Our family really enjoyed this house in Santa Cruz. Located in a great neighborhood and very roomy for our family. The house was well furnished, clean, and has a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner at the patio table. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Cruz.

Wonderful property, minor miscommunication upon checkin that I didn't receive the lockbox code but that was worked out quickly enough. The property is quite lovely, while we brought our own e-bikes with us we would have been stoked to see the range of bicycles that they have for you to borrow.
Shower heads could do with some replacing for sure, but that is the only negative feedback that I have. Check out instructions were super easy to follow and not obnoxious at all (although we ran the dishwasher and ran out of time to empty it before check out, didn't realize the cycle would take that long).
Central location was great and with the bikes we never had to touch our cars once we got there! Which with Santa Cruz and parking you know that was a huge advantage.
Weather was amazing and frankly just an all around good time. My siblings and I laughed so hard we hurt ourselves. Memorable time and would rent again if we ever go back to Santa Cruz for our sibling vacay.

This home was very comfortable for our family of 7- we had 4 adults and 3 children. Ample space and all necessary amenities. The home is well maintained with plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, spices, etc. There are bicycles and lots of beach gear. Great location near the beach as well as Santa Cruz central. The beds were very comfortable and the quiet neighborhood was peaceful. There is a neighborhood cat that visits the yard and we looked forward to the daily friendly visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home.

We had such a nice stay at this house! The location is great-- close to beach, boardwalk, downtown, etc. Having the bikes was really wonderful-- such a fun way to get around! The living room is very comfortable for reading, games, etc., and the backyard is really pleasant. And, there's a friendly neighbor cat that visits!

We stayed for two weeks in February and the house was perfect for us. The house has high ceilings and a huge living room. The beds were all comfortable. We walked to West Cliff everyday because even on a bad day it is still beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee filters and some spices and oils. Towels were plentiful. The only thing that could be more useful would be an additional house key in case visitors split up to go to different locations but that is an extremely minor inconvenience. We would 100 percent recommend this rental and we have stayed in a number of different rentals in Santa Cruz over the years.

The house was great. I really appreciated that it was totally non smoking. I always hesitate to travel because I am very allergic to smoke and strong chemical smells and neither of those things were an issue at this property. Everything was perfect!

Great quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the ocean. Could hear the sea lions and surf at night. House just wonderful with very well equipped kitchen! Also, great sofas, lots of games, puzzles, etc. Owner very responsive. Lots of mountain biking in SC as well biking around town. Did kayaking, swam in the ocean twice. Did the Monterey Bay Aquarium, some art galleries. Just wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay. We had no issues at all. But Jason & Chris were accessible & responsive to our inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs - quiet & removed from the business of Cliff Drive, but close enough to walk & take the cruiser bikes down to explore the beach & boardwalk. Very much appreciated the well maintained bikes & gear in the garage. Though we live in Nor CA, we couldn't have brought those bigger items that allowed us to go to the beach easily with what we needed. Loved the Kitchen/dish & service wear - perfect for our friends reunion. We had 6-8 of us, & were very comfortable! If you're lucky, you'll get a visit from Gizmo the tabby kitty on the back patio. He was a lovebug & not at all intrusive. He actually made our stay even better with his visits!

We had a lovely visit. We came to visit family who lived walking distance to the house. Barely needed a car since everything was biking distance. The house had everything - well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach toys, bikes. The yard was also so nice and relaxing.

We were in Santa Cruz with 2 other couples and this house was perfect. A short walk to ocean and close to many great restaurants, breweries and wineries. The house also had some cruiser bikes that we used to head up to Wilder Ranch state park and up and down the coast. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I rented this house for his family who came to stay for a long weekend. They loved the house and would definitely rent it again. They got to pick apples and grill in the back yard. They also had a 3 month old with them and Chris had 2 pack n plays available so they had one on each floor to use which was great. Neighborhood was quiet and super close to West Cliff for walks. Chris was friendly and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!
