuing down the hall are the two bedrooms. One has a TV and the other does not. Back in the den, you take the stairs up. They end at a small landing with another recliner (does not recline (powered and no power cable). This chair is by itself but could be a place to read a book or work on a laptop. To the left is the rest of the loft area which contains a day bed, Xbox system and TV, and the foosball table. Back at the landing, you can enter the master bedroom. The master has a large king bed and a sitting area by the TV with a nearby large closet and dresser. On suite full bath is attached. The master is basically the same size as the two downstairs bedrooms combined and is positioned directly above them. Communications with the owner were pleasant and prompt. If I had to add any constructive criticism it would be to improve the furniture in the common areas focusing on comfort.

Great location!
We visited with two adults snowboarding and two adults sight-seeing and this was a great location! Beds were comfy, bathrooms and showers worked great, kitchen was stocked with anything needed. A walk down the hill to the lift Stagecoach lift was not too bad, but the walk up was definitely a calorie burner! I'm not sure that it can be classified as a true ski in/ski out - at least not compared to the many other condos on mountains that we have stayed at. The living room and kitchen seemed smaller than the pictures, but it worked out fine for the 4 of us. Owners were super responsive and helpful!
