We loved our stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was a wonderful place for us to gather.

Loved the spacious first floor and two masters upstairs. Backyard is private and lovely. Enjoyed the coyote howls (?) in the distance and twitter of birds while surrounded by eucalyptus trees.

I spent 3 nights here for a girls weekend and it was so much space for 12 of us, with great indoor / outdoor living and privacy. Also good location that wasn’t too far to get to Capitola, Aptos & Santa Cruz. Would highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here. It has huge spaces, great backyard with 3 dining areas and 2 lounging areas. FULLY stocked kitchen and nice beds, linens and pillows. Loved walking every morning. Last morning we saw 3 cotton tail rabbits. Spotted deer family, foxes and quails from yard and walks. Loved huge dining table indoor and couch big enough for family movies. Quiet but close to everything you would need including children’s playground. We love it here. Ages 78-6.

Every thing was perfect! The house and the yard were very clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed and our family loved every minute we were there!!

The house was gorgeous. It had large rooms. Downstarirs had large living area/dining area with table to fit twelve people and kitchen with island with lots of cubboards and drawers and walk in pantry. Upstairs there were two standard size rooms with king size beds. One large master suite with huge tv, bathtub and shower stall. Second extremely large room with king size bed, two trundle beds and shower that could fit five people. Also a laundry room with extra large washer/dryer and ironing board and iron. Outside was a jacuzzi are with couches.There was another area with two tables to fit six on each table and portable barbeque. Another area with lounge couch. Another area surrounding a place to have a fire. The lawn area invited corn hole (provided in the garage), hammock for two. The backyard was backed by a creek with huge trees about one hundred feet tall. Sounds of birds welcomed us for our early morning coffee time.

Our group of teachers and dear friends have been gathering for 8 years now and this was our favorite venue yet. The check-in process was seamless, the owners communication was excellent, the living space was very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements quite flexible. We absolutely enjoyed our experience! We will book with you again next year for sure! Thank you for providing a great venue!

This property was even more impressive than it seemed in the photos. We were a group of 10 adult women and there was enough space for all of us to relax and the enjoy the weekend. The backyard space was very enjoyable and peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that we could have needed. Crystal was very helpful and responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This large, well appointed home was perfect for our family of 8 adults, a 3-yr old, a 6-yr old and a dog. The yard was fully fenced with a large lawn and nice hot-tub. One of the two very large rooms had two trundle beds for kids in addition to the king for adults.
Was anything missing? I can’t imagine what else one might need! The property manager thought of everything! I would definitely stay here again

This was as advertised, good multi-family home for all to enjoy. Very good location with Santa Cruz within 15 minutes, and beaches and restaurants galore. The bedrooms were good, the kitchen was usable with good appliances and plenty of space to work in. There were more "owner" closets and pantries than we thought there would be but it really didn't matter as they provided in room hanging racks. The backyard and patio were exactly what we needed for kids and dog and the living rooms and dining rooms were great gathering areas. Miinor flaw in the place was there were some ants in the bathrooms, and the hot tub was average (heated to good temperature but the bubbles and jets didn't work all that well due to age of the hot tub, I guess). Would highly recommend for small family reunion, which was what our stay was.

beautiful home that looks like it's a tiktok influencer! clear instructions, sweet amenities like hot tub, candies, robes and slippers. less than 10 minutes drive from the beach and main shopping area. highly recommend!

What an amazing weekend stay at this gorgeous property!! We had family and friends out for my son's wedding at the Hay Barn (UCSC) and this house was perfect for our group. Lots of room both inside and out. Every amenity you could ask for! The back yard was so pleasant and serene. We enjoyed the spa as well.
Crystal the host was very attentive and a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday with 7 of her closest friends, my husband and stepmom. We had a blast in this huge home that had everything! We would definitely stay at this spacious and wonderful home again. We very much enjoyed the hot tub, comfy beds, extremely well stocked kitchen and fabulous backyard!

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday for four nights. We were with my extended family. We took advantage of the chef's kitchen and it had just about everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. We played corn-hole and bocce on the immaculate backyard. Some of us used the hot tub. The location is very private and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the cows in the field across the ravine from the backyard. There is lots of parking right in the front and in the four-car garage which made unloading all the stuff we brought easy. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful property, very clean, with comfortable beds. The communication was excellent from the host when I had a few questions. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience in a beautiful home. The host was so congenial and very responsive to questions (trash, check-out time, etc). There is a very nicely organized binder explaining how to use everything on the property. The home is stocked with all the amenities needed in the bathrooms (including robes, slippers, and plenty of towels) and the kitchen (basic cooking supplies with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc). In addition, there were plenty of games, puzzles, and some video games for family entertainment. Our teens enjoyed the hot tub most evenings. We also gave them the largest bedroom that included a king bed, flanked by two twin beds with a giant TV and video games. The second master was plenty luxurious for parents. We look forward to renting this location again.

Absolutely stunning home that was more beautiful in person than in the photos! The large indoor and outdoor common spaces were perfect for the kids to entertain themselves in, and the hot tub was great spot for the adults to relax. The house was well stocked with the equipment and dinnerware we needed to have a holiday meal together. Crystal was lightning fast in answering questions too! We are already discussing plans to come back next year. Thanks for hosting us Crystal!

We loved everything about this charming and well equipped home! But above all is the amazing responsiveness of our host, Crystal. She responded immediately and helpfully at every contact. - from the availability of folding tables to our need for a high chair. She even offered to buy birthday candles when we asked during our stay if there were any in the home to use for a First Birthday celebration for our youngest grandchild. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Definitely a repeat for us.

The house was so beautiful and exactly what we needed for our family. This home has EVERYTHING you could possibly think of. My husband and I got married in the area this weekend and I forgot a steamer for my dress but the host had one.

This as a beautiful property close to everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the backyard, we adults loved the king sized beds (so comfortable) and the kitchen was so well stocked for a large group. Crystal was a joy to work with. You won't regret renting this property.

We were in Santa Cruz to have a memorial for my husband and scatter his ashes at sea. I wanted my extended family to be able to stay together and this place was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and the atmosphere of the interior and exterior of the home proved calming. The exterior of the home was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here for Ironman Santa Cruz. We had 12 family members and friend stay and the house was definitely large enough to relax and enjoy. Incredible backyard and every room was clean. We will definitely be staying here again! Host was very responsive

My friends and I spent four nights here while we enjoyed some of the area golf courses. The house was very nice, very well equipped. A bit of a funky neighborhood, the house stood out for its relative newness. Unfortunately, there was no power in one of the bedrooms upon arrival, so we had to find the fuse box and remedy the situation. Also, the bathroom floor in the shared bathroom is very slippery. We ate out almost exclusively, had some nice dinners in Capitola and Santa Cruz. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Family from California, Colorado & New York met to reconnect & have fun at this terrific property & it was the perfect place to do that! We enjoyed the gorgeous yard & appreciated the clean, spacious, beautifully decorated home that had everything we needed. We hope to return and repeat the experience!
