The house was the perfect size for our family! The kids loved the bunk-room and the adults loved the sizes of the two other king-bedrooms. Pools were great and the amount of pool towels provided at the house was so helpful too!
Beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the silverware, dishes and appliances we needed for the long weekend.
Location of Paradise Village is our favorite too... close enough to all the restaurants and shopping in St. George but far enough away from the busier parts of the city.

We loved this condo. So much space, very clean. Perfect for gathering with 2 families. The bunk room was a big hit with our kids. The temperature in the house was excellent and easy to control. The splash pad was perfect for the toddler. We loved the swimming pool and pickleball courts. Great place to visit!

This house was perfect for our group. 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms are great. Both pool locations are easily accessible and just down the road to a grocery store and some hiking. Living space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

We loved staying here. The house was so clean. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. The kids loved their bunk beds. The private splash pad was fun!

The master bedrooms were quiet and well insulated against noise from the other areas. The bunk room had 6 beds for the kids! The carpet was so soft and clean. We absolutely loved it!!

We stayed in Paradise Village a few years ago, and the pool was in a much better state than it was now. The pool is falling apart, literally. It needs to be resurfaced in the slide area, and all but one of the jets was broken in the hot tub. That doesn't change the fact that it was still a blast. The lazy river is amazing for the kids, and overall, it was just a fantastic time. The house was great! It was an enjoyable stay.

We had read some of the other comments, but we found the cookware to be in good condition, and they had beautiful dishware, and plenty of other kitchen appliances and things to meet our needs. They responded quickly to any concern we brought up. Love the bunkbeds and bathrooms with each bedroom. It was comfortable and satisfactory. We chose this complex because we were traveling with young children and the pool amenities were great for them.
It doesn't have all the bigger toys and things that other units had, but that is why it is cheaper than those.
The one thing it did have that wasn't listed was soaps, shampoos, and dish and laundry soap. It was a nice stay. We LOVED the Harmons grocery store near by. We loved all their prepared food and salad bar!

Great location in the community, close walk to both pools

We had such a great stay here for my daughters birthday, The house is so spacious and offers everything you need. The littles loved playing in the splash pad and the pools on site are amazing!! You can also walk to the park behind the unit and Harmons, Swig, Cafe Rio are all within walking distances. We would 100% come back here again!! Our only suggestions to the Host would be to provide a set of pickball paddles and to allow for a later checkout time 10 AM is too early for families to get up eat and packed by then.

Loved staying here! The house was a great size and the backyard splash pad was great! My only complaints are that the patio furniture was very dirty and covered in webs and so we had to spend a good amount of time spraying them down and cleaning to be able to use it, some of the cookware was dirty and had to get re-washed before use and all the pots and pans were pretty scratched up which aren't technically safe for use. Overall the cons didn't out weigh the pros but it was a little disappointing for the amount I spent to stay there.

Upon getting to the house we noticed all the linens in the closets with dirty and thrown into the closets without being folded. Carpet was not vacuumed.

The house was great just a short distance from our family and was a very nice place to stay.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in a house in paradise village and we love the location and the access to the two pools. Communication with Vacasa was amazing and they went out of there way to accommodate us when issues arose (no fault of theirs.) The property itself faces the pickleball courts which my husband and his friends played daily, but you do hear people playing til late which didnt bother us. The house had a wonderful layout, but the pots/pans and knives were old and didnt work well. Plus i couldnt get the mop or vaccum to work. One of the mattresses smelled like urine the first night but Vacasa went out of their way to fix. Overall, would stay here again :)

We loved the layout and it fit our family perfectly. The splash pad was an added bonus. The kids loved it. The house was mostly clean, but the air filters and carpet were a bit dirty. The bath soaps, laundry soaps, etc were nice to have. The kitchen was nice, but a larger pot, pitcher, sharper knives and some more regular sized plates would have been helpful. We loved the big round table. This was our second time at Paradise Village and we love the amenities it offers. A couple of the bathroom doors stuck and were quite difficult to open/close all the way. We did have an issue with ants. We made sure crumbs were swept up and food was put away, but we woke up to ants in some of our food in the pantry the first morning. It was a pain to clean up and we had to toss several food items. If those couple of issues were fixed though, it would definetly be a 5 star review. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The house was covered with ants. We opened the pantry to use the waffle maker and it was covered in ants. Disgusting. We had to put ALL of our food in the fridge or the ants would get into it. There is a sign near the door about the construction causing ants - what construction? We stayed at Paradise in a different condo two months ago and had no issues with ants. Also, the splash pad that is advertised on the listing was out of service. This home owner just seems lazy. Do not recommend.

I liked how close it was to the pool. The carpet, downstsirs especially, looks like it could benefit from a cleaning. The washer didn’t clean the clothes very well & it was a light load. The splash pad was fun !

I took my small team from work to this location and it was perfect. Plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. Relaxing in the hot tub and pool at night was nice too.
It's in a beautiful location close to a lot of outdoor activities. With proximity to the Harmons grocery store, you have everything you need right there. It looks like they are putting in more restaurant options near by too.

I loved staying at his house. The highlights were the splash pad, the ice cream maker and the round dining table. It fit our family of 8 perfectly. We would love to come back.

It was a great location and the place was pretty clean. But the main reason that we chose this particular location was because of the splash pad. It had absolutely no pressure for the first three days of my stay and the kids did not get to enjoy it as we intended to. Luckily the manager offered a discount or credit of some sort so hopefully that will make up for the time lost.

Very clean and comfortable house. Our kids were disappointed that they were not able to enjoy the splash pad (it was on one day for an hour or two when we weren’t able to use it and we didn’t have access to turn it on when we wanted to use it. ). Also, the shower handle in the upstairs master shower needs to be fixed or a note included as it turns on to hot, not cold. A lot of water was wasted the first try as we kept waiting for the water to get warm.

We needed extra space when family came into town and this home brought us that with lots of fun too. Loved the pools at Paradise Village!
The bathtub in the master is huge

Nice gathering spot
We met family here for Thanksgiving- had other families in another unit as well. Great accommodations where we could be close to each other and have some amenities as well- and close to hiking spots.

Such a great stay!
If you want a great family location, this is the place. First, the bedrooms are very nice. The master bathroom is massive! The kids room can sleep six - easy. The look is very modern. But the best part is the pool complex! You’ve got two pools in the development. You’ve got a massive splash pad with four or five (or more?) water slides that the kids love and then there’s a not-so-lazy lazy river that the whole family loved. And the pools were anything but crowded.
Santa Clara is a very nice and growing suburb of St George. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
Great attention to detail. Fresh soaps, including laundry and dishwasher detergent, extra trash bags and even a new kitchen sponge. Great proximity to the upper and lower pools. A lot of comfortable seating and the beds were comfortable, too

Santa Clara Stay
This property was well maintained and our kids loved the bunk beds. It was also super close to the pool and the splash pad which we spent most of our time at. Plenty of space for all 6 of us and check in/out was a simple process. It was also conveniently located by a grocery store, gas station, and a walking/running/biking trail.

I love this place!
This is our 3rd year coming to Paradise Village, and we love it! It’s become an annual event. The property manager and Vacasa were great to work with as we adjusted our travel plans during the week. Would definitely recommend using Vacasa to friends and family.

Loving Paradise at Zion
We picked this unit for the splash pad which was unfortunately not working but the kids still had a blast at the water park in the resort.
We had an issue with the door locking but they were quick to answer and very helpful to get back into the unit and enter a ticket to have it fixed.
We all loved our stay here and will definitely stay here on our next trip to St George!!

Great stay
We love coming to Paradise Village! So clean. So nice. Wonderful amenities. Close to everything you need and want. A pool AND a small water park with a lazy river. A great home base for a week’s worth of incredible fun in southern Utah!

Perfect weekend getaway house
We took our kids and grandkids for a weekend stay in paradise village. This home was about a 1 minute walk to the pool and lawn area where we set up yard games and laid on the grass. Pool had a bathroom for everyone and was really clean. King beds were really comfortable and house was very cozy. I appreciated the laundry detergent pods. It made it so that I was able to do a little laundry, and wash some pool towels to help the cleaning crew before we left. This home had all the kitchen amenities that we needed. Only thing I wish worked was the splash pad. The water only went a few inches high, so it wasn't really a splash pad for my granddaughter to play in. However we just walked to the pool everyday so it wasn't a huge deal.

Perfect for 2 small families!
We loved staying here and would come again. It was a little tight for our two big families of 6 but we made it work. The carpet seemed a little old but that was the only thing I noticed. We loved the location as well!

Weekend getaway
The location was great! Loved the swimming pools, close to a grocery store and parks. The house was nice. It had plenty of space, stocked cupboards with dishes and cooking supplies, and plenty of bathroom amenities. The only negative thing about the house is the floor was so gross! The carpet in the entire house was SO dirty!!

Perfect for families!
This condo was truly top notch. It was SO clean and so well laid out. Bunks for the kids, combined with their own bathroom was a total win, and our whole family loved the amenities. We did a day trip to Zion National Park and cannot wait to come back. We would stay at this condo again and again. It was top notch and a perfect match for our family.

Great location, but poor cleanliness
This was a great time spent with family based on the location, the cleanliness of the property was very poor. If I could suggest to clean that carpet in the living room, It’s it super dirty and spotty. The main door handle is not working properly, you can’t close the door unless you lock it with top lock. We found cockroaches in the bathroom on the first level, but we did notice a lot of them outdoors as well. We had issues with BBQ, the bottom pen was not cleaned at all and it was smoking so much that made the smoke alarms go off multiple times in the house, it was super inconvenient and kids were getting scared all the time it went off. There are others to list, but these are just few to mention. I rated this 3, based on the great location and family friendly pools, but I would recommend to owners to put little more effort to the cleanliness. Thank you for the hospitality.
