About this apartment rental

Located in Famous Beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our Vacation Condo is nestled on the ocean front. We offer a Very Clean, Attractive unit for your stay. Rates range from $899.00 to $1799.00 per week plus tax and cleaning. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of White Sand and Warm Water for Swimming, Sunbathing, Surfing, Wake Boarding, and much more. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has surveillance cameras.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30 to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60.

Orlando is about an hour away if you wish to visit the theme park attractions including: Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World and MGM Studios. The airport is less than an hour away making it easy to catch your flight. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are within minutes. You will find plenty to do in this world famous beach resort area.
Master bedroom has a King Size Bed. 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, 2 Full Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Hot Tub (shared), Pool (shared).

This was a wonderful place for my 2 adult, 3 kid family. Bathrooms: Clean, beautiful, vented. Both BRs = great. Bedroom for kids: 2 queen beds. Space for my 2 youngest to share, while the older got a bed to himself. Could have slept on the comfy couches in the living room or the blow up air matress. Master Bedroom suite: King-sized bed, door to close off the suite, lovely modern bath. Plenty of wardrobe and closet space. Kitchen: lovely granite tops, great stove, ice-maker in the freezer. Large pantry with a collection of essential spices. A keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster & microwave, too. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans: never needed for anything. Made most of our meals in the suite, and ate out on the lovely balcony. Balcony: good size, 2 tables - a tall and a normal height. normal sized seats four easily, five with some dedication. We had that dedication. Great side view of the ocean. Did my Bible reading in the morning out there, as did my wife: the breeze was lovely, and the sun does not shine directly in, at least in late May, early June. Living room: clean, bright, comfortable. Cable TV on this and the master bedroom; the kids BR has a smart TV and internet. 2 reclining couches, & a papasan. Inside dining table easily seats 6. 4 tall chairs for the counter. Short (5-min) walk to gated, lovely, clean beach. Close to everything: watched a night launch from the beach. Lots of restaurants & grocery stores near. Construction: not an issue. Rent this place!!

The property has one of the condo exceeded our expectations. We looked at a lot of VR Ovi’s that were smaller, but more expensive. This condo was huge view off the balcony, great location we went to Disney World, Universal Orlando and Kennedy space Center and the drive from the condo was just the right location for all the activities we did, and the location for Port Canaveral on the cruise ship terminal was excellent

This was our first time renting in Florida. We had a fantastic week. The condo was fabulous, comfortable, well stocked with everything you could need for the beach. The location was perfect!! Right on the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. We would recommend this rental to anyone! Hope to be back some day soon.

Everything about this condo is great . It was perfect for my family of 4 , but more could stay there. Going to the beach was as easy as unlocking a door and going about 50 feet . Food was very easy to get to , and oohh so good . Would love to stay here again if we come back to Coco

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Keith was very friendly and easy to work with. The condo was very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc. The pool/hot tub area was nice and we liked private access to the beach. The condo is also perfectly located to get around Cocoa Beach. We had an amazing time!

Absolutely perfect. Everything as pictured and described. Clear and immediate communication from the property owner. All the little details were looked after and careful consideration was given as to what a guest might need during their stay. Whenever I said, oh I need this or that, I just turned around, opened a drawer or cupboard and there it was. Very thoughtful and appreciated. Cocoa Beach and this location are the best.

We went to spend quality time with family for a long weekend. The location was perfect with a quick walk to the beach and the pool was located right out your door. It was nice to have all the beach and pool items provided. The owner was very nice and even called to make sure we got in ok and everything was in working order. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was fantastic! Clean, well-stocked with chairs, boogie boards, towels, kitchen supplies, even spices in the cabinets and laundry detergent. We were very grateful for all of the provided amenities. The unit was very clean and the owners were super pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location was beautiful, right on the beach as shown. There’s nothing bad to be said here! Overall, we loved it here and would definitely come back again!

Great condo - exactly as described. Great kitchen - has everything you need. The closet was well stocked with all the beach essentials - chairs, umbrellas, toys, bodyboards, small cooler. Great communication with Keith, very responsive. The condo was close to restaurants, shopping, and the massive Ron Jon Surf Shop. The beds were very comfortable. Very happy with this condo and would easily stay again. Absolutely no issues.

Great Cocoa Beach experience

First off, loved the unit. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lots of thing for play time at the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc., The condo was very well equipped also. The kitchen had all of the tools you needed if you did not want to go out for a meal anytime of the day. The location was also fantastic. Right on the beach but not right in the middle of town. The beach was not crowded at all, but if you do want to see the town it is just a short drive to the pier, shopping and restaurants. Kennedy Space Center was even a quick trip. The owner was also great with communication, answered the 1or 2 questions I had very quickly and checked up on us as we were checking into the unit to make sure there were no issues. Next time I go to Cocoa Beach, I will try to stay here again for sure.

Clean complex, very convenient location, nice pool, great beach, quiet and laid-back. The room was perfect. Lots of games, beach toys galore, tv's in every room, lots of rainy-day entertainment. Side ocean view was not facing the rocket launch-pads, but the launches are better viewed from the beach anyhow. Really like this room and complex, we will be coming back again!
