Emplacement pratique quand on arrive en train et avec un accès facile au centre-ville.

Bon emplacement près de la gare avec un accès facile au centre-ville. J'ai eu un souci pour récupérer mes clefs avec le chek in automatique (dysfonctionnement), mais la personne d'astreinte par téléphone a réglé la situation très rapidement. La chambre était propre et équipée d'un double vitrage, ce qui est appréciable pour couper des bruits extérieurs (bruits des chantiers de constructions se trouvant à proximité notamment).

Voisins un peu bruyants dans la soirée. Heureusement cela n'a pas duré, mais il vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies car les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées entre elles.

Bonne localisation et bon confort.

La résidence est parfaitement situé : juste à côté d'un arrêt de tram. Il faut savoir que le principal moyen de transport à Bordeaux est le tram, donc c'était parfait ! (Tram qui roule presque toute la nuit, donc aucun soucis pour partir et rentrer). Identique aux photos, tout était indiqué dans le message (code, comment récupérer les clés, qui appeler, ...). Prix abordable pour un vrai confort et une bonne localisation.

Il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour deux personnes mais sinon tout est nickel.

Proche de tout!

Facilité d'accès. Arrivée en toute autonomie grâce à des consignes claires. Chambre très calme et bien chauffée. Lit confortable et rideaux occultants très efficaces.

Weekend à Bordeaux

Appartement bien agencé et propre, kitchenette, placard, salle de bains avec douche et WC, TV, linge de toilette fourni, porte d'entrée et ascenseur avec code. Arrêt de tramway, gare et commerces à proximité. Quartier en pleine transformation. Tarif convenable. Parking auto proche. Bon compromis .

résidence beaucoup trop chauffée. Impossible de réduire ou couper le chauffage dans la salle de bains.

Great value for the stay!

Property was clean and secure.

It’s a bit far from the attractions so instructions on where to purchase bus/metro tickets would be appreciated. Also coffee, sugar, creamer and coffee cups would be a nice touch.

Emplacement idéal à bon prix pour visiter cette magnifique ville

Situé à proximité de la gare Bordeaux St Jean (10mn a pied ou 5mn en tram ligne C arret Belcier) dans un quartier moderne de la ville. Il s'agit d'un immeuble étudiants et/ou touristes de passage. L'endroit est très calme et paisible. Chambre simple avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un petit séjour. A l'étage se trouve un espace commun ou vous avez accés à des distributeurs (payants) de café, friandises. Le tram est à 5mn à pied du logement, ligne C arrêt Belcier. L'arrêt centre ville "Quinconces" à 18mn avec le tram. Et voilà vous pouvez visiter cette ville magnifique.

Basic apartment, good location

Prior to check-in, they provided all the necessary information, so when it was time to check in at 4, it was seamless and contactless. The location is great it's in a quiet area, very close to the Belcier tram stop, and Garre St Jean train station. The room was enough for a short stay for 2.

There is no air-conditioning, so the room can get hot & there are mosquito's. They do provide a tiny little fan.

Everhrhing I needed :)

Exactly as described and everything I needed for my stay in Bordeaux! Lovely welcoming staff located at the office when I arrived at the time advised. My room was still being clean but I sat on the balcony area and waited and the staff had no issue with this. Just what you need to cook for yourself for a few nights and nice relaxing balcony

It is quite far out from the centre of Bordeaux but close to the station. It can be difficult to find too, but once you know where it is it is ok!

The hotel is located very close to the train station, so it's location was perfect for us. There were two stations with bikes next to the hotel and the tram stop. The hotel provided some common rooms where you can spend some time outside your room and it had two terasses to spend the evening. The room was quite large and comfortable. Even though there is no A/C, the room had a fan.

The room could be cleaner. The curtain shower was not clean. In the kitchen area there was a very old sponge.

Highly recommend.

We stayed in a hostel for the first time and our expectations were not too high. But when we checked in, we were impressed with the amenities and design. For a small price, we got a separate room with a small kitchen, but it was enough to cook for our 2-year-old daughter. There was also a large balcony and a clean bathroom with a good flow of hot water in the shower.

We arrived at night and after check-in using the machine, we had a little difficulty calling the elevator, as we did not know where to find the code. But it was our mistake as we did not read the e-mail carefully.

It was really comfortable. There was everything we needed. Perfekt easy Check in, completly contactless. Kirchen was enough for two naf had everything you need.

The drain in the shower smelled really Bad. It got netter during the day but it was a negative surround feeling.

Comfortable stay outside of the city

Very close to the tramvia. Private bathroom with a shower, great water pressure. Nice kitchenette to be able to save money on dinners or lunches as france is very expensive.

As we went in the summertime, there were a looooot of mosquitos - even more so because there is a small garden outside the window on the 5th floor. Having a bug net on the window would’ve solved this issue. We left covered in mosquito bites.

Superb

The place is in general nice. All the things needed is included. Balcony is also nice!

The self check in was in the beginning a bit confusing but it’s okay. It is close to the train station but a bit far form city center. It’a easier to take the public transportation to go to the downtown. Also we were two stayed for 4 nights but only given 2 rolls of toilet paper. It’s merely enough.

Close to train station

Close the the Sean Jean station. Kitchenette with fridge and stovetop. Laundry was on the same floor. Soap is provided in the shower. Towels and linen provided.

Super noisy early in the morning due to construction works directly opposite, also the fridge is noisy so I wore earplugs. We got absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes, so the third night we slept with the windows closed, it’s very warm in there especially after cooking. The extractor fan didn’t work. There was no chopping knife so it was a challenge chopping everything with an ordinary knife.

Pleasant

Location is great, 3 mins walk to belcier tram Station, suitable for people with a small backpack, there are terraces to use, a common kitchen, coffee machine, safe as only people with codes can get in and out..

The checkin was after 4pm and check out was by 11am and they are rigid as everything is automated and you cannot get hold of anyone should you arrive early and have luggage. They have no left luggage facility because our return flight was in the evening. The mattress was terrible, was sinking in the middle, one bedside table did not have any plug to use, won't change bedsheets or towels for entire stay i.e. one change every 5 days in the name of saving environment.

Great stay, comfortable and practical room. I like the common areas also. Clean, modern. great shower!

The bed could be more comfortable. The checkin machine wasn’t working. It was quickly solved by phone, if you don’t have a French phone I don’t know how it would be though!

great location & very affordable stay! not for everyone tho ;) we really enjoyed it. all was there whats needed for 3 night stay. Felt like student again ;) Defo recommended. Staff was super friendly and helpful over the phone.

the property is Very clean and modern and the member of staff I met was very helpful. very close to the St Jean railway where you can also get the tram into town, which is good as it about a 45 min walk

Not much goi g on around the accom but quick walk up to railway station and there are bars and food. there is also a supermarket next to the station .

Clean room. It's close to tram stop and small supermarket, so a good base to explore Bordeaux. Very warm despite December temperatures. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay.

Our key card didn't open the front door, so we had to punch in the code every time - it would be good if the key card worked on the front door, all in all not a huge issue.
