Just a quick walk to the beach, this charming and bright 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1950's Beach Cottage has comfortable accommodations and ideal location close to quaint shops, unique restaurants, fun watering holes as well as the nearby beach and walking trails.

You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with Saltillo tile throughout. Gather in the Living Room featuring a comfy love seat and sofa-bed with 48' TV and plenty of room for reading, game playing or just relaxing.

Roomy Master Bedroom has King sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Guest Bedroom provides Queen sized bed, mirrored closet, dresser and 36' TV. Both are convenient to the shared Bathroom.

The open Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils with granite counters. Dining area seats four at the table.

San Clemente Pier and Amtrak Train Station along with dining, and shopping are just minutes away.

Complimentary back pack beach chairs, body boards, sun umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience.

We had a lovely stay at the beach cottage. Jean & Jen have thought of everything you need to enjoy the beaches of San Clemente. The location is a perfect walk to the cute downtown for dinner or shopping. You can also walk to the beach - thou the hills on the return trip were a challenge to this midwesterner. The home is very comfortable with ample relaxing outdoor area to enjoy!

Legitimately the best vacation rental experience we've ever had, and one of the few places we would absolutely stay again. The house was perfect and the location couldn't be better -- everything in town is walking distance from here, most importantly the lovely beaches. Jennifer was so chill and a great manager. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation! The kids were sad to leave!

Fantastic place and location. Jennifer, onsite property manager, was a joy to work with throughout our stay. As long time VRBO renters we've seen properties over the years not live up to expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. That is not the case with this property. It is well maintained and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We come to San Clemente every year and stay at different homes but this one was our favorite. Property was clean, large enough for our family of 6. The best parts were the front patio area we ate outside every meal and the location to the beach! A quick under 10 minute walk. We also were so thankful to bring our dogs with us. We had the best time, and would book here again!

My family of 3 and our dog stayed here and it was PERFECT!! The location is within walking distance to everything and anything you need, the place was so clean & adorable and Jen, the property manager was so wonderfully communicative! We will for sure be back!

We had a blast staying here, place was clean and had everything advertised +. It was nice to have a fenced little patch of grass for the dog and kids to hang out. Nice little walk to the pier/ocean/food/coffee The owner/manager was great, she had some boogie boards and beach chairs ready to go for those who want to play at the beach.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was it! A cottage of simple elegance, that made you never want to leave. It was spotless and well maintained; the front yard was lovely for morning coffee and a late afternoon glass of wine. The neighbors were friendly and Jen, the property manager could not have been nicer. This will be our place each time we return to San Clemente. Thank you, Jen!

Really cute cottage. Loved the front fenced in patio with table and chairs. Perfect location to downtown, beach and pier! Can’t wait to go back someday!! The manager is very accommodating and friendly!! We had a great time!

My husband (and dog) and I just loved this place! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to the downtown area (about a 10 minute walk). The house is just adorable with a cute fenced in white-picket fence and a fully-equipped kitchen. The owner could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. We are coming back next month because we loved it so much.

I grew up in San Clemente and was in town visiting it for my father’s 80th birthday. This cute little beach house was a perfect location within walking distance to shopping, the pier and Starbucks. My cousins were staying in VRBO’s within two blocks so this was ideal. The parking space was perfect which is important because San Clemente has become a difficult town to find parking. I would definitely recommend this cute little beach house to anyone visiting town. It was quiet and clean.

This cottage was perfect for our family to welcome our son back to the States from his marine deployment. We loved the comfortable furnishings and outdoor seating and grill. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in so the family could really relax and enjoy each other. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella , and boogie boards available. Property manager, Jennifer, was available to answer questions and help with any problems. She was so friendly and wanted to make our stay special. We will be back!!

The home is perfect for a family getaway. The home was immaculately clean and the communication with Jean was fantastic. She is very responsive and helpful. She turned on the lights inside the home before we arrived as we arrived after dark and we found the home just as pictured but even cleaner then we could have imagined. Will definitely book again!

My husband and I, along with our furry kid, very much enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. This dog friendly town offers great restaurants, a nice beach, a pier with a good fish restaurant/bar and plenty of shopping. And all of this is walking distance to the cottage. The bed was comfy, the Wifi strong and everything we needed was supplied. We'll be back!
