Our family of 4 came for the week to ski. Location convenient to River Run and Mountain House. Kitchen well stocked and great dining and sitting area. Beautiful view of mountains. Great hot tub. Easy access to Peru lift. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great perfect amount of room for all of us. The walk to the slopes was 8 mins. Exactly what we needed. Only down side would be that we are from Florida and the altitude was rough on the lungs so going up to the third floor of stairs had us all out of breath.

Kathy was very quick with communication and answered all my questions. This condo is very close to the lifts and made the trip so easy. The hot tub was great and the condo had plenty of space for my family.
Parking was a little hard as only one car can park on company property and paying for additional parking each day was a hassle. Once we had it figured out, it wasn’t too bad doing the daily shuffle.
The ski closet was a bonus so we didn’t have to carry the gear upstairs every day! Lots of options in walking distance, centrally located :overall 5/5

We ski Keystone every year with different groups of family/friends. Key Condo was perfect for our group this year. The condo had a lot a space, comfort, and beds that accommodated everyone's needs. It is decorated super cute and the location is awesome with a short walk to the Peru lift. We will definitely be back!

The weather was great and Keystone did not disappoint!
It is a nice little hike to the base from condo, but doable. We checked our skis at the base each night. The condo is on the 3rd floor, so be preapared for a leg workout! There is no laundry in the condo. They have 4 machines at clubhouse, close by that operate off a phone app. I would not count on the pull out sofa to sleep 2, bring a air mattress instead. The beds were not all that comfortable. The swiming pool and hot tub at club house were very nice and got used each day. The hottest hot tub you will ever find!

This is a great location in close proximity to Mountain House area and lifts and also located right on the bus stop that can take you to Mountain house or River Run quickly. We enjoyed the large hot tub after ski runs, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. The host was great to work with, and we highly recommend.

Spring Break Ski Trip
The condo was great for our family's spring break ski trip. The location is a reasonable walk to the original base lodge area.
The kitchen had all we needed, comfortable living area and bedrooms. The unit was clean, but the porch ... not so much. Extra chairs were very dirty and cigarette butts and face masks littered the porch. It's a third floor unit, so you will get your steps in. Also, there is only one parking space. If you come with two cars, expect to pay $25 a night if you want your second car close.

Great Price and Great Location
The location was perfect and we were easily in reach of all the places at the resort. The condo was a terrific place. It was on the top floor but we only had to take luggage up once so it was not terrible. You cannot find a nicer place for the price and location. Highly recommended.

Fantastic unit, walking distance to lifts.
Great unit near the Peru lift. Love the all wood cabin feel yet in a condo with all the amenities. The hot tub is likely the best outdoor hot tub I’ve ever been in - it’s not fancy, but it is HOT and not crowded! The only downside is it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but that was quickly outweighed by everything else. Great place -
thanks Kathy!

Spring Break
This property is very much as described. It was perfect for our son, his wife and our two grandchildren. Although close to Mountain House, it was still a drive and park for us. Expect 42 steps up,each time! Kathy was very responsive to my questions.

spring break ski trip
Amazing place. 3rd floor is never fun after skiing but the bottom ski locker made it managable. Was perfect for our family. Lots of room for bigger families to use if needed. Definitely recommend. Easy walk to mountain house base area. Easy to find driving in.

Perfect for our stay. Short walk to Peru lift which was our first criteria!
Excellent property for proximity to Peru lift. Very happy with check in, ski lockers, parking, kitchen, etc. Kathy was available via phone and answered our question promptly. Perhaps it's time for some new mattresses :-) and general maintenance but overall we loved our stay! Thank you!!!

Very nice property and owner
Kathy is the best person you can hope to rent from. She is responsive and helpful.
The unit is on the top floor so be prepared, but no one is walking above you and the views are great.
King bed is super comfortable! Other two bedroom rooms had queen bed & a day bed & a bunk-bed. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and one ended up being on crutches.
Kitchen counter and sink are updated.
The refrigerator is large enough to hold 5 days of food and drinks. The oven works great as well as dishwasher.
There is not a DVR/Blu-ray player, but there is cable and movie channels on the tv & WiFi.
I would definitely stay here again.

Better than photos
The kitchen is more updated than photos. New stove/oven and upgraded countertops. Simple, homey, and SUPER close to Peru lift. Very good bang for the buck. Thanks Kathy, hope to stay many more times.

Ski vacation
The condo had everything we needed. Kathy was very helpful with any questions and when the kitchen light quit working she sent someone right away to fix it. The only downfall is being on the third floor and all the stairs after a day of skiing. I would say it is about a block or two walk to the Peru ski lift and lodge but the shuttle stops at condo too. Views and property were all wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Great space and location for the price.
Comfortable space for a family of eight. Location was great and kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here! We had everything we needed. View was great. Beds were comfortable. Prices was very reasonable. The only minor problem we had was that the internet was very slow. Thanks very much!

Amazing!
Great location, beautiful (smaller part of snake river flows past condo for beautiful sights & sounds). Plenty of room for 5 parents & 3 young adults (ages 16-22). Well stocked kitchen & supplies. Very comfortable! Owners very kind & responsive when contacted. Can't wait to return!

Great location and great price
This condo is in a great location to start skiing from the Mountain House. It was a 10 walk across the parking lot or a 10 wait to take the shuttle one stop. The condo is smaller than other 3 bedroom condos I've stayed in but the difference in price made it worth it. We ended up having 6 adults and 2 kids staying there. It would have been too cramped for me if we had had any more people. The kitchen was well stocked but was missing a cutting board and a pitcher. We had to go buy hand and dish soap (we left both there for the next people). It has plenty of coffee filters for the coffee pot.
The internet was too slow and rarely worked. It was more efficient to avoid using the wifi rather than wait for it to load content. Sometimes the cable TV stopped working. The TV is pretty small. It would have been nicer to have a bigger TV that would easily fit in the space. We tried to use the vhs/dvd player but it kept turning off.
The beds were all comfortable. The cabinet has a lot of good card and board games. The condo is on the third (top) floor so it stayed nice and warn even without turning the heat up too much. There is no elevator so all bags must be carried up four flights of stairs so this may not be a great choice for older people who don't like stairs. The equipment locker was convenient to store all our skis, boards, and poles.
You have to walk outside to get to the clubhouse/pool/hot tub. The hot tub is nice and big (and hot). Having an indoor pool was great for the kids. The pool has towels but I'd suggest bringing your own beach towel because the pool towels and the regular shower towels are pretty small.
It was a great vacation and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great condo!
It was conveniently located between both Keystone gondolas and a great condo to crash. Just to be aware, it is on the 4th floor (3 floors of condos) so be ready to build those quads and endurance. Very nice amenities with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great for our family. Huge hot tub and pool which was relaxing after a busy day of skiing. Kitchen with stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher for those who want to eat in. Parking was convenient and easy. Ski locker on the bottom floor lessened the pain of bringing gear upstairs.

The condo was OK. It is not the best we had stayed in keystone. It is quite outdated.
It is not a bad condo, but it does need renovations. It feels like you are stuck in 80s. I would also recommend a thorough cleaning of this place. On the plus side, it has lots of cooking utensils, good views , good hottub, and relatively close to Argentina lift (5 min walk).

Amazing Keystone vacation spot
The owner was very easy to get in touch with and did everything to make our stay easy and carefree. The location is perfect and I recommend this place for any tried and true ski family! It is upper floor with stairs but not terrible and well worth it once you settle in. With a quick bus ride or very short walk you on the slopes! We as a family were very happy and would stay again and probably will! Thank you miss Kathy for a wonderful stay!

Cute and cozy. Great location.
Our family had a great stay. There was 9 of us total and we had plenty of space.
Bus stop for the shuttle to the slopes just a few steps out the front door.
I would note, this is a 4th floor unit. But there is a locker to store skis and such in the parking garage.
